I had a bite to eat here a few weeks ago, it was okay and the service was friendly. But the outdoor pool kiosk that belongs to the restaurant unfortunately ruins the good impression. The kiosk opens at will, but when it is finally open, the sales window remains closed, so that the guest has to shout through the open snack door, which is blocked by a plastic chair. The French fries are a soft, floury disaster, the whole snack bar seems unclean, and the staff is on the phone a lot.

We love coming here. The service is top-notch; whether from the seemingly young student intern or the experienced waitress, everyone is consistently friendly and personable! Water for the dog or a high chair are offered without having to ask. The food is seasonally fresh and always delicious. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer (>15 minutes), but that's probably because it has to be freshly prepared. During peak times and on weekends, it's usually quite busy, so it's worth making a reservation. Sitting outside by the Nidda River is a lovely place to unwind.

The orange juice is 100/10. Super delicious. The food was also good and came quite quickly. We came with Neotaste, and it was no problem redeeming the voucher.

Good food, service and ambience, at a reasonable price. Meet friends and acquaintances and or get to know new people. I really enjoy being there.

I celebrated my birthday at Genusserie and it was a wonderful evening from start to finish. Tim and his team made the evening unforgettable. Great location, delicious food, incredibly good drinks… Our service staff was on point and so friendly, you just had to feel comfortable. Unfortunately it's no longer good, schnitzel from the deep fryer, green sauce that doesn't taste like anything, and appelwoi that can be used as vinegar.

Delivery took over 90 minutes, everything was cold, soft fries, please don't offer something like that if it doesn't work

For me the best kebab in Bad Vilbel

I discovered this place by chance. The burger and side dish were delicious. It's been a long time since I've had a good burger! We'll definitely be back :) and the service was very friendly.
