Baguette Haus in Bad Vilbel

I ordered from them twice, and both times my order was canceled after 40 minutes. Why didn't I realize sooner that for some reason they wouldn't be able to deliver my order? Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, and I really wanted to give the store a second chance today after my order was canceled so late last time, but NEVER AGAIN. If I could, I would give it 0 stars...

I don't usually write Google reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience. I suggested a trial day as a delivery driver to get to know the process and the team. Unfortunately, this was immediately exploited: I was supposed to do four hours of real work without any compensation – I was only allowed to keep the tips. I find this not only unfair, but also disrespectful to applicants who invest their time and energy. When I politely asked about the payment, I was initially left unanswered and later responded with derogatory remarks. In the end, I was even insinuated that I would be reported to the tax office – even though I had never worked and had insisted on fair pay from the start. This experience was a turn-off for me in every way.

The food was terrible! I ordered a plate of cevapcici, there were neither fries nor ajvar, just salad floating in water and 3 cevapcici. Simply a disaster, you couldn't eat it

I've been to Baguette Haus a few times now, one of my favorite restaurants in Bad Vilbel. I've also tried the African dishes. I'm absolutely thrilled! Their cooking is super fresh and very professional! It's only natural that deliveries are bumpy at the beginning of any business, and that people have to find their way around and get used to the new environment. Since there are hardly any African restaurants in the Wetterau district, I think it's great that they can deliver. The friendly team has definitely won me over as a regular! I wish them continued success!

Hello, I ordered today but unfortunately the food can't be delivered when they told me on the phone that it was 7:40 p.m. and I've been waiting for my food since 8:20 p.m. So I called her and she said I'm still at the petrol station and I still have to thank you. After I said I've been waiting a really long time, they told me yes, we had a lot of orders and I'm a customer too, should I wait 2 hours for my food? After that I told her yes, I'll give her a bad preparation which is normal, then she told me we no longer deliver to their unbelievable

Disastrous food delivery. After 90 minutes, cold fries with mustard (!?) were received. Delicious, isn't it? Haloumi salad received without dressing ordered. Haloumi completely fried to death. Baguette rolls tasted like they were from the day before. Hardly any lettuce on it and maybe a spoonful of sauce. I haven't eaten worse in years. What a waste of food. And at Lieferando the contact details are incorrect! There are so many good restaurants and snack bars in Bad Vilbel that you can avoid them here.

1 hour delivery time, arrived after about 2.5 hours. Delivery costs were incredibly generously reimbursed after a lengthy discussion. Food was quite good but cold. Never sober again... I said without corn!!!

Discovered two weeks ago in Bad Vilbel, lovely little seating area under the arcades. Very friendly service and the sandwiches are great. Tasty and not as flabby as in Subway. Selection of fillings and sauces just right. Were thrilled. Ordered again today and tried the delivery service. Super friendly. It arrived quickly as promised and the fries were even crispy! We have NEVER had this before during deliveries. Compliment. A touch less salt and I can't beat it for my taste. Sandwiches extremely tasty, especially my Merguez with sheep's cheese. Excellent value for money service. Keep it up!

Food arrived after 3 hours, even though the order stated 30-45 minutes. Then they stopped accepting the food, but the driver and owner claim they did. No money back and Lieferando doesn't help either! ATTENTION, THIS STORE IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!!!

40€ UNDERBENEFIT. Ordered via Lieferando! After 2 hours, Baugettehaus tried to CONTACT TO CANCEL, written in Instagram - no one reached. After 3 hours the doorbell rang - the answer was refused. They won't pay us back because the supplier came back without food! ADDING MONEY FOR FOOD IS DISRESPECTFUL AND INHUMANE. GOD SEES EVERYTHING!

The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the ayvar and bread as stated on the menu were not included. Despite pre-ordering by phone half an hour in advance, we had to wait another 20 minutes on site (for 5 dishes). Staff is super nice but slow.

It has deteriorated a lot since there was a new owner. There is no longer any bread on the plates and less meat and not as lovingly prepared.

Wirklich sehr sehr leckere Baguettes. Auch die Pommes ausreichend groß und schmackhaft. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Also wirklich das Beste was ich je gegessen habe. Das Essen ist so saftig und lecker und die Service ist wirklich sehr schnell. Besser kann es niemals werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Danke dafür

Nachdem ich das Baguette Haus schon vor einer weile Online gesehen habe bin ich nun endlich dazu gekommen es auszuprobieren. Ich habe das Hähnchenbaguette mit Pommes genommen und es war sehr lecker. Der Service ist echt gut und man konnte sich auch sehr gut unterhalten. Auf jeden fall weiterzuempfehlen.
