Bad customer service. They really need to train the service people. Yesterday we were there and the waitress treated us badly - -Randomly saying we are ordering wrongly. -Not bringing any spoons or plates. -Asking randomly « have you booked the table ». -she was just showing faces on us. We gave a benefit of doubt that she might be having a bad day! It felt bit wierd and sorry for them that they are completely unhappy working there. If you are unhappy working there, get the hell out of there. We customers are not drinking or eating anything for free, we pay and we expect a normal decency in service. Very bad!

Great food, even better service. My favorite place in Hamburg

Thanks to the attention of one of the waiters we had a pleasant time in the place. The food was delicious 🫠 The unpleasant thing was the horrible smell in the bathrooms, due to damage to the pipes they informed us there, in these cases it would be advisable to keep the state of the place clean. The mess at the bottom would make me think about returning.

The different dishes didn't convince us at a birthday party. We didn't find the schnitzel, which was boastfully advertised as the "best outside of Vienna", that tender and the bacon potato salad wasn't exactly what we expected either. The other starters and main courses were okay. Just like dessert. The Somelier’s wine recommendation was great. At just under €60 the bottle wasn't a bargain, but it was very, very good. Overall, from our point of view, at just under €300 for three people (without aperitifs or digestives), there is a clear price-performance gap.

An excellent atmosphere for lovers of glitz, glamour, and luxury. Imagine if Wes Anderson were going through a depression while filming The Grand Budapest Hotel. The staff is so sweet they reach the uncanny valley. It looks unsettling. For several minutes, they tried to explain that I should reserve a table next time, even though I repeatedly explained that I was a one-day tourist. We had coffee. The plant-based milk in the cappuccino was very good. Unfortunately, the Americano was disappointing, just a step below Starbucks, which means it was bad. We ordered an apricot dessert. The tartness in the dessert was really nice. But everything else tasted more like over-sweetened baby food. I won't comment on the price. We are in a capitalist world where the free market determines prices on its own. Will I come back a second time? I don’t know. Maybe for tea. But I wouldn’t want to.

Always tasty and clean. And the service was very, very friendly. You really can't complain one bit. Great atmosphere and tipi topi....

Breakfast mediocre. The toasted avocado bread was dripping with fat and unfortunately that taste predominated. Service up on the balcony was rarely seen and wasn't particularly friendly either. We ended up going downstairs to pay because no one came and asked if we wanted to order anything else. Maybe better to sit outside downstairs

Liebloser Salat, Gyros lauwarm mit einem Klecks Zaziki...nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Der gegrillte Feta-Käse war echt ein Witz!

Were there in a small group. Service was very quick and also attentive. Drinks were served in no time. The Maultaschen salad and the spaetzle were excellent. We will be back definitely.

Great restaurant, you really can't complain. The service is very good, you hardly had to wait for the order, it was quick.

Excellent food. The herring platter with the delicious fried potatoes was simply perfect. The atmosphere is harmonious, the staff attentive and friendly. All highly recommended. Be sure to reserve in advance.

Went for dinner with family. I had a Caprese salad that was quite good. Afterwards I got a pizza with ham and mushrooms and it was OK, but did not fall under Italian standards. The cheese was not fresh mozzarella fior di latte. It looked more like typical cheap pizza and the ham looked store-bought and was not Italian ham and I could taste that. I at least expect Italian ingredients when I visit Italian Restaurants. Then I had a Tiramisú for dessert and it was good. Tho it's an "Italian" restaurant, I do not think the owners are Italian. They did not speak Italian, only the kind servertrice knew a few words in Italian and she was very friendly and nice. The personel in general was very friendly and nice.

You have to try it. It's the best Italian in all of Hamburg. I'm here almost every day and I'm always amazed at the taste
