Ciao Bella Europa Passage in Hamburg

You have to try it. It's the best Italian in all of Hamburg. I'm here almost every day and I'm always amazed at the taste

Had an amazing experience here when visiting from Norway! The pizza was absolutely fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

A real highlight in the Europa Passage food court! Although the queue is often long and we recently had to queue for over 20 minutes, the excellent quality of the food more than makes up for the wait. Definitely recommended.

The food was ultra good. Everything was perfectly seasoned, especially the pizza. What particularly stood out was the hospitality and the speed in preparing the food.

You could still eat there on Sunday evenings while most of the other shops were closed. Pizza tastes average, although the Ceaser salad was really very good. Service was nice and the atmosphere in the evening was pleasant Can be recommended 👍

Located in the Europa Passage on the upper floor. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was ready very quickly and our son liked it. If you want a pizza quickly and easily, this is recommended. The atmosphere in Food Sky can sometimes be a bit hectic when there is a lot going on - especially at lunchtime and in the evening.

Very nice staff! We were passing through and were there after closing time. They opened the kitchen for us again. Despite the kitchen being closed, we were allowed to choose our food from the entire menu! It was very tasty. The ambience is typical department store, but ciao Bella can't do anything about it. Thank you very much ☺️ We can recommend it.

I have been there to pickup a delivery. They are super cool, fast & customer friendly. There are seating options in front of the shop. It's busy on weekends, but still you can have delicious food

As a long-time regular customer, I was particularly disappointed with today's experience at the Ciao Bella restaurant, in the Europa Passage. Despite my loyalty, the waiter seemed to have little interest in making the visit pleasant. His unfriendly and intrusive manner was inappropriate and made the evening an unpleasant experience. The fact that I felt like I was being ripped off on the bill seriously shook my trust in this restaurant. Because of this experience, I will direct my gastronomic activities elsewhere in the future. One star is already too much for such a bad and disappointing restaurant!

The pizza was very good, nice thin base that was nice and crispy. The Diavolo was perfectly spicy and there was also a spicy oil as a topping. Very friendly service and a 32cm pizza for €12.90 is very reasonable.

The employees are always nice. The food is good and freshly prepared on site. Even the food on display for the boxes is always made fresh and warmed up for eating. Food on site is always beautifully presented so that the eye can also appreciate the food. If you like pizza, pasta and salads, this is the place for you.

It's a mall restaurant, you can't require so much, the pasta is good without being outstanding, sum up, for less than 10€ you eat a good pasta plus soda.

Really chic shop and great service! When it comes to pizza my first choice is usually Dominos as there are only 3 pizza shops in my city but as soon as I'm in Hamburg and feel like pizza my first choice is ciaobella italian food! Mega great!

We recently picked up eight specialty pizzas from this pizzeria and absolutely loved them! The pizzas were not only delicious but also of excellent quality.

This restaurant's pizzas are of very good quality and tasty at a reasonable price.
