A real highlight in the Europa Passage food court! Although the queue is often long and we recently had to queue for over 20 minutes, the excellent quality of the food more than makes up for the wait. Definitely recommended.

The food was ultra good. Everything was perfectly seasoned, especially the pizza. What particularly stood out was the hospitality and the speed in preparing the food.

Located in the Europa Passage on the upper floor. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was ready very quickly and our son liked it. If you want a pizza quickly and easily, this is recommended. The atmosphere in Food Sky can sometimes be a bit hectic when there is a lot going on - especially at lunchtime and in the evening.

Very nice staff! We were passing through and were there after closing time. They opened the kitchen for us again. Despite the kitchen being closed, we were allowed to choose our food from the entire menu! It was very tasty. The ambience is typical department store, but ciao Bella can't do anything about it. Thank you very much ☺️ We can recommend it.

As a long-time regular customer, I was particularly disappointed with today's experience at the Ciao Bella restaurant, in the Europa Passage. Despite my loyalty, the waiter seemed to have little interest in making the visit pleasant. His unfriendly and intrusive manner was inappropriate and made the evening an unpleasant experience. The fact that I felt like I was being ripped off on the bill seriously shook my trust in this restaurant. Because of this experience, I will direct my gastronomic activities elsewhere in the future. One star is already too much for such a bad and disappointing restaurant!

The pizza was very good, nice thin base that was nice and crispy. The Diavolo was perfectly spicy and there was also a spicy oil as a topping. Very friendly service and a 32cm pizza for €12.90 is very reasonable.
