Delicious food, nice service. Unfortunately there was a little waiting time for service. But the food makes it better. Definitely worth it

Delicious pizza, but with an extremely large crust that hung over the edge of the plate - unnecessary and unhygienic. The service was very friendly and helpful, but the tiramisu didn't come with Nutella as advertised. The truffle pizza was great - with the additional truffles we ordered!

The chefs once again meant too well! Unfortunately, after we ate the sumptuous starters, there was hardly any room left for the main course. Nevertheless, we ended up ordering the pistachio tiramisu. Truly a dream dessert. The waiters were young and cool. The only thing to criticize would be the somewhat tough base of the pizza this time - but only a small thing.

We celebrated our wedding at da Michele, after the wedding at the registry office. It was incredibly good and exactly as we imagined. Good and more than enough food, drinks and super fast contact. Every wish was taken care of and the service on site was also super friendly, competent and fast! Special requests such as gluten-free meals were also addressed without any problems. We had an area to ourselves at the back of the restaurant where we and the wedding party were undisturbed. Everything was GREAT! LG Lars & Sarah

Best pizza in a long time, very big and juicy. Very nice staff. The bruschetta variations are amazing, super tasty. An absolute MUST.

Unfortunately the service was disappointing. If you want to eat together, you should choose another restaurant. We were there as a group of four for lunch. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 salad and 1 pasta dish. After the pizzas were brought, we waited 14 minutes for the remaining main courses. So while two of us ate our pizza, the rest waited. There was no apology from the waiter, so we can assume that this is normal in this restaurant.

The pizzas are huge and taste spectacular. The place is very elegant and is great value for money. Highly recommended.

The service was really attentive. Always asked during the stay, table wiped after eating (10/10). Plus the incredibly good, delicious pizzas, super thin, crispy, fluffy dough. The pizzas come with garlic and chili oil. The chili oil is a clear recommendation! Very well coordinated house limos are offered, you won't be disappointed here! Thanks for the great stay, I will definitely come back! P.S. The vegan antipasti plate as a starter is a dream!

Nice, large shop with an inexpensive lunch menu, which is also available as a combination with dessert and espresso. We liked it a lot.

Pizza hangs over the edge of the plate and is partly on the table. It's unhygienic and the waitress had her thumb between the plate and the pizza, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to serve. The pizza base was very thin and the cheese topping was very thick.

Really very tasty and very large pizza. The service is very courteous and friendly. We only found the acoustics to be a bit loud. Otherwise the evening would have been perfect

Best pizzeria in Hamburg! A must for people who love Neapolitan pizza. The prices are just like Hamburg prices, but the pizzas are big and really tasty. The homemade lemonades are also great, as are the staff.

I was in Naples a week ago and ate the original at Da Michele. The hamburger pizza is very good, but still different than in Naples. But no matter, I would come back again and again and recommend this pizzeria. The cappucchino is just as good as in Italy.

Champagne reception on Valentine's Day including beautiful decorations throughout the restaurant. Pizza and drinks are top notch as always. Double mozzarella always works, ravioli with chanterelles in saffron sauce is also worth the price. Pistachio tiramisu also possible with the first Neotaste - what more could you want?

Great shop and very tasty and large pizza. The only thing I have to complain about is the drinks on tap and the glasses that don't reach the calibration mark. Simply order bottled beer or complain about it when the drinks come to the table, then the waiter has the opportunity to react. We will definitely come back.

Very nice Italian restaurant with a small but fine selection of pizza and pasta. Unfortunately the plates are too small for the pizzas 😉, as you can see in the picture. The tuna pizza and the salchicha pizza are highly recommended.

Prices were of course high, but the taste was also outstanding. I had the Margarita pizza, which was huge and super tasty. It took a while for the food to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Recently I went out to eat with my family and the food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant, but what I liked the most and caught my attention was that a girl named Kelly served us, she treated us like royalty. We would only leave if she served us again! 10 stars for the service received from Kelly.

I went there on Pentecost Sunday with a few friends to celebrate my birthday and was expecting a lot based on the good reviews. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. It took a long time for someone to come forward to take us to the table. It also took a long time for the menus to arrive and it took a long time for someone to come to take the order. The service seemed very overwhelmed, even though it wasn't completely full and there were a lot of waiters there. The pizzas were okay, a bit flabby in the middle and quite expensive. Unfortunately the truffle cream pasta was too salty. Fresh truffles were out. A drink was forgotten but still charged. It is very loud in the restaurant. It would also have been nice to announce that it was your birthday, to place some decorations on the table, to say congratulations or to make a little effort. Very unfortunate. It is also not appropriate to ask if you would like to tip when paying.

Food is good. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The Italian lady was just making small talk with the other employees and kept us waiting for 15 minutes even though our drinks had been waiting for a long time at the bar. This wasn't just the case with us. We also constantly had the feeling that we weren't being served nicely. The service really needs to change. Because even the best food is only as good as the service. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience, amazing pizza, exactly like in Italy!

The most modest pizza ever. It had a bit of tomato and no cheese, cause I ordered buffala so it had just half of mozzarela on it (and not buffala). Pizza is a piece of oversized dough and nothing on it. Also the drinks, the lemonade supposed to be 0.4 l and in reallity was 0.2. Total disaster. Excepte for the service.

The dough was a bit thin, but that wasn't a bad thing. The pizza was really huge (for the normal price) and delicious. The toilets were clean and tidy.

The pizza dough is very good and it goes overboard the plate!! The ingredients sometimes could be better, sometimes the mozzarella is not melted enough. The amount of wine per glass needs definetly improvement as it is very small quantity.

Excellent food in a modern atmosphere in the heart of Ottensen. Attentive staff and good value for money. The portions are large, the pizza is considerably larger than the plates below. Whatever is left over is often packed up to take away.

Pizza dough had little to do with a Napoleonic pizza. Service at the beginning was very friendly and accommodating. When we were seated at our desired table, a girl served us. Unfortunately that was nothing, we just didn't feel good with her and the interaction was very condescending.

We waited forever for our food even though there was hardly anything going on. When the order came it was wrong, my attempt to address this ended in being shouted at by a very unfriendly waiter. Even if the other employees tried to calm the situation, it was an unpleasant experience. Anyone who works in the catering industry cannot allow themselves to behave like this. The pizza has also gone downhill. Overall very disappointing.

With temperatures of 27 degrees outside, it is very warm in the back area. Even if the windows are open there. It's better to reserve a seat, in the window area at the front or outside.

Total disaster. Writing this review while I'm still waiting. Ordered a pizza and a beer almost one hour ago, beer was delivered immediately, still waiting for food. The place is 70% empty. On other tables, some guests got some food and their friends are still waiting for theirs since even longer then me. Nobody apologizing for the huge wait, that's the worse part. (Edit: once I finally got the pizza, that was decent)

Really good pizzas and delicious appetizers. The service was also nice and friendly. However, the wine prices are a bit high and you'll be surprised if you didn't notice on the menu that you ordered 0.15 cl.

I called there, wanted to order something (with special requests) which shouldn't be a problem in a pizzeria and was severely insulted. Super unfriendly and annoyed staff and bad service. I can't recommend the pizzeria.

Very friendly and funny service, good wine and very good pizza. I came here on a recommendation and was completely satisfied. The pistachio tiramisu was also very tasty, neither too sweet nor too bland. We toasted with one or two limoncellos with the waitress. Her colleague was also in a good mood clowning around. Overall, L'Antica is a very friendly restaurant with wonderful food. I really enjoy coming back here.

The Margherita pizza was delicious, it is large, the flavor of the cheese on the pizza was exquisite. They recommended local beers to us, one red and one blonde, they tasted very good. The service was very good. The restaurant is very nice and has several environments, you can eat outside near the platform, inside or they have a terrace. Highly recommended!

I ordered through Lieferando, pizza looked like it was slapped together in 2 seconds and tasted like plastic, Brushetta also tasted strongly like plastic, probably used the cheapest ingredients or stored in a plastic bag, it's a shame for the price, I can't say anything about the service and ambience, Otherwise everything was good, delivery arrived very quickly

The worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life, I absolutely cannot understand how this establishment can have a 4.5 rating. Service was ok. Ambience felt ghetto but if the food is good you can overlook it so it wasn't a bad thing but that wasn't it, the food at least the pizzas were catastrophic.

I've been there several times now and would now like to give a review. For food: 5/5 only refers to the pizzas I have eaten so far. The price is in the upper midrange, but the taste is worth every penny. For me, there is no other store in Hamburg that even comes close to the quality. Service: 4/5 All the waiters are very open and warm, happy to chat with you and spread a good atmosphere. However, I have to deduct one star because at peak time from 6 p.m. it can take 15-20 minutes until someone notices that you're finished or you have to wait a long time until you can pay. I often see people getting up to go to the bar to pay because it's taking too long for them. Ambience: 4/5 The shop is nicely presented and serves its purpose, I would actually be happy with a little more space as it can get a bit tight, hence only 4 out of 5. In summary, I will be visiting often to eat the best pizza in the area and if any of the operators are reading this, please assign another waiter per shift while this is possible. If the waiting time for the service is reduced, then you will also get the full 5 from me.

Super delicious Neapolitan pizza parma arugula eaten. All of our pizzas were excellent 🤩. The dough was nice and thin and the pizzas were huge. The service was super friendly and helpful. The Parma Rucola pizza had great toppings and was of very high quality. The dessert, Tiramisu Classico and vanilla ice cream, were also very tasty. Finally, an Aperol Spritz 🍹 and the day ended well🤩. The arrival and departure by public transport was the highlight 👏🏽. The Ratsherrn Zwickel beer also tasted very good. The location was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for this lovely evening with you 😊.

In my opinion, the best pizza in Hamburg is here. No noticeable difference to the original from Naples. Nice staff and delicious drinks from the bar round off the concept perfectly.

Was there for the first time today and ordered 2 bruschetta variations to take away. The service is truly excellent and the gentleman who took my order truly exuded the fun-loving Italian mentality. Although I'm a big tomato mozzarella fan, I found the version with stracciatella and persimmon tomatoes even better and will definitely come back. ☺️

Very friendly staff, very tasty pizza, but it's way too big!

The pizza was super good. Unfortunately a bit cold. The service was good. Everything took a very long time (30+ minutes to order). Understaffed? My friend had sharp-edged plastic in his pizza. That must not be. Prices are reasonable and overall don't do justice to the experience. A pity.

Very tasty and recommended. We were there with Neotaste and so the price was good. The ambience is nice and overall reminded us a bit of L'Osteria.

Extremely unfriendly staff. After we overlooked the entrance and therefore went in via the open area (it was relatively empty), we were told by the waitress to please use the entrance next time. So far so good, that's understandable. We apologized and said we overlooked it. Then came that “It’s not that easy to miss.” That was the end of it and we went out again. Too bad, pizza looked good.

We were there last night full of anticipation at 10:23 p.m., we work at the airport, the online opening times say that they close at 11 p.m., the kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m., ok, I mean kitchen and not “pizza” , or Pizzaiolo , but ok, we waited at the entrance until someone welcomed us, nothing! The completely arrogant lady with long black hair behind the bar counter didn't even come out, but called us over to see if we could see that the chairs were all up. In fact, this was the case even though guests were still eating. Very strange, snobbish atmosphere that has nothing to do with "since Michele" in Naples. The restaurant is very nice and stylish but the hostile and not at all hospitable behavior is a no go!, no real Neapolitans behave like that! But you yourself do with yours Friends (or colleagues) behind the bar, drinking and talking, with open pizza boxes, etc. Service is something different...

My favorite Italian place in Hamburg. This is real authentic Italian stone oven pizza and fresh pasta. I can recommend the Napoletana Pizza and Literally every pasta I have tried was delicious, the truffle cream and scampi sauce is something special. For deserts I highly recommend the Pannacotta, it melts in your mouth. In summer you can enjoy the peaceful courtyard at the back. The bar and open kitchen is also entertaining to watch. If you want to go to a restaurant where the people have a passion for what they do, this is the place. Chef Vincenzo’s words, “Everything I make, I make good, or I don’t do it at all.” Everything about this place has me returning multiple times and never have I been disappointed. The atmosphere and staff really guaranties a lovely evening every time.

The pizza was huge but unfortunately tasteless and overpriced. The first and last time I ate here.

I'm a regular, both on site and for takeout. But the quality of the food has unfortunately left a lot to be desired lately. A Buffalina pizza for €15 with so thin toppings that it feels more like pizza bread than pizza - unfortunately leaves a bad aftertaste. Please improve. Service is always top and would be happy to come back if the quality of the food is improved again.
