We only had a drink here, but we were treated extremely friendly and the drinks were also very good.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers to take away. Got a tea on the house, the staff was nice and the atmosphere was also very chic. For me the cheeseburger had no taste, the patty had no seasoning, raw onions and the cheese was missing on the second cheeseburger. I've never had a worse cheeseburger anywhere. It's a shame, it shouldn't happen again next time.

Pre-ordered 3 party pizzas for the company farewell and asked by phone the day before delivery whether the order had not been lost. Unfortunately the order was still not delivered 😂

We were really looking forward to our evening at Haco. Unfortunately, this didn't happen because we were canceled at short notice by a third-party provider. We then tried to reach someone by phone and email several times, unfortunately without success. We didn't think much of it and speculated whether they had ended their partnership with the site and it was therefore automatically canceled. Because you could still make reservations all day long on “Open Table”. When we got to the location it was closed with no reason or any information. We were very disappointed as this shows a lack of service. We hope that perhaps it will be better communicated in the future.

Unfortunately, that was a mediocre experience. We had the impression that the employees hadn't really arrived yet or had been properly trained. We ordered (to take away) a Dürüm roll, 3x falafel (according to the menu that's 3 falafels per falafel portion), hummus and plant-based shawarma. We got a Dürüm bowl and 3 falafel balls. Unfortunately we were too far away to complain about the order. Well, misunderstandings can happen, no problem. However, we didn't find the quantity (especially the bowl) appropriate for the price and the taste didn't blow us away either. Unfortunately, the falafel were not at all crispy and fresh, although this is certainly due to the delivery packaging and is difficult to avoid. But hummus was very tasty. We also had two dessert cakes - tahini brownie and carrot cake, which we enjoyed.

Super fast and nice service! The croques were super tasty, crispy and generously topped! We would be happy to order here again.

Hello, I'm Murat Comart. I am the responsible referee of Dersimspor and I am also a referee. We refereed the game on May 3, 2024 in the Wandsetaler Stadium. The referee's cabin and other cabins were in very poor condition and there was a bad smell. It literally smells like a toilet. My friends and I refused to go to the referee's booth and change. We changed in the players' room, which was a little cleaner than the referee's box, and left our bags in the car. Didn't even shower. Neither our contact person nor the team manager who would take on this task greeted us. We found it ourselves, one by one. Never be affectionate. He is obviously someone who is happy with his job. The game is just as bad as if two teams were on the field to hurt each other instead of playing football. Pitch could be better, there are potholes in many places on the field. The stands were empty. The only good thing was that after the first half the lady who ran the kiosk gave me a cup of coffee which I wanted to pay for without charging me anything. Germany and Hamburg should not be in this situation. Even though we are amateurs, we spend time here making football beautiful and organizing successful games. What was done to us is completely incompatible with hospitality and business ethics. Especially not at a German club with such historic success. I give two stars, one star for the nice lady, one star for the stadium atmosphere.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Innenraum ist schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl.

Super friendly, fresh food, top ingredients, everything homemade!, carefully prepared. Delicious. Absolute recommendation! It won't be the last time there.
