Sera Quie Restaurant in Hamburg

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. There was a clearly visible hair in my dish - something that absolutely should not occur in a catering establishment. I kindly pointed this out to the waitress, but the dish was still charged in full. Such behavior is unacceptable to me - neither from a hygiene nor from a service-oriented perspective. I would have expected at least a partial amount to be waived. This makes you feel like you are not being taken seriously as a guest. I will therefore not visit this restaurant again.

The fries arrived soft and the patties tasted like frozen food

Very tasty and friendly team. We made a reservation in the morning to break the fast and we were served earlier than the people who came before us but hadn't made a reservation, which is fair. Serving the dessert took a little longer, but that's normal when the whole location is served food at the same time to the minute. Gladly again.

We waited 45 minutes for our burger. Unfortunately, the fries were already cold, while the burger was still fine. What was particularly annoying was that the table next to us received their food earlier, even though it was the same dish, and we arrived 20-25 minutes earlier. The place is very small and not suitable for groups of more than four people. People kept walking past and bumping into my chair, which made the experience unpleasant. We were also not informed beforehand that there was a €2 surcharge for sweet potato fries on the menu. I only asked about it myself after paying. Conclusion: The burger was okay, but due to the long wait, the uncomfortable atmosphere, and the poor service, I cannot recommend the place.

We had a water, a Fritz and a latte macchiato. It was delicious and everything was super clean. Also the toilets 👍🏻

You oversalt the dishes! Never flavor customers' vegetables with lemon juice dissolved in water!

Once - not a second time. The ambience is far too dark. Reminds me of a cave. Not necessarily my taste. The prices range from fair to overpriced. But what clearly justifies my negative rating is the fact that we went there for breakfast with around 10 people and initially had to direct or ask the waitress from the kitchen several times. When our table was almost completely set, the waitress sat down at our next table and also had breakfast. Of course, he has to do it sometimes, but please don't lose focus on the customers. We had to wait several minutes each time for a refill and also had to call the waitress louder each time (the store was relatively empty). And when the breakfast server came, he clearly showed that we were bothering him. Sorry for the inconvenience 😄 So for us the store died, mostly for service reasons. Just a glitch...

A big recommendation from the heart! The food is super delicious. I highly recommend the Sera Quie Special Menu! We didn't have any problems at all when ordering. Regardless of whether you eat in a restaurant or have it delivered to your home, both work really well. 10/10

Best citizen invite staff all so nice and friendly also good for an internship I can only say my friend did hers she is so happy and the boss's wife is one of the most likeable people I had the pleasure of meeting playing sweet mouse just like her daughter people You won't regret eating there 🙈🙈❤️

Unfriendly staff. The food is received incorrectly and served incorrectly. The staff doesn't care about this. Therefore the visit was not recommended and the food was inedible.

There were 10 of us eating there today. It only has 2 People "tasted" different dishes and tried each other's dishes, but we were all very disappointed

Were at Sera Quie for the first time. The shop has a nice atmosphere. The service was nice, but seemed tired (perhaps fasting?). I really enjoyed my pasta plate with chicken and was very close to the original from Turkey. The burger was okay, but nothing special. Nevertheless, I think a shop like this in Wilhelmsburg is an asset. Feel free to come by again.

Really big compliments to the whole company. There is a great family atmosphere where you feel super comfortable and the food is really great. All the employees were super accommodating and nice. Es ist einfach eine absolute Empfehlung in jeglicher Hinsicht. Ob es das Essen ist-was einfach nur der Hammer ist oder das Personal-so lieb! Das Ambiente hebt sich von allen bisher besuchten Lokalen absolut ab! Wir kommen, auch wenn nicht all zu oft da wir aus Leipzig kommen, sehr sehr gern zu euch. Liebe Grüße

Wo soll ich Anfang, mein erster Eindruck war super vom Restaurant sehr gemütlich sehr das muss ich betonen sauber vom Tisch bis zum Boden und das WC es war so sauber ich war sehr begeistert. Wir hatten ein Wochenende Trip in Hamburg und haben dieses Restaurant gefunden und sind sehr glücklich darüber. Das Essen kam schnell und es wurde super serviert. Nudeln top Burger sehr gut und das Gemüse mit Hähnchen war sehr gut. Das Personal wer sehr zu vorkommen und konnten uns bei jeden fragen die wir haben und wünschen Unterstützung. Ich bedanke mich nochmal sehr dolle für die Gastfreundliche Art. Ein super Restaurant würde ich jeden weiter empfehlen.

Super Essen, alle sehr freundlich, ist weiterzuemfehlen. Essen war schnell da.

Sehr gemütliche Ambiente um Zeit mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen... Nette Atmosphäre dank fleißigen Personal..., man kann hier gute Tee, Kaffee und Kuchen bekommen...., man kann den ganzen Tag hier sitzen, wenn es noch draußen regnet und kalt ist... Gern komm ich wieder vorbei...

Delicious food, all halal, soo tasty and generous portions. Tried their chicken and beef burger which was crazy good, super juicy and their waffle dessert was insane! 🤩

Gutes Essen (4 Sterne heißt nicht, dass es nicht gut wäre, aber es gibt halt noch Besseres) zu vertretbaren Preisen in einem individuell gestalteten kleinen Restaurant. Die Pommes sind sehr gut. Der aufmerksame Service rundet das Ganze ab. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert. Wenn man denn einen Parkplatz findet. Dass die Parkplatzsituation in der Gegend eine Katastrophe ist, kann man dem Laden aber nicht ankreiden.

Den Bürger müsst ihr probiert haben. Soooo saftig🫠.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Auf unsere Sonderwünsche wurde problemlos eingegangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliche Leute dort. Wir waren mit der Familie dort essen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben über Groupon das Restaurant gefunden und müssen sagen die Burger und Pommes waren richtig gut Preis Leistung richtig gut. Bedienung super freundlich und hat seine Kunden auch immer im Blick so das man immer was bestellt bekommt wen man was braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal her.

Sehr leckeres Hähnchen und die Waffel als Dessert ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Dame im Service ist freundlich allerdings leider auch etwas langsam. Ich würde wieder hingehen!

Essen sehr gut und reichhaltig, Bedienung sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr wohl hier. Nur eins zu bemängeln , zu lange Wartezeit aufs Essen
