Everything's great so far. .. the kebab meat has little taste but the quality is top. Also the salad, quality 1A. Prices are now the same at every kebab shop in this price range, so a good standard in that regard. There are vegan alternatives, which I find particularly good. The vegan kebab tastes very good

Favorite kebab that also has red cabbage. Lunch is also very tasty. Prices are expensive, but probably “normal” for Hamburg Now I don't have to order anymore, I get what I always want with a smile. It's nice to come by there regularly. The only thing that needs to be done is the inventory, the benches, which is unfortunately a bit worn out now. Guys you know what I mean 😉 It's great that you're always offered tea here. Everyone was super nice and quick.

The service was very nice, but the Adana skewer, what kind of children's portion was that? I was still hungry afterwards. Far too little meat. The taste was good and the rice was also very tasty. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers to take away. Got a tea on the house, the staff was nice and the atmosphere was also very chic. For me the cheeseburger had no taste, the patty had no seasoning, raw onions and the cheese was missing on the second cheeseburger. I've never had a worse cheeseburger anywhere. It's a shame, it shouldn't happen again next time.

I ate the kebab in the food truck at the outlet center in Neumünster and was totally thrilled. The meat as well as the sauces and the crusty bread were very tasty.

Amazing Jumbo Doner made by Apo. One of my favorite places for lunch and dinner. Very delicious and friendly environment. Apart from meat doner,there is chicken doner,mixed plates and seveal other combo menu. Highly recommended ✌️

Nice staff, nice shop BUT...€8 for a kebab box and unfortunately less meat than I've ever experienced before...the salad looks good but that's too much of a good thing. This was the 2nd experience with the store and there won't be a 3rd time.

Price-performance-quality great! It's fun to spend money here! 1. We are often asked if everything is okay. We have nice, short conversations before and after dinner. It feels family! 2. The food has always been super tasty. 3. Special requests are always fulfilled! e.g. Fried vegetables with fries or fries with cheese and jalapenios like in Burgerking! Clarify the price beforehand and it will be done immediately! Great! 3. Traditional black tea after every meal is free. Unfortunately you have to pay €2 to €4 for black tea almost everywhere. The free tea shows a generosity, I wish everyone was like that! The decor is really nice, you can tell that a lot has been invested so that customers have a nice kebab lounge! It's totally enough for small spontaneous dates and kebabs with friends in between! Finally someone who knows about business. Thank you so much, your neighborhood!

When we ate in the restaurant I asked for a plate for the kebab box. As an exception I got one otherwise it would be a kebab plate and no longer a box The annoyed employee said in a loud rude tone. There were five of us there. Furthermore, tzatziki was swapped with cocktail sauce and the meat was also mixed up. I'm just wondering why the employee writes down the order when he does what he wants anyway!!!

I had dinner there with friends in October. Until this day, the food and the staff were always top notch. However, the food wasn't good that day. I ordered tzatziki on my meal and received the meal with tzatziki decorated with cocktail sauce. Since I don't like cocktail sauce and it disgusted me, I returned the food. The employee tampered with the food a bit, took off the top part of the sauce, put new tzsziki on it and brought the food back to me. It was disgusting because the cocktail sauce, which I don't like and didn't order, was still on the plate. So I sent the food back again. And didn't order anything new. While my friend ate his meal, which was also made incorrectly (he had ordered salad and meat and got a kebab with cocktail sauce), I watched hungrily. When it came to paying, I was asked how I would pay for my food. I replied that I didn't touch the food and gave it back and that I was very disgusted and that's why I didn't pay for the food. The man then angrily says okay. Now 7 months and many visits and a lot of money later, I was banned from the house today because of the incident because of my tone at the time. It didn't matter that I was upset and disgusted by the food. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures back then otherwise I would put them online.

Very friendly staff. Was served very friendly and politely. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right. A bit too expensive for what you get. I also really liked the design of the restaurant. I won't eat here anymore. But that's also because it was a stopover for me and I'm not usually in this area. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I was there today around 6:30 p.m. We were asked to order something to eat after being given 2 teas. I then ordered a kebab box with fries. Within 45 seconds I received the box, hardly any meat and a few fries, the rest was salad. I asked for more fries to which the slimmer employee said that it was standard and didn't want to respond. I then explained to him that it wasn't enough and that I couldn't get enough of it. He asked me not to pay and not to come back. P.s. Last time I had kebab in bread which was great. It's a shame that the service has deteriorated.

First of all, the store looks very attractive, modern and clean. The food is a 10/10, every dish tastes very, very good and looks great. My highlight are the burgers, plates (Adana, chicken and kofta) and of course the classic kebab. I always enjoy coming here. The staff are always friendly and you get a Cay with or after your meal. In my opinion the best shop in Hamburg and an absolute must for everyone!

I love the Sultan's Special Burger! The fried onions on top are a game changer. Fries were also very tasty. There's nothing wrong with the service, I think it's great that you're served tea to pass the time.

We have been here regularly since it opened, as the food is still very tasty to this day. What really bothers me now, however, is the service. The service has deteriorated so much, the employees seem listless and demotivated. Then with the last burger + fries orders there was always the problem that the fries were forgotten or came way too late and were still half raw. Recently the same thing happened again, I had to remind the employee about the fries, otherwise he would have forgotten them again after 1 minute (after ordering), even though I was the only one at the counter. What shocked me massively, however, were the employees' hygiene ideas. An employee I didn't know came from the back to the front, turned on the water at the sink, dragged his fingertips past the stream of water and then sanctimoniously wiped them off and then went to my fries. I was about to cancel the order if I hadn't been starving. All in all, the food was great, but due to the service and the hygiene measures we will think about eating there again.

Came here through a referral chain. Not your average Turkish food. Tried a lot now and everything is just fine. The prices are great and the owner is super friendly. I can recommend it to everyone.

Super laden, sauber, stylish und Service ist sehr nett. Hier gibt es die Spieße auch noch mit schichtfleisch, so wie sein muss! Wenn ich hier in der Gegend bin, gehe ich wieder hierher. Auch die Adana Spieße sind sehr lecker, alles frisch!

Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Döner ist saftig und schmeckt gut. Fast noch wichtiger: Der Laden ist tip topp sauber. Ich würde gerne 5 Sterne geben, würde der Laden Lammfleisch anbieten. Ansonsten alles topp!!!

Essen ist einfach Lecker , egal was ,ich habe schon einiges dort Probiert. Extrawünsche werden berücksichtigt (Lactoseintolleranz) Coole Einrichtung und dazu noch coole Musik …mehr geht nicht. Alle Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind super drauf…😎

Hier Hölle ich sehr gerne Döner, Döner Teller und auch die Bürger. Das Essen schmeckt hier sehr gut das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Geschäft ist sehr gepflegt so das Mann sich hier wohlfühlt.

Mehr als einladende Location mit rundum hochwertiger Ausstattung und Sitzcomfort. Das Essen ist frisch, gekonnt zubereitet und mega lecker ! Service ist gut gelaunt, erfahren und sehr freundlich. Trotz hohem Andrang läuft alles reibungslos. Beide Daumen hoch. :)

Super essen top Personal sehr nett

Der Laden ist mega gestaltet und man fühlt sich wohl. Mitarbeiter bieten einem direkt bei der Bestellung einen Tee an und unterhalten sich mit dir. Respekt und Höflichkeit wird dort groß geschrieben, ganz zu schweigen von der guten Fleisch Qualität. An den Soßen kann man noch ein bisschen arbeiten, finde ich, aber auch die schmecken lecker. Hab von vielen gehört die Burger (smash burger) sollen auch sehr sehr krass sein, werde die beim nächsten Ma(h)l dort ausprobieren. Alles in allem ein sehr solider Döner, der noch etwas Luft nach oben hat aber jetzt auch schon richtig geil schmeckt. Empfehlenswert!
