We stayed at short notice for one night with our daughter. Only double rooms left, OK, then the daughter will sleep in the bed. When we asked for an extra blanket and towel for the little one, we were supposed to pay €10 extra!? Even in every Ibis hotel there is no extra charge. In the end, the overnight stay WITHOUT breakfast was even more expensive as stated on the phone.

Was served last time by a new employee there. When I ordered Dürüm there were only meatballs inside and fat with skin fished out, as well as the root of the iceberg lettuce simply disgusting, this happened to me repeatedly every time I ordered to go for home - just disgusting 💁

Food is of very good quality. Schluzkrapfen are a dream. Pan schnitzel is the exception today. Very good and very friendly. A must-visit BGL if you love home-style cooking.

I always enjoy eating here. A traditional Franconian inn with excellent cuisine. The dishes are always amazing and exceed all expectations. We recommend

The Winkelmühle is a rustic inn with tradition. The portions are generous and the price is reasonable. It is always tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, the stuffy air is not good at all with the windows closed and the restaurant in the vault full. The new wall lighting is too bright and takes away from the comfort.

My vegetarian pizza was visually great and large. Unfortunately the bottom of my pizza was completely burnt. I was not offered a replacement, monetary compensation or gesture of apology. This was brought to the attention of the staff because I could only eat 1/4 of the pizza. Unfortunately, they didn't even apologize, they just looked shocked when I showed the bottom of the pizza. Before the end of the opening time in the evening, the doors were opened for passage, even though there were still guests inside and it was icy cold outside. Then, willy-nilly, we got up and left. Unfortunately it was our first and last visit to this restaurant. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant because the service just isn't up to par.

I've never eaten there, we order there regularly and the Indian food is super tasty.

We chose this hotel because it is located directly on Kapellplatz and is therefore a central point to all the important sights. Our decision to choose this hotel was made even easier by the fact that there was a “long weekend” arrangement (stay 3 nights - pay for 2). From arrival (Friday lunchtime) with business lunch (included in the package) to departure on Monday late morning, everything was perfect. The spacious comfort room (and bathroom) with a fantastic view of Kapellplatz impressed us from the first moment. The menu has something to offer for almost everyone, and what is on offer is very good both visually and in terms of taste. The breakfast buffet leaves almost nothing to be desired, unless you need twenty different types of sausage and cheese and exotic fruits. We enjoyed it for almost an hour every morning. From check-in to check-out, I would like to compliment the entire staff (maids (yes, this term still exists today), service staff and management; we felt very comfortable with you and will certainly be happy to come back.

We wanted to thank the entire Musics Service and Kitchen team for this absolutely successful evening. That was an unforgettable evening. You're great, just keep it up

Good espresso, friendly, reasonably priced

We were greeted unfriendly and shown to the table. When we asked to change tables, we were passively aggressively denied. The food, more specifically duck with peanut sauce (No. 123), wasn't exactly appetizing, the duck was dry and the vegetables and sauce were slimy. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant!
