No matter what you order, everything is simply delicious!!😍

We were there with two small children. The staff was friendly, and the children weren't a problem, even though our son was sitting on the floor with his toy and the restaurant was packed. The food was delicious, and everything was served really quickly.

There were three of us there. I had an unfriendly experience with the waitress when she simply answered her honest question: "Did you like it?" If you're going to use the standard quip when serving, you should also be able to handle normal, objective criticism. I've eaten dozens of different currywursts in my life, but this one at this restaurant was so spicy at the first bite that my lips burned and even burst! Unfortunately, I had to leave it and, of course, pay. When you answer a waitress: "Sorry, but the currywurst is so spicy that my lips burn at the first bite..." and then, as a customer, act stupid and say, "You're too sensitive, then you shouldn't order a currywurst..." It really knocks my socks off... Such an unfriendly thing, as if you'd just ordered the first currywurst in your life! Apparently, the waitress has no idea about cooking, as there are different types of curry!! For example, Indian or English curry, all vary in spiciness, sometimes with chili in it!! A suggestion would have been, firstly, not to be so rude and portray the guest as stupid and sensitive in front of all the other guests, and secondly, to respond with something like: "I'll check out the kitchen; maybe our chef has a special, spicier creation..." But this also has to be declared on the menu! From "normal, spicy, hot, hot..." Absolutely unsuitable for a child, for example. Since the waitress reacted incompetently with an uncalculating answer, I was completely dissatisfied with the service. Her response was also: "Others have never complained either..." If you can't handle unusual criticism, you should just leave the "questioning phrase" out!

Sehr lustiges und nettes Personal. Essen sehr lecker nur zum Empfehlen. Barkeeper kennt sich gut aus mit den Drinks,( der Aperol meine Spezialität). Also im großen und ganzen ein sehr süßer Laden !👍 Am Donnerstag mit einer der besten Kellnerinen.🤫👍

Unfortunately, the restaurant is extremely unfriendly for children. You simply won't be served if you're there with a child and you have to wait an extremely long time for your food, while other guests who came after you have already finished eating and left the restaurant. Food is ok in itself, but I won't set foot there again! I'd rather go to an Italian or Asian restaurant, where my daughter is always treated kindly. Really always!

We had a very good, sumptuous breakfast with high-quality ingredients, delicious coffee and were served by two very committed young service staff. The fact that the boss loudly takes out his apparently bad mood on the dedicated staff is unprofessional and unpleasant for the guests. Young, motivated employees are not a given these days. No star for the boss - otherwise everything was great!

The first drink and the following meal arrived quickly, from then on the plate was cleared 1 minute after the man had finished eating. You were then ignored and people preferred to wipe or clear tables or you ate something yourself at the counter instead of serving your guests. After half an hour we simply got up and paid at the front to finally leave the restaurant. I wouldn't visit again, even though the food was really good.

We were at the Christmas market in Wasserburg and before that we had lunch in the Stechl Keller. There were a total of 12 people and 1 dog. A big plus for me is that my dog ​​can come with me. The food was fantastic, we ordered a wide range of food due to the number of people, from steak to burgers, pasta to grilled dishes, everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered from Stechl Keller by phone in the afternoon and were unfortunately very disappointed. The meat was not cooked through at all and therefore inedible. It was a total failure and we had to throw a lot of the food in the trash. We expected much more for the price. It's a shame, we definitely won't order here again.

Delightful. This was a great burger with some awesome sides. It was a lot though. I'm not ashamed to admit I feel slightly disgusted; just as it should be when eating this much of a burger! I got an additional salad by mistake and it's been fabulous. The fries were good, too. I recommend ordering only a single side dish. Share when you're not alone! I can only recommend it. And you can wash it all down with a nice draft beer. Isn't that great?! It is. I went back there today and can recommend the Carbonara, too. Will come again.

In Wasserburg the best restaurant where everyone feels comfortable with excellent cuisine

We were there for dinner on St. Nicholas Day and didn't know the place. We were very satisfied with the ambience, the food and the very nice, polite staff. We would be happy to come again.

Went on a detour to Wasserburg on the way back from Lake Chiemsee - and "found" this restaurant on the way into the (inner) city. Get a seat without a reservation. Nice service staff, ate currywurst and baked potatoes, reasonable portion at reasonable prices. Taste 1A. An all-round lovely end to a lovely day for us.

No customization on Burgers...c'mon... Especially if you simply have to leave something out....

We went there for dinner twice during our short vacation in the area. The Food was very tasty. The selection is diverse. Our dishes were deliciously prepared and visually well prepared. The service was very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is very cozy and invites you to linger. Price-performance was definitely very good.

We were regular guests at Stechl Keller, but our last visit was a total disaster. With our 2-month-old son and the stroller we encountered complete incomprehension. The owner, who clearly doesn't care about children and their needs, rudely told us to put the stroller somewhere else, even though on our last visit it was explicitly stated that this was the place for the strollers. When we asked politely, he reacted extremely aggressively, came threateningly close to me, gesticulated wildly, was visibly tense and called me without being asked. He shouted at me and mockingly asked if I was taking the reservations or how we planned to do it. At the same moment, he slammed his phone loudly on his reservation book. In addition, he asked the absurd question as to who of his staff was present that day, as if he himself were not part of the team. This outrageous and threatening behavior was outrageous and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Afterwards the waitress handed us everything without a word and largely ignored us. We felt like they didn't want us there. Five days later I'm still thinking about it and angry. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again. 0 points.

I rode my bike past there today, stopped briefly because I was interested, then the owner Peter Fichter came and screamed at me with all his heart and soul and asked if I was stupid. When I tried to communicate with him... I was immediately yelled at several times. Apparently he had a few too many wines and he's not feeling well, there's no other way to explain this behavior with his eyes wide open towards interested, friendly fellow citizens (customers).

The apparently new waitress, long black hair, middle-aged, was very unfriendly towards our group for no reason. She didn't ask if the food tasted good or if there was anything else she wanted. Cleared the room without saying a word and answered very stroppily. The woman clearly has the wrong job. There was also a long black hair in my food, whether it came from the waitress or the kitchen, I can't say. But in service it is very unhygienic to bring the food to the table with such long, loose and not very well-groomed hair. In the future we will prefer to go back to the restaurant around the corner where something like this hasn't happened before. It's a shame because the Stechl Keller has always been a nice location.

The Stechl Keller is centrally located in Wasserburg. Despite a lot of car noise from the street passing by, you can still sit comfortably outside. The restaurant was busy at lunchtime, but the service was still quick and friendly. The food is very good and the prices are moderate too. Conclusion: recommended.

In the middle of Wasserburg you will find the Stechl Keller. A wonderful place for a little break. The food was excellent, the service was very courteous and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Today I went to the otherwise great restaurant Stechl Keller with my family for a long time. Unfortunately, the AmiBurger we loved so much got a facelift and the patty was switched from fresh to frozen, the red wine onions didn't deserve the name, and the sauces weren't tasty anymore either. I would have preferred to accept a 2-3 € price increase but have the same great quality as before. Unfortunately, they decided on the other form of profit optimization. The staff only wanted to comment on the burger buns and that something had been changed here. Otherwise nothing was changed. I felt slightly taken aback. One waiter didn't want to come anymore so he sent his colleague.

We were there for a short break and were hungry. The food is good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Gladly again and again. Thanks to the team.

I really like the Stechlkeller and have been going there for over 20 years. The food is great. Very mixed crowd, not big but cozy. In summer you can sit outside. It is centrally located. Definitely go there.

It took a long time for the waitress to come and take our order, then finally the drinks and the food took what felt like an eternity. It also took several attempts for us to be able to pay. At times we had the feeling that the waitress was ignoring us. The food was okay, but not so much that we had to go back.

Absolutely utopian behavior, I'm exhausted. Nobody knows how someone feels inside, but a minimum of decency and friendliness is to be expected in a catering establishment. When I asked if I could be served outside, the waitress said that if I was already inside I could say what I wanted. Aha. I haven't picked anything yet but I quickly did it and sat outside. So far so good the food came and there was nothing wrong with that. I sat back down because it was too cold and apologized for the inconvenience. Service was female but also male, both unfriendly to the point of collapse. The waiter ignored me and didn't even look at me; he probably didn't feel like it. When I asked what kind of cake was on offer, the curt answer was “what was there”. Can't you know that as a waiter?! And if asked, can't you POLITELY point out the display case? I didn't even dare to ask the waiter anymore, so I turned to the female waiter and, after looking over the pastries, asked for a piece of cake. The operator said she would bring it, which never happened. After 30 minutes of successful ignoring, I was so exhausted that I voluntarily went forward to pay and mentioned how unfriendly they were to me. The operator then said “there’s no need to cry about that”. Treating someone like second class, ignoring them and simply not serving them and then making a statement like that because I'm just completely horrified by such behavior is the VERY LAST THING. Like I'm stupid or a child. It also felt really great to say that last nasty saying. I just think it's a shame, zero empathy, zero understanding and no apology.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, das (Abend)Essen hat uns gemundet und die junge Dame die uns bediente war wirklich sehr freundlich, dabei aber authentisch und nicht aufgesetzt. Da gehen wir auch gern wieder hin.

Immer wenn wir in Wasserburg sind, sind wir sehr gerne hier zu Gast. Sehr nette, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienungen! Eine schöne Karte, sehr gute Qualität (einzig die neuen Backhendlstreifen auf dem Fiaker Salat finde ich nicht mehr so schmackhaft wie früher, zu dunkel frittiert). Und schade, dass jetzt draußen die Terrasse im Winter wieder kalt und teils zugig ist. Das war eine tolle Lösung mit der Glasumbauung, wo ist die geblieben!? Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten auch super!

Sehr nettes kleines Tageslokal mit Kaffee,etwas Kuchen und ein paar Gerichte. Ich hatte Rigatoni Bolognese, Meine Freunde Kaffee, Zwetschgendatschi mit Sahne, dazu Cappuccino.

Nettes Ambiente, auch draussen - ab und zu wird der Verkehr etwas störend. Wild West Frühstück sehr spannend, gerne wieder.

Der Ort ist halt schon kultig, und wenn man im Sommer draußen sitzen kann total cool. Drinnen ist es leider echt hallig, wenn man Tinnitus hat oder anderweitig ein Problem mit Lärm ist das nicht so gut. Das Essen war echt lecker, und schön ist dass ausreichend viel Möglichkeiten für Vegetarier und Veganer existieren.

Super Essen zu einem guten Preis. Ambiente und Anlage lassen zu wünschen übrig. Die Bedinung, war sehr freundlich, ließ mich zwischen Innenbereich und Außenbereich wählen. Drinnen gibt es große 5-8er Tische aber auch keinere 2-4er Tische. Draußen dann 2-4er Tische. Negativ: - Draußen waren leider viele Fliegen. - Speisekarten sehr abgenutzt und klebrig. - Stühle unbequem schneiden im Rücken ein. - Tische wackelig. - Tolietten komplette Katastrophe. Wenn man nur Essen will, dann vollkomen okay, wenn man am Reisen ist, und auch die Toilette nutzen muss, nicht zu empfehlen.

Noch gutes Essen für durchschnittlichen Preis, schneller Service. Okay zum satt werden, mehr allerdings nicht. Auf der Karte steht ein "Wiener Schnitzel", das per Definition vom Kalb sein müsste. Auf dem Teller landet ein Schnitzel Wiener Art, das zwar kommuniziert wird, aber schon erste Zweifel an der Gastronomie und seiner Seriosität aufkommen lässt. Ein Strohschwein soll es sein, okay, keine Einwände, trotzdem irreführend. Kann man machen, von mir trotzdem keine Empfehlung. Mehr Schein als Sein ist hier das Motto. Dazu passen auch die Fake-Holztische. Warum macht man sowas im Jahr 2023?

Meer dan een uur moeten wachten op de bestelling. Personeel onvriendelijk en geeft aan dat er te weinig keukenpersoneel is. Eten was wel ok maar het totaal is onder de maat.
