The Neuhausener Restaurant is definitely a highlight in Munich! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. But the best part is the food - every dish I tried was simply delicious!
The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, from traditional Bavarian specialties to international delicacies. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent meat dishes, such as the juicy roast beef and the tender schnitzel. But the vegetarian options are also very tasty and well thought out.
The drinks menu is equally impressive, offering a wide selection of wines, beers and cocktails. Another plus point is the generous amount of space - there are plenty of seats both inside and outside.
All in all, I can warmly recommend the Neuhausen restaurant. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a good meal and spend a cozy evening.
The "Edelweiss" in Giesing is located on a square, so it has a view of the greenery and an outdoor area.
Inside it is decorated in a vintage style, I found it cozy.
The reservation for February 15, 2025 worked out well and four of us were seated in the quiet niche. Unfortunately it was pretty cold there.
Nice service, breakfast was very good, the portions could be a little larger.
The cakes and tarts also looked good and invite you to have afternoon coffee.
Ordered there this week.
It was expressly requested that the 4 gyros dishes be served with fries instead of rice.
After it arrived (too late), the disappointment increased when opening each additional dish.
4 out of 6 dishes delivered incorrectly. Given the prices, you can really expect that the comments will be read when ordering.
In the future it will probably be a different Greek again.
Super delicious food and very friendly service. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. We recently discovered this place, and we'll be back.
We had a wonderful start to the day at togather - a place that is more than just a café.
The breakfast was lovingly prepared (especially the Shakshuka!), the service was warm and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. A real insider tip in Munich that we will definitely return to. Be sure to reserve in advance.
Price performance is no longer right. With each visit the prices were noticeably increased and the service reduced: smaller portions, no salad anymore included (€5 extra) 1 tablespoon of tzatziki..... .
Ordered food again and there is absolutely nothing to complain about!
Super tasty food, portions more than generous, delivery person super friendly and the food was still very warm. Always my pleasure !!
Highly recommended. We ordered food to go. We gave our little 2 year old son vegetable nuggets with fries. Child was happy. My wife had the mushroom cream schnitzel with spaetzle.
I had the Schufnudeln with sauerkraut, which I can only warmly recommend. Everything fresh and extremely tasty. We'll be back on our next vacation: 100%
The Bärenschlucht inn completely convinced us. Rustically decorated with plenty of hunting trophies, cozy space - always well attended - sociable guests from the campsite and the surrounding area. Friendly, familiar service that works well even at peak times. And above all, the cuisine with fish and game dishes is excellent, fresh products skillfully and tastefully prepared. And I also think it's a good sign if a dish is sold out every now and then - it also speaks for freshness. For me, the roast wild boar was out - recommendation from Melinda Bayer: venison liver on cream sauce with potato snow and fried onions, the convincingly resolute boss didn't allow for any objection - the dish was simply delicious. I shouldn't emphasize the attractive price-performance ratio too much, otherwise more people will come here - we'll definitely be back.
Just got home after eating at this restaurant and both my husband and I have diarreah. The young waitress was too busy on her phone to serve us, my husband had to go to the bar to ask for service. The schnitzel with Bolognese smelt like the meat was bad and here we are at 11.35pm and still taking turns on the toilet . I just hope that this doesn't carry on throughout the night as we both have got work at 6am.
Very nice rooms with very good mattresses. You sleep like you're on cloud 9. Very quiet at night! Good breakfast buffet, nothing is missing. The restaurant has a good selection of traditional dishes and the service is very friendly and quick. Try the apple strudel or the apple cakes.
What is unfortunately not so well received is that there is a public charging station in the parking lot that is constantly blocked by house guests who cannot read. Even though everyone is told this when checking in! PARK ONLY DURING LOADING. FINALLY GET IT!!!
There are 4 stars because of the nice service. Some of the food was over the top and therefore a bit dry. Some prices were ridiculously high, which was not justified for the quantity and quality. (With an appetizer that wasn't on the menu). The ambience is more reminiscent of a pub than an inn, a renovation would have been overdue for a long time.
