We had a really bad experience. Price was too high and the taste of the food was bland! 😠 Service was slow and waiters were not polite. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to torture yourself!

The service was very slow, we were waiting to order food around 20-30 minutes. The food came separately and they mixed orders. Pizza was the only thing that was pretty good. Breakfast menu was a disaster. Avocado toast with smoked salmon was overpriced and had frozen avocado put on a plate which I am pretty sure was not ripe. Recommend to rethink the menu and do some serious changes. Good luck for your future endeavors.

The restaurant is good but not worth the price Their pizza is not good at all The service is tiring. I am talking about the employee who was serving us. She was frowning and did not even talk to you when you were talking to her. The pasta is honestly delicious

Young boy, underground. First of all, the store wasn't full or something. The waiter was grumpy from the start. Five of us were there for breakfast/brunch. Half of the drinks were forgotten, ordered twice, and the Aperol Spritz arrived 15 minutes later. At breakfast one person had to wait until the rest was ready and then breakfast came. Half of what was supposed to be included in the dish according to the menu was missing from breakfast. Bread basket came after asking three times and then there was just sadly sliced ​​white bread in there. Definitely a crappy experience for brunch.

Staff! Please get more staff. The shop is very nice, the atmosphere is good, but the service is disastrous for a Sunday breakfast. Given the prices, I expect a minimum of attention, speed and service. Thank you very much

The friendliness in this restaurant has decreased so much that after many years as a regular customer, I will no longer go there. The highlight was today when I just wanted a quick breakfast with a croissant and coffee and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the croissant while the coffee was already cold. The waitress's reaction to my polite questions was so cheeky and rude that I finally lost myself as a customer.

Service was slow and food was not worth the price. We ordered Cabonara and tasted really very mediocre. Their classic Bruschetta tasted hard rock. We were very disappointed with the food. Would recommend many other Italian restaurants elsewhere nearby the vicinity.

We had a few tables reserved today, we were expecting up to 70 people. According to my feelings, more than 50 people came. We were served by one waiter!!! I got my food after 1.5 hours of waiting, and some of my colleagues got their food even later. The usual pizza for 17 and a glass of wine for 7 euros. The waiting time ruined my impression of this place. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant, you have to shout to hear each other. If you are looking for a place for a big company - avoid this restaurant!

We are singers from the Gärtnerplatztheater and spontaneously wanted to go to the Neuhauser after our open air concert on July 21st, 2024. It was around 9:30 p.m. and it was raining heavily. Since the Neuhauser opened, we've been there with larger groups several times, but that evening we were turned away. “Too many at once and they wanted to end early anyway.” Our mouths fell open. So a quick call to the Monaco on Reichenbachstrasse and “Sure, come over.” That was it for the Neuhauser as a local restaurant. Bye Bye!

Very good lunch menu. Prices are appropriate for the food, I now find 7 euros a bit excessive for a 0.75 liter still water. A 0.5 liter solution would also be better here. Only offering 0.25 and then 0.75 liters of still water is unfortunate in my opinion. But otherwise everything is good!

Strange, very unfriendly staff. Prices unjustifiably high, quality satisfactory. The Italian waiters are actually the worst because they want to know everything better. Anyway, why are you called Neuhauser when you're at Gärtnerplatz??

The place didn't quite fit. The taste of the food is not very good. After the pizza, we got an upset stomach. Cream of tomato soup is more of a puree than a soup. It's not too expensive, but the price-value ratio isn't quite there either. The waitress tried to force a smile on her face, with little success.

The restaurant has a great location and the employees are very nice. The Spaghetti Amatriciana tasted very good and is highly recommended. Gladly again!

Four of us ate there today. We ordered three pizzas and a salad, the salad came after a long wait, but the pizzas were missing. We were told quite unkindly that pizzas take longer. In principle, it's okay that certain dishes need more time, but then why not wait with the salad too? So one person already had the food, but couldn't eat it because they were waiting for the others. Afterwards we ordered two more cokes, which didn't come even after thirty minutes! When we asked another waiter to bring us the missing Coke, he only came with a bottle!!!! When it came to paying, we were ignored again for almost thirty minutes and basically had to intercept the waiter. The store wasn't full, so this overwhelmed behavior is incomprehensible. The food is good for the price, but the service is poor.

For me it's currently the best pizza in the area - simply good, the dough is excellent and they have a great selection of varieties. The pizza maker knows his craft! I was also here recently for breakfast, which was also very tasty. I will definitely come back!

Paradigmatic mediocrity at several levels, our waitress wasn't able to open a bottle of wine of her own, our dished arrived more than twenty minutes appart, and at the end the personnel became rude and angry for no obvious reason. Food quality was also poor. Maybe an unlucky day. Better luck next time

Als ich in diese Bar gekommen bin, merkte ich sofort eine gewisse Gastfreundlichkeit. Gerne wieder mit diesen tollen Menschen. Am besten hat mir Mo gefallen

Espresso war perfekt, leider war die Soße bei Strozzapretti ein bisschen zu flüssig, aber es war trotzdem gut.

Essen und Cocktails sehr gut, Kellner sehr aufmerksam.

Für eine Pizza 15,90 Euro ist zu viele, früher war die Pizza größer.

stopped by for a happy hour and enjoyed a sarti spritz and some coffee. The sarti spritz was 5/5, and although their coffee was pretty decent in taste, the cups for americano are quite small. Would come again for cocktails for sure!!

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie dort und finde es dort wirklich toll! Der Kellner war zuvorkommend und das Essen kam schnell und war richtig lecker und schön angerichtet! Man muss auch sagen dass die Pasta-Portionen riesig sind und man definitiv satt wird! 🤗

Waren mit 18 Leuten dort und jedem hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service könnte noch etwas besser sein, auch gibt es keine Möglichkeit sein Kind zu wickeln.

Service war sehr freundlich. Ambiente angenehm und gemütlich. Die Speisen waren gut. Schade fanden wir es allerdings, dass Pizza und Pasta nicht zeitgleich an den Tisch kamen. Meine Freundin hatte ihre Pizza zur Hälfte schon gegessen gehabt, als dann meine Spaghetti Carbonara kam. Am Tisch neben uns war es dasselbe. Wenn man gemeinsam Essen geht möchte man doch dann auch gerne gemeinsam essen.

Das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Kellner hat uns ehrlich beraten und super freundlich bedient. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt - das Essen war auch lecker. Das Schokosouffle kann ich empfehlen!!Ich komme bald mit meiner Freundin Annika wieder :)

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen. Der Service war gut, ebenso das Ambiente des Restaurants (es war allerdings sehr warm!) und die Speisekarte hat auch einiges zu bieten 🔥 Leider war bzgl. Änderungswünsche überhaupt kein Spielraum, es sei denn, man zahlt. Außerdem sind keine „halb-halb“-Pizzen möglich (zum Teilen unter Freunden ist das ja meist nett). Das war etwas schade 🫠 Mit Karte zahlen ist ein Glück unkompliziert möglich 💳👍🏼 Das Neuhauser ist definitiv zu empfehlen ✅

Sympathischer Laden. Haben hervorragend gegessen (sehr gute Carbonara, delikate Piccata Lombarda) Angenehme Atmosphäre. Preis/Leistung passt gut. Empfehlenswert.

They spilled espresso on my jeans. Why a 5 star rating then? Because immediately after the server apologized, the manager came over with a wet sponge and dish soap to start scrubbing the coffee off of my knee. Anyone can make a mistake, it’s a memorable moment when a mistake is handled with both grace and aplomb. We ordered the truffle pizza which was excellent and the fresh macchiato I was served was wonderful. The manager was kind enough to give us a tiramisu compliments of the house, which was equally enjoyable. Don’t miss this gem of a cafe.

I just wanted to have a small dessert. I asked for a slice of the chocolate cake. It was extremely dry, drier than the Sahara dessert. 5.9€ for such a bad cake is not worthy.

Super nette Dame am Empfang, Hut ab! Sowohl das Ambiente als auch das köstliche Essen haben mich positiv überrascht. Im Neuhauser war ich immer auf der Terrasse und jetzt zum ersten Mal im Innenbereich speisen. Die Bestellung dauerte wenige Minuten, warmes Ambiente! Knusprige Pizza und geschmacksvolle Pasta! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kahvaltı için ziyaret ettim. Peynirli domatesli omlet yiyip çay içtim. Omlet baya lezzetliydi. Ekmek servis etmeyi unuttular, ben isteyince getirdiler. Omleti servis ettikleri tabağın içinde omletin altında küçük bir bıçak da vardı :)) Yine de servis personeli oldukça kibar ve özenliydi. Büyük ve ferah bir italyan restoranı. Lezzet için tavsiye ederim.

Essen ist lecker, allerdings ist es bei uns extremst zeitversetzt gekommen bei einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten. Die Pizza war nach 5 Minuten fertig. Der Rest kam 15 Minuten später. Die Pizza war sogar vor der Vorspeise der anderen da. Service ist nett und gut gewesen. Restaurant ist extrem laut, man muss wirklich fast schreien am Abend da die Geräuschkulisse kaum abgefangen wird.

An diesem Restaurant ist alles völlig ok. Der Service, die Auswahl, Quantität und Qualität des Essens. Problem: für "völlig ok" ist es viel zu teuer. Kann man hin, aber Preis/Leistung gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Eines der besten Restaurants, in denen ich in München war. Super netter und schneller Service und große Auswahl an Gerichten. Egal ob Pasta oder Pizza, es schmeckt alles super lecker. Man kann gemütlich draußen sitzen und bekommt vom Verkehr nicht viel mit

Sehr leckeres Essen mit schöner Atmosphäre am Gärtnerplatz. Sehr angenehm auch in Sommer draußen zu sitzen.
