I tried to make a reservation for a dinner event here and I asked if they had a room or area enough to have 20 people. They just said "I don't know" and stared at me until I said ok thanks and left. Super rude and don't seem to care about new patrons coming.

We were there to eat, it tasted good and both the food and the drinks were fresh. Kudos again to our nice waiter, thank you very much.

Drinks only arrived 30 minutes later after ordering and we waited another 1.5 hours for the food (tarte flambée, fried potatoes with egg). Really bad. Although all the tables were occupied, everyone was waiting

Wir waren positiv überrascht, hier in der Gegend ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit tollem Service und dann auch noch gutem Essen zu finden. Wir konnten diesmal leider nur Pizza probieren. Diese war aber für unseren Geschmack sehr gut ( dünner Boden, toller Belag). Bei Preis Leistung kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Ein Glas Lugana 0,2 für 8,50 €, wo bekommt man das noch? Von unserem Platz aus konnte man den Koch beobachten, der tatsächlich mit viel liebe seine Gerichte angerichtet hat. Fazit: Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Ismail Usta is a special restaurant in Turkish style. I drive especially from Munich to Augsburg to eat Iskembe soup, Dil soup and Adana kebap. Prices are also reasonable. You have to try the food at Ismail Usta once in your life and then you won't go anywhere else.Thank you Ismail Usta for delicious food.

I've been here a few times now, lunch buffet and also à la carte. What I really like is... Well, everything? "It's organic", I like it. The guest room is... Beautiful: cool vault, airy but not empty, modern and cozy. The sanitary facilities 🚽🧻 are clean, smell good (which is super important to me). We were there for the lunch buffet: grandma, dad, child. So all generations are represented. The organic grandma is really into it anyway. The boy thought it was good just because of the buffet and I was happy about houmus, starters with oyster mushrooms, boiled beef with white wine sauce and 3 types of dessert. There was also a bit of live cooking at the buffet. The service is always: friendly, attentive, close but not intrusive. I forgot to take photos again, next time. What I like about the lunch buffet is that there is something going on. Sometimes there is a larger team there, sometimes there are a few families and couples. Everyone was friendly and nice and accommodating at the buffet. Not exactly cheap, but: treat yourself!!

I can only say positive things. Nice and friendly staff. The dishes were all on point. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. If I'm in the area again this would be my first choice! Keep it up. 👏

I've only been vegetarian for a few weeks and am still testing out meat alternatives. The smash burger was so delicious that it reminded me of köfte that was made on the grill with coal like in my home country.
