My work uses this place often for US civilians transitioning to and from the United States.

We really liked this hotel. We had a family room with its own kitchen. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were really great. Supermarket within walking distance. The hotel is located a little further from the highway. We thought that was the only minor disadvantage for an overnight hotel.

The hotel is great. The spa park and the city are beautiful, but unfortunately there is little to see and many shops and restaurants are closed.

We were at the Hotel Späth for the second time, everything was wonderful again, good breakfast, good food and a nice room... THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM We have already booked for September and are looking forward to the hotel

I rented an apartment with my 2 dogs because my husband is in rehab. It is a nice, clean apartment with a balcony. Despite the main road, it is a quiet area. The spa park is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Shopping opportunities, thermal baths in the old town, etc. Everything is close by and within walking distance. If we are in Bad Windsheim again we will definitely stay in this accommodation again

Arrive and wow, great reception, lots of information in advance via email, team without exception nice, accommodating and super friendly, the food was great, the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, there was even a birthday balloon and cake, even the boss is always present and takes care, the price-performance ratio is phenomenal - those were great days, the balcony, the room, the furnishings are very comfortable, everyone here gives their best, we would like to come back, can hardly wait

This delightful place is an oasis in this little historical town, we were amazed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff members 10/10! we rented the private spa area with a hot tub and a sauna, just you, your partner, and the calmness of the birds singing, while enjoying a nice Prosecco. Downtown is 15-20 min of a nice walk.

The first absolutely positive impression was that the young lady at reception praised it very much. The room was clean and nicely furnished, unfortunately it smelled like a kitchen exhaust. A lot of ventilation made it bearable. The whirlpool and sauna were great. Breakfast is varied and fresh, exactly our taste. We can recommend it.

We have already been to the Hotel Späth twice and we will be back. Familiar and very friendly. The performance is good, highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable... Unfortunately it's too rare these days!!!! Everything you need is there, from roller shutters, insect protection in front of the balcony door, comfortable adjustable chairs along with a table and hanging basket, towel bars, ashtrays on the balcony... Comfortable armchairs inside, good mattresses. Everything is available in the bathroom. Environment quiet and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner exactly as the other guests have already written... nothing to complain about... What else can we say...just come and relax!!! Our dog was also warmly welcomed 🙂 We will definitely come back!!!!!!

The Hotel Späth is a very nice hotel where you feel comfortable. That's why for us as a married couple it's always like coming home. We enjoy the spa park, right on our doorstep, and the Franke Therme. Then the delicious food, also recommended for people with food intolerances.

Very close to nature and relaxing. You can relax well.

We have been to the Hotel Späth several times now, and not without reason. From the overall great service, the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful rooms to the excellent food, we have nothing to complain about. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great hotel good service. But unfortunately there is also a catch. The 27 euros per person for dinner doesn't really do it justice. Dinner is more like canteen food. Otherwise good hotel for a short trip.

Unfortunately, the 4* hotel did not meet my expectations. The fact that I have to ask room service in a 4* hotel to clean the room can only be a cost-reducing measure. I don't expect the room to be cleaned every day. In my opinion, trash cans should be emptied and towels changed if desired. Breakfast is ok. The selection is generous and freshly prepared scrambled eggs pamper the palate. I love relaxing in the sauna. It was unfortunate that there were no sauna towels on the second evening. Blaming it on the laundry... A few shower towels might have done the trick here. The request to refill the water in the sauna was promptly implemented. Overall a nice hotel. However, there is still room for improvement. Greetings

We felt very comfortable and in good hands in your house. Everything went great with the wheelchair too! The disabled parking space was also right in front of the door. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Bad Windsheim is also a wonderful place to relax!

We stayed 2 nights with Spar! Traveling at the Hotel Späth. Nice family hotel with a good location if you're willing to walk a few steps. Very rich buffet both in the evening and for breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. We didn't use the fitness room or sauna. A highlight for electric car drivers is that there is a charging station right in front of the hotel.

I was a guest at a big birthday party here. Overall a good service, unfortunately there are few staff who speak German well Clean and orderly The tables were beautifully laid out, as was the buffet. About a third of the salad came from a glass or can (see photo). Coffee and tea in pots were arranged for drinking coffee, but only coffee was available. I think it's nice that there is a football table. However, the bars are a bit stiff.

Family-run hotel, we were thrilled with the service and friendliness everywhere. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the hotel. The sauna area is also cozy and warm. There are many offers that we unfortunately didn't take advantage of because we were mainly in the thermal baths.

A few minutes walk from the Frankentherme. Clean rooms, good breakfast and dinner, parking and WiFi - what more could you want?

The Owner and Staff are always very Polite, Family Warm, and Friendly. Their Rooms, and Service Quality is Top Notched when compared with similar like facilities. Location wise, the facility is very convenient for me as I live there for work reasons.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand, nur wenige Meter durch den schönen Kurpark zur Therme. Ca. 10 min Fussläufig zur Innenstadt.

Waren 4 Tage über Weihnachten da,war alles sehr schön......Dampfbad war perfekt nur ging es leider öfter aus. Bett sehr gemütlich, waren selbstverpfleger außer 1 Feiertag da haben wir das Frühstück genutzt war lecker 😋 nur Kaffee war nicht ganz heiß. Kommen wieder.....nur zu empfehlen

Großartiger Service - zuvorkommend und empathisch!

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber da es ein Hundefreundliches Hotel ist und an beiden Aufenthaltstagen morgens um 6:45 Uhr von dauerhaftem Hundegebell geweckt wurde, werde ich hier leider nicht mehr buchen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Späth in Verbindung mit Besuch der Therme. Wir lieben die fränkische Gastlichkeit, diese wird im Hotel Späth in vollen Zügen zum Wohl der Gäste gelebt. Top Hotel! Herausragende Freundlichkeit! Sehr ruhig gelegen! Bestens ausgestattete Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Ein Schlemmer-Frühstücksbuffet das absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Abend-Buffet mit mindestens 4 verschiedenen Gerichten, alles sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Dickes Lob an die Küche. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Alles in allem - von uns volle Punktezahl - wir kommen wieder. Anreise 16.11. Abreise 17.11. 2023

Wir sind auf der Durchreise im Hotel Späth untergekommen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Apartment-Zimmer sowie das Personal waren hervorragend. Meiner Partnerin ging es am Abreisetag nicht gut und wir konnten kurzfristig und unbürokratisch unseren Aufenthalt verlängern - herzlichen Dank dafür!

Wir können das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen! Die negativen Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier wieder übernachten. Für uns hat es gepasst 🫶

Schönes Hotel, hübsches Zimmer, Frühstück hervorragend und insgesamt sehr guter Service.

Ich war vom 23.- 25.10.2023 ursprünglich war gedacht das ich mit meiner Freundin hinfahre habe dieses Haus leider wegen Krankheit alleine besucht. Ich hatte eine Verwöhngutschein vom Hotel Späth incl Halbpension mit einer Gültigkeit von 3 Jahren. Termine wurden mir wenige genannt meistens so das ein Tag auf den Ruhetag des Restaurants Ravensburger (eigenständiges Unternehmen) fiel, sodas ein Abendessen wegfällt, mir wurde aber nicht mitgeteilt das von Hotelseite kein Restaurant besteht. Ich muss alle davor warnen das bei Verwöhn-gutscheinen/arrangements dann kein Abendessen stattfindet ich dachte geht hier nur um das Buffet im Restaurant Ravensburger. Vorsicht bei der Terminwahl es wird von Hr. Späth dies anscheinend bewusst so gemacht. Das Zimmer entsprach für mich nicht einem 4* Hotel siehe Photos Einfache Schränke alles sehr provisorisch Kabel Steckdose liegen im Schrank Steckdosen schief Fön liegt auf einer Ablage direkt über Waschbecken dauerhaft angeschlossen. Bad Fliesen fugen am Boden total dreckig, an Duschwanne sind überall ältere Ablagerungen, Duschfliesen wände verschmutzt. Wenn der Rollo unten war sieht es aus wie bei einem ausgestorben Insektenhaus. Der Höhepunkt war noch der total dreckige Teppichboden neben meinen Esstisch im Speiselokal bzw. (Guten Appetit sag man dazu) obwohl man ja genügend freie Plätze hatte wird das dem Gast zugemutet. Beim Gemüse wusste man nicht ob es frisch oder älter war es waren immer wieder weiche oder wässriges Gemüse dabei. Alles o.g. kann durch Photos belegt werden.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.Das Essen war gut.Die Zimmer waren auch gut.Preis Leistung ist super.Der Park um die Ecke ist hervorragend zum spazieren mit dem Hund.Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön gelegen in der Nähe des Kurparks. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit einem Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstück sehr lecker, alles da und noch viel mehr. Kaffee wie man wollte Filter Kaffee oder aus dem Automaten. Säfte aus der Flasche. Alles gekühlt was gekühlt werden muss. Verschiedene Eierspeisen. Also wirklich alles. Abendessen in Büfettform. Für jeden was dabei. Sehr freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Frankentherme nicht weit entfernt. Wenn man ein Arrangement bucht hat man noch so einiges dabei wie zum Beispiel 2,5h Stunden die Frankentherme. Supersache.

Familär geführtes Hotel mit perfektem Service und komfortabler Einrichtung. Gutes TV und einwandfreier Internetzugang

Insgesamt guter Eindruck. Zimmer musste nachgereinigt werden. Schade, das macht am Eindruck schon viel kaputt. Aber es wurde sich auch gebührend entschuldigt dafür. Das passiert ja auch nicht immer. Essen war ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes (außer kleine Eistheke und viele Topics waren gut). Alle waren sehr freundlich. Angebot von Sauna und E-Bike (25€am Tag) haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber sind vorhanden. Das finde ich gut.

Lage zur Altstadt: 1,5 Kilometer Parkplätze ausreichend Frühstücks- und Abendessenszeiten massiv durch Kindergeschrei gestört. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte sich woanders umsehen.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption, sowie der Service während des Aufenthaltes und das Auschecken waren sehr gut. Wir bekamen sogar kostenlos einen Stadtplan.

Wir waren beruflich mehrere Wochen dort. Sowohl im Hotelzimmer als auch in den Ferienwohnungen. Sauberkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Egal in welchen Zimmer es war immer top. Beste Wahl in der Umgebung. Besitzer sehr freundlich und alles perfekt.

Wunderschönes Hotel, ruhige Lage und doch nah am Zentrum. Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende. Das Buffet morgens und abends sehr vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und wahnsinnig lecker. Besonderes Lob an den Koch. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein sehr schön möbliertes Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Safe, kleiner Kühlschrank (ohne Inhalt, sehr schön). Der Balkon verfügte über einen gemütlichen Hängesessel, Balkonmöbel samt Sitzauflagen. Es war sogar ein Wäschetrockner vorhanden. Das Bett war prima, wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und haben keine Kritikpunkte gefunden.
