Small, unassuming grill restaurant in the north of Munich.
The pide with sucuk and egg was truly amazing.
The lamb skewers were unfortunately overcooked for me, but everyone likes it differently. However, I have to say that almost €20 for that is a bit overpriced.
I would come back for that pide!
The Gutmann is a really old inn as you would imagine.
I was disappointed with the food.
The pork fillet was completely dry, hardly any sauce, a few mushrooms, the spaetzle was quite okay, but the whole thing was only lukewarm, rather cold. Too bad
Unfortunately, I'm only giving it two stars because I feel like I'm being taken a bit like a fool. I ordered an XXL rump steak with onions and salad. I was told it was 400-500g for 39 euros. Ok, a hefty price, but it should fill you up. I didn't get more than 250g in total, there were two small steaks under the onions. When it was cleared away, I said so immediately. Answer, it would be passed on to the kitchen. Well, after a cappuccino I was somewhat full...when the bill came and I had to pay 39 euros for it, I said that it wasn't an XXL steak, they just said again that it would be passed on to the kitchen. Hm, 50.60 for water, cappuccino and these portions are quite something. Even if the meat loses 10-20% of its weight when roasted, it should have weighed well over 300g. You should already be full. Too bad! I don't know if I'll come back.
During a short city tour, we got a little hungry and happened upon this place. We were all delighted with the food, and the atmosphere was also very nice.
