Good location, good selection of food and drinks, good atmosphere, friendly staff, recommended

We recently visited this pizzeria with friends and unfortunately it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The “tomato and onion salad” consisted of carelessly thick slices of tomatoes, a few raw onions and oil. Unimaginative in taste and just as visually unappetizing. The pizza bread we ordered was bone dry and barely edible. The staff reacted rudely to our polite complaint with the remark that my friend should order “something clever” and what do you expect from a €6.50 salad. An absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional reaction. Even the pizzas couldn't save anything. The edge is hard, dry and you would get it better at any kebab shop. A total failure in both culinary and service terms. How this restaurant gets 4.5 stars is a complete mystery to me. Neither the quality nor the customer service is right here. For us, a place we definitely won't visit again.

Large family celebration organized in the Goldkeller, really top location, I can only recommend anyone who is planning an event or celebration to contact the Goldkeller team. Me and my guests were 100% satisfied, thanks again for everything!

Great cuisine, great roast roast. Delicious Maultaschen. Great beer garden in summer. We have enjoyed going there for years. Also for family celebrations. Service friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The Fairplay was only an emergency solution a month ago because the actual restaurant was overcrowded. It turned out to be the best decision... the best cheese spaetzle I had ever eaten. And the staff is sooo accommodating and humorous. Always happy🤗

Unfriendly boss. Ambience moderate, right next to parking lot. When we just took a look at the garden (neither entered, nor photographed, or anything else), she immediately got pretty mushy (then she's not allowed to have a beer garden in front of it... that's a home problem) and defamed us in front of all the other guests. Some smiled at us and raised their eyebrows. She lost more than 2 potential regular customers that day. Better over to the sun broom or to CBC or 7 Linden or 7 Eichen. There you have a view and the staff is pleasant and grateful for the sales ;)

Fries were good, red sausage was burnt, I complained, tried 2 times, then it was still cold inside. Little choice of ice cream. But very expensive, Smarties pop up ice cream for a whopping €4!!!! It's really a disgrace. Even the Italian restaurant is cheaper. The location doesn’t justify the price either…

Service during the meal was great. But it was a little bit too much effort to find an appropriate menu And to make all the arrangements before hand. Other locations act Here way more professional. But still a clear recommendation from our side. Especially the winter garden and the Terrace are beautiful. We had a family lunch with 20 person in May’25.

What a joy it is to have this food truck above Stetten. Top staff, well organized so that drinking, eating, ice cream and cake are each offered separately. This prevents long queues. The entire staff seems like a happy family and that is passed on to the guests. Romy, the pretty boss, doesn't put it out there but always helps in a good mood wherever she is needed. The toilets are always on top. Little Mango: Sometimes the music is quite loud but that's criticism at a high level. Love, greetings to the entire Ratze D team.

So we were invited to the engagement yesterday because I celebrated our circumcision ceremony last year. Our guests really liked it last year. But unfortunately it now has a new tenant Service very bad, or better said, not a single service, not a single table was cleared until the end... it's a shame that the previous owner is gone... and the furnishings are unfortunately very ugly...
