Fries were good, the red sausage was burnt. I complained after two attempts, and it was still cold inside. Ice cream selection is limited. But it's very expensive, with Smarties pop-up ice cream for a whopping €4! It's a real disgrace. Even the Italian restaurant is cheaper. The location doesn't justify the price either...

We were extremely disappointed by the rather brusque manner in which we were turned away. We, two people with a dog, were passing through and would have liked to have a light snack or a cold beer shortly after 6 p.m., but immediately upon entering the beer garden, we were asked in a rather unfriendly tone whether we had a reservation. When we answered "No," the lady said everything was reserved and the guests would be arriving shortly. However, there were clearly several free seats in the beer garden. She also didn't ask whether we wanted something to eat or just a drink. We have some practical experience in the restaurant industry, and we find this kind of behavior extremely unprofessional. Either they clearly state on their website that reservations are required, which isn't the case at this establishment, or they check with unexpected guests to see what they want and whether a small extra table is available. This is how we've always handled it. From what we experienced, it was unpleasant and unfriendly. We cannot judge the quality of the food on offer. However, such unfriendly treatment of guests is already an exclusion criterion.

What a joy it is to have this food truck above Stetten. Top staff, well organized so that drinking, eating, ice cream and cake are each offered separately. This prevents long queues. The entire staff seems like a happy family and that is passed on to the guests. Romy, the pretty boss, doesn't put it out there but always helps in a good mood wherever she is needed. The toilets are always on top. Little Mango: Sometimes the music is quite loud but that's criticism at a high level. Love, greetings to the entire Ratze D team.

Fairplay was just a last-minute solution a month ago because the main restaurant was packed. It turned out to be the best decision... the best Käsespätzle I've ever eaten. And the staff were so friendly and funny. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
