We like going there, and the food is always very good. Unfortunately, there are often very long waits for our food. You can sit outside and inside, and the outdoor seating is very close to the street. It's still nice, though. You can go there with larger groups of up to ten people. The service is friendly. The only downside is the long waits.

Not every guest is welcome here... wanted to eat here on Sunday and were turned away again because, according to the statement, all the tables were reserved. After we walked past it again almost 45 minutes later and the restaurant wasn't full, we called and suddenly there was room and even for 2 more people, as originally wanted. Well, the local kebab shop was happy about our visit and the sales. We definitely won't be entering the Sonne guesthouse again.

Had a spontaneous meal there with a large family. It was delicious as always! Thank you for the good time!

We celebrated here with the family after the civil wedding. Super delicious food, lots of food with all the trimmings and the original menu was also changed according to our wishes. The decoration was also provided by the owner according to our ideas and we were simply completely satisfied.

It was our first time in this restaurant and we were given a very friendly welcome by the boss. I had gyros with Metaxa sauce that was just bomb, I can say it was so delicious 😋I've never eaten it before. The portions are huge, so bring your appetite. And price performance very good. Boss very nice. All I can say is, always happy. Thanks for that, and keep it up.😀

Service was borderline friendly

Just the right place for our family celebration. Cozy, excellent and attentive service and excellent cuisine; especially the roast roast, which the landlady prepares to perfection and serves with spaetzle or other side dish. A culinary delight. A visit is always worth it.

Ich war das erste mal hier. Habe mir Gyros - Käse bestellt. Leider war die Käse-Soße zu versalzen. Man konnte es aber gerade noch so essen. Angeblich kam das vom Schafskäse. - Ich schlage vor, dass das Rezept geändert wird, die Soße irgendwie abgemildert wird, oder Gyros Käse ganz verwerfen. - Der gemischte Salat war sehr lecker - Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auch humorvoll :)

Waren heute das erste Mal mit unserer Mutter, die uns bereits vorgeschwärmt hatte, hier essen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Alles war sehr lecker und appetitlich , von Fleisch über Fisch bis zu vegetarisch! Sonderwünsche wurden freundlich erfüllt! Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Besuch, auch wenn wir aus Esslingen kommen! Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Vor 2 Wochen waren wir als Gast einer Firmung im Gasthaus zur Sonne. Es war grandios. Das Essen war perfekt, die Freundlichkeit der Wirtin kaum zu übertreffen. Man merkt auch das die Wirtin ein Händchen für Dekoration hat. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hat sie eine wunderbare Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in diesem charmanten, griechischen Gasthaus gehabt. Das Ambiente war perfekt, von der griechischen Musik im Hintergrund bis hin zu den liebevoll platzierten Blumensträußen auf jedem Tisch. Es war eine angenehme Überraschung, im gesamten Gasthaus reichlich echte Blumen zu sehen, anstatt der üblichen Plastik- oder künstlichen Blumen. Die Inhaberin war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war authentisch und sehr lecker, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Geburtstagsfeier meines Mannes war, Dank der Wirtin und ihres Teams, ein absolut gelungener Abend. Sehr liebevoll dekoriert, das Essen super, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend Alle Gäste waren und sind begeistert. Einen Besuch in der Sonne kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Danke liebe Ranja Du bist eine exzellente Wirtin.

Ich war jetzt öfters mit meiner Familie dort zum Essen, man kann einfach net genug davon kriegen und jedes Mal ist es ein leckerhaftes Erlebnis!😍 Man kann sich kaum entscheide was man essen will. Wie gesagt probiert es aus, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen!!!

Waren gestern Abend spontan und kurzentschlossen hier essen und haben es nicht bereut! Sehr leckeres Essen, megatolle grosse Steak-Pommes, liebevoll angerichtet, und sehr nette und Sympathische Inhaberin, toller Service! Toll, so ein gutes griechisches Lokal hier "um die Ecke" zu haben, war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch!
