First impressions can be deceiving; this restaurant is a real insider tip. I ate there with my girlfriend and it was absolutely delicious; the curries are world-class. Plus, the portions are so large that you can take some home with you. The staff are also very friendly.

We made a special reservation for the second evening. He waved his hand around and said you can sit there. I then had to tell him again that we had reserved and would like to sit at another table. Then it worked. Would love to come back. 😋👍

We just went to the restaurant in the evening, which was really nice, and especially very good! The waitress gave us a very warm welcome, as three French tourists (I speak German, I don't know if anyone speaks French or English at the restaurant, but nowadays with Google Translate, anyone can translate a menu). The portions were generous, and we weren't hungry anymore, so we skipped dessert! We recommend it! Bonus: As you leave the restaurant, the farm next door sells nuts and fruit liqueur; just ring the doorbell.

An insider tip for me! I have to write this now while the impression is still fresh! We spontaneously had dinner here today. We had boiled beef with potatoes and salad (better than with nuts) and asparagus (I liked the sauce separately) with steak and potatoes. The food was just perfect. If you are looking for German, home-style food that tastes good and is also sumptuous, you are in good hands with the wild man. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, all thumbs up! Maybe another tip: reserve in advance, we were lucky to get a free place.
