A very cozy hotel with excellent cuisine. The venison ragout - a poem🫶😋

First impressions can be deceiving; this restaurant is a real insider tip. I ate there with my girlfriend and it was absolutely delicious; the curries are world-class. Plus, the portions are so large that you can take some home with you. The staff are also very friendly.

It's been a few years since we (wrongly) neglected to visit this beautiful place, representative of what a Winstub is: traditional dishes, carefully selected wines by the glass, and a warm setting. In fact, here, a soul inhabits the place: surely due to the charm of the building but especially to the spirit given by the owner. Traditional cuisine but in tune with the times thanks to this principle of small portions that invite sharing between all; and with a few contemporary twists here and there. And precise locavore and seasonal sourcing; in the beautiful slowfood spirit! In short: an ideal address that is once again becoming a favorite for me. I will never forget you again 😅

We just went to the restaurant in the evening, which was really nice, and especially very good! The waitress gave us a very warm welcome, as three French tourists (I speak German, I don't know if anyone speaks French or English at the restaurant, but nowadays with Google Translate, anyone can translate a menu). The portions were generous, and we weren't hungry anymore, so we skipped dessert! We recommend it! Bonus: As you leave the restaurant, the farm next door sells nuts and fruit liqueur; just ring the doorbell.
