Winemaker tapas - unfortunately not typical for sharing like tapas - apart from the ham, everything was only on the plate once and only the tower of three originals was unfortunately overpowered by the topping Sausage salad - nothing out of the ordinary, too much vinegar, cucumber, too much bed of lettuce - good farmer's bread Schnitzel Viennese style - OK but the schnitzel is too thick, tightly breaded and the breading isn't nicely battered. The fried potatoes OK and very good ham. Unfortunately no vegetables or salad. Service OK - unfortunately it was extremely busy and the service was a bit too demanding. Ambience OK - very crowded and extremely loud even outside. Tables are a bit too narrow and there are no visible paths between the chairs, which means that everyone squeezes through the chair.

Very bad experience with the staff. We were put at someone else's table without asking if we wanted this and the person already sitting at the table was not asked if he agreed. This has been the culinary highlight of our trip to the Black Forest. Service was absolutely outstanding and the food was incredible. Wine was paired perfectly with dinner. Do not pass on Black Forest Tiramisu for dessert or schnapps to finish the meal! If possible, ask for a tour of the impressive 4,000 bottle wine cellar. The owner is passionate about supporting local farmers, butchers and vintners. An awesome experience from start to finish!

If you are looking for a delicious meal in a suitable atmosphere, this is the right place for you. The restaurant is typically furnished for the part of the country and the menu is appropriate. The staff, including the boss, are very relaxed and open, always friendly and helpful 👍👍 And should you expect a beer bar to be served in a wine bar? Even I, as an absolute beer drinker from Northern Germany, didn't expect that 😏 Little tip: If you don't want to leave the restaurant hungry, you should make a reservation!!!! Word gets around about good cuisine...

All in all satisfactory - the point deduction is based on two things A. 0.5 l water 4.80 euros - box price!! B. 0.1 l sparkling wine 7.10 euros The problem is that almost all restaurants in Badenweiler charge these prices. Which family with children should pay that? Badenweiler has to reinvent itself - the magic of the old health resort is being lost. The hotel and catering industry suffer as a result..

Definitely a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately we were disappointed by the food served, also considering the many good reviews that suggested otherwise. In the “Klemmbach plate” we ordered, sausage salad was just a small side dish, while it mainly consisted of fried potatoes and quark. The bacon in the fried potatoes was only marginally present. Unfortunately the schnitzel was dry. Summary: Fried potato-heavy, simple cuisine at exorbitant prices.

Great! Regional accents with organic products and wines at a first-class price-performance ratio. We were exhausted from a hike and were very happy that we were given a reserved table in the backyard for a good hour. Salad with goat cheese/smoky bacon wrap and fine dried herbs with lettuce: dill note, celery and seeds are ideal in the summer heat. Finally, two types of fine organic hay milk cheese made from natural raw milk. Clearly: top rating!

This is what my Baden homeland tastes like 😍 You can sit nicely in the courtyard. When we arrived here around 8 p.m., it was still quite full, but we got a free table in the corner for our dog and us (two people). This was perfect for us. For dinner I had a large mixed salad and Brägele (vegetarian), my husband had Winzerwürste (two bratwursts) and Brägele with bacon. It tasted really delicious. The service was also great. My husband's only criticism: "There is no beer." 😅 But we are also in a Markgräfler winery here, so everything is good. If we are back in my homeland, we would definitely come here again.

Such a wonderful find. A traditional restaurant serving traditional meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff could not be more helpful. I am vegan and even though there was nothing vegan on the menu the staff went out of their way to make something fantastic for me. Highly recommend.

A must visit spot to eat when in the area… super atmosphere, food and service. The slow cooked roast beef, the frozen wine slushy and the flamble apple tart were the highlights.

So the food is delicious, the ingredients are fresh. The boss personally served the guests, as there was unfortunately little staff there. Nevertheless, everything worked. The restaurant has a really nice wine cellar. Overall, good local and fair prices for today's times.

From the reception to the kitchen it's just top! We were warmly welcomed and the starter recommendations were amazing! Summer salad with bacon chanterelles and eggplant salad were simply excellent! The service was also very friendly and accommodating as they regularly asked about our well-being! We can highly recommend this restaurant, so we will definitely come back. Our group is in from America, we had an absolutely amazing experience! It was a top 5 experience in our well traveled lives for 8 of us! We were treated with a 5 star experience with incredible German food made with local ingredients and love! We drank incredible wine from the local region and schnapps. All of it was curated from the owner and chef! He truly leads with his heart and has so much passion for his family, his country, his community and food! We felt it all night! I have never stayed at a dinner for 3.5 hours and not wanted it to end! Touring the space and one of a kind wine room! Thank you for the most incredible night in Germany!

Unkomplizierte badische Kost auf hohem Niveau, die schmeckt und Lust auf mehr macht. Egal ob Suppe, Salat oder Fleisch mit Brägele, alles schmeckt lecker. Und die Brägele – Bratkartoffeln – sind ein Gedicht. Da musst du lange suchen, bis du eine Wirtschaft findest, wo sie so gut schmecken. Und die Weinliebhaber kommen auch nicht zu kurz. Aber Achtung. Biertrinker gehen leer aus. Es ist halt eine Weinstube und keine Bierschenke.

Very, very nice courtyard that invites you to linger and drink wine. We liked it very much. The food at the neighboring tables looked very good and smelled great. Unfortunately we weren't hungry.

Very nice restaurant! The restaurant staff was very attentive, friendly and committed, so that we were able to get seats for three people on Sunday evening without a reservation. The food was regionally first class. We enjoyed all the dishes very much. The delicious fried potatoes are highly recommended. Oh, actually everything was very good (sausage salad, roast beef, bratwursts, tarte flambée). Five stars are absolutely justified!

Four of us + dog were in the Winzerstube today. Unfortunately we didn't reserve a table but we still got a seat. The waitresses and the entire service were very friendly and accommodating, recommended at any time. The food was excellent and the price/performance ratio was also good. Went to this restaurant for the first time through Schlemmerblock. We can recommend the restaurant without reservation. The food was lovingly prepared and tasted very good. A compliment to the kitchen and the service. We will definitely come back because everything is just right.

Die Winzerstube ist in Badenweiler ein absolutes muss. Wir waren dort an zwei Abenden ohne Reservierung und erhielten durch die netten Gastwirte immer einen Platz. Die Winzerstube bietet Badische Spezialitäten zu fairen Preisen. Das Essen war super lecker und stets frisch. Am ersten Abend entschieden wir uns für die Empfehlung außerhalb der Speisekarte (am zweiten Abend gab´s eine neue Empfehlung) und wir waren begeistert vom Essen. Die Gastgeberfamilie war jeden Abend sehr nett und trotz Stress stets gut gelaunt und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns wie Stammgäste und werden beim nächsten Besuch in Badenweiler auf jeden Fall wieder die Gaststube besuchen.

We were in your winery a week ago. Food, wine and cheerful, hard-working and amusing service - everything was simply great!

Cosy & characterful restaurant, good for rustic food, great wine and delicious grappa. Great service. Unfortunately we were sat at a small, no candle, unvarnished quick-fix table sandwiched between a staircase and the toilets, watching the goings on in the kitchen. Romantic? No. Spent 180 euro on a limited menu but enjoyed great wine.
