I recently had the pleasure of dining at Landhaus Höppeler and I loved it. The food was excellent and offered an impressive variety of flavors. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without seeming fake. The stylish ambience is a bit baroque but very well maintained. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I celebrated my birthday with my family at the “Zum Drachen” restaurant. Everything was well organized and the food was super good and plentiful. The service staff was quick and polite. We felt we were in good hands. Dear Uwe, thank you very much for a successful evening. L.G. Mike

Portions are super large and taste good too. Price is also quite okay.

All in all, I could give more stars!! The lunch was excellent, I have never eaten mozzarella like this before. There was a small selection of 3-course menus for lunch... just the right portions for me. Simply good wine, fast and professional service... I can absolutely recommend Alessio! Update: unfortunately the owner/operator has changed and the service has decreased for me... it's a shame, but it's no longer for me.

Rich and delicious... membership is worth it

We had our hotel and restaurant company Christmas party in March because we have too much to do in November and December. It was absolutely wonderful. The table decorations were very pretty for Christmas, a few Christmas songs as a welcome, a wonderful meal and great service. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the team at Kaltohmfelder Saloon. 👌

Unfortunately, I didn't like my food at all. The sauce smelled and tasted like the kind you can make cheaply. I didn't eat 3/4 of my food. This happens to me extremely rarely. Personally, I don't want to eat there anymore. However, the service was very, very nice and accommodating. She would definitely have tried to provide me with alternative food, but just because I don't like it doesn't mean I can't ask for something else. Bad luck for me that evening.

The better alternative to kebab, just try it

We went there for dinner at the beginning of the week and my wife again the next day for lunch. The food is very good, especially considering the prices. And the best thing at last: the service and the team. You are really super nice, we just felt comfortable. PS it worked

This house is run by 2 very warm people who put a lot of effort into everything and with great attention to detail. I just say cake 🥰 Wow, delicious and just the lunch menu was always amazing, German cuisine 💪🏼🤩👍🏼 We stayed at Haus Ammonit for 5 days and it was so nice even the apartment upstairs is very well furnished.
