Gestern Pizza und Calamaretti Su Rucola bestellt, gut 1 1/2 Stunden gewartet. Da nützt es auch nichts, eine Kundennummer zu haben und die Aussage, so schnell wie möglich wird geliefert. Immerhin, das Essen war wieder sehr gut.

Sehr unfreundlich und unorganisierter Service. Die Zahlung ist sehr unflexibel. Man wird gezwungen in Bar zu zahlen, obwohl ein funktionierendes Kartenlesegerät existiert. Definitiv nicht mehr, was es ein mal war!

Achtung mit der Bestellung: wir haben ab Zeitpunkt der Bestellung ebenfalls knapp 2 Stunden gewartet, bis sie da war. Ein Anruf sagte uns, sie sei in 10 Minuten bei uns, ab da dauerte es noch etwa 50 Minuten. Die Pizza selbst ist lecker, aber der Service mit der Lieferung geht leider gar nicht, zumal man sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Im Restaurant essen klappt dagegen sicherlich gut, wie gesagt, die Pizza ist durchaus lecker!

We ordered food delivery today! It took almost two hours after we called. Unfortunately, the lasagna we ordered didn't arrive, and our special requests for the pasta were ignored. Instead, we received a ton of bread, which was underbaked and ice cold. We wanted to complain about our order and have the lasagna sent later, but after an hour and a half, we still couldn't reach anyone by phone, and it was constantly busy. I suspect they turned off the phone due to the high volume of orders. What a shame…

Much better than you'd expect for a place in the middle of nowhere. Great shop.

We ordered for the family again today. The pizzas were delicious as always. Unfortunately, my minestrone was oversalted and completely inedible – very disappointing! My salad was swimming in dressing. I ate half of it, then threw away the rest and the entire minestrone, which is completely out of character for me! It would be better to include the salad dressing in a separate mini-container. I think this feedback is important for improvement...

The shop closes at 9pm but if I go there at 8pm and want pizza, they say no more today… Huh

I absolutely recommend their selection of Italian wines, which is well-stocked and of high quality.

Back then, the pizza was very tasty and the service was very good. Today, unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We had to wait 45 minutes for delivery. After 1:40, we called a second time and were yelled at on the phone, telling us to wait. Absolutely rude service! Very disappointing.

The restaurant has certainly seen better days. The front area is very messy, ants are crawling over tables and chairs, children's toys are scattered all over the place, lamps are broken, the order area looks uninviting, and the pizza—sorry, you can get much better pizzas for that price. I know how difficult the restaurant business is, but this is driving away your customers.

Waited 1:40 hours for my order. Paid €45 for three regular pizzas. The toppings were very limited. Pizza Etna had three slices of salami and three Sardinia pizzas, and the other two pizzas had the same limited toppings. Totally overpriced, never again. Really not recommended. A little tip from me to Terra Madre: word gets around very quickly in the digital world. I can throw my hard-earned money somewhere else.

What a shame! We were always enthusiastic about it, but unfortunately the quality has now deteriorated so much that we won't be coming back, as the ingredients on one of the pizzas were spoiled. Overall, the place seems considerably dirtier than it did a good six months ago. The refrigerator with the spoiled food also stores other foods used as toppings. Sensitive foods, in particular, should be checked before each use. The money for the pizza with the spoiled mussels was refunded without any problems, but they didn't understand why we didn't want to eat the other pizza either. Only after we mentioned the word "health department" was the other pizza refunded.

We've now eaten 6 pizzas and two pasta dishes in a row, but my conclusion is that we won't be buying from there again. Not a single pizza tasted good. The crust wasn't light and there was no crust even in the middle of the pizza. Not recommended for the taste!!!

Today we ordered a Pizza Tonnara and a Pizza Boscaiola. Both are under the Pizze Gourmet label. Both were disappointing. The Boscauiola had regular ham instead of bresaola, and truffles and arugula were completely missing, see photo. Overall, there was very little cheese. We should have received a 10% discount by picking it up ourselves. Instead, we were charged €1 more than the price listed. Unfortunately, we only noticed this at home. Overall, poor quality - never again.

Used to be a fan. The quality has deteriorated considerably since then... Absolutely average pizza. Plus, delivery takes 60 minutes and the wrong orders are delivered. A shame!

If you want to eat a really good and handmade pizza, this is the right place 👍 Not a restaurant as such, but from spring there will be a few outdoor seats in front of the door.

The pizza is simply extremely good and delicious! The quality of the food couldn't be better according to my taste. However, this is not a restaurant, so you should know that beforehand. In the summer you can sit outside when the weather is nice and there is even a playhouse for children, which is great for families! However, there is no toilet and in winter or when it rains you have to take the pizza home with you. But everything that is done there is done with love and dedication and you can taste it.

The pizza still tastes excellent, but deliveries are taking longer. I pick up everything directly these days, so it's still warm when I get home. Somehow, the typical Italian spirit of this little shop is gone; I used to find it special and authentic. A real Sicilian pizza maker, a real Sicilian chef, a mess that was organized. Nevertheless, the pizza is still top-notch.

Best pizza in Frohnau. Super good thin dough with a very good edge. Best to order. Eating on site is possible but is more likely outside. Small inside. Of course, the quality is known, so it's best to order early in the evening. Definitely a recommendation.

The pizza was simply outstanding! The dough was thin and crispy, baked just right. The topping was fresh and generous – the cheese was nicely melted and the tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned. The quality of the ingredients was clearly palpable and everything harmonized wonderfully. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The pizza is very tasty 😋 and recommended.

We had the pizza delivered and the delivery was quick. For pizza we had Quattro Formaggi, which was very tasty. The second pizza was a Diavolo, which I found a bit unspectacular. Otherwise the pizzas were a good size and were nice and thin.

We once ordered spaghetti cabonara, pizza tonno and a lasagne to pick up. Picking up went smoothly and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. Regarding the food we can say that the pizza was really good. We were a little dissatisfied with the lasagne as it was very runny and consisted more of sauce than anything else. Last but not least, the Spaghetti Cabonara was not edible at all. This had to be whipped up again at home because the noodles were very salty and therefore outweighed any taste. Accordingly, we would probably not order again. But we would make an exception for a pizza.

I can't believe the few positive reviews. We were more than disappointed with the quality and taste of the pizzas. In addition, the price was significantly higher than the prices at real pizzerias with service and ambience. So we rarely complain, but we recommend you order your pizza somewhere else.

Die Preise sind der Gegend entsprechend etwas ambitionierter, in Anbetracht der hohen Qualität aber auf jeden Fall angemessen. Für Selbstabholer gibt es eine Stempelkarte, wenn die voll ist, gibts ne Flasche Vino aufs Haus. Bei mir ist es mit der nächsten Pizza soweit und es werden sicher noch viele folgen. Meine persönliche Empfehlung: Quattro formaggi. Ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Terra Madre ist eine tolle Bereicherung für den hohen Berliner Norden. Verzehr vor Ort geht auch, allerdings ist zu beachten, dass die Pizzeria direkt an der nicht eben wenig befahrenen Bundesstraße 96 liegt. Man kann dort dennoch gut sitzen, für einen romantischen Abend könnte ich mir jedoch geeignetere Orte vorstellen.

Immer wieder ein Genuss… echt mal, ganz große Lob an die Jungs … Pizza wie in Italien! Danke das Ihr da seid …

Echte Italiener mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr schnellem Lieferservice. Ich wünsche euch Jungs nur das beste und macht so weiter Saubere Leistung Pizza in 10 min geliefert und sau lecker gewesen.

Wir werden dort nicht wieder bestellen. Lasagne labberig, viel Soße, wenig Nudeln; Salat sehr sauer bzw sehr sehr essiglastig. (Heutzutage normal) hohe Preise, die bei entsprechender Qualität auch ok wären, aber da das hier nicht gegeben ist, absolut unangemessen.

Die Pizza ist mega lecker und original italienisch. Sie schmeckt wie in Rom. Lieferzeit ist kurz. Einen Stern Abzug da die einzelnen Zutaten die man extra auswählen kann viel zu teuer für die Menge dann davon auf der Pizza sind

Wir bestellten über Lieferando für 12:45 Uhr. Angekommen ist das Essen zwischen 10 und 15 min zu spät. Grundsätzlich war der Salat und das Gemüse frisch, das Hänchen hat jedoch schlecht gerochen und geschmeckt.

Beste Pizza in Nordberlin! Mega freundliches Personal! Hab gestern einfach noch ein Bier aufs Haus bekommen und als sie meinen Kumpel der kein Schwein isst, versehentlich die falsche Pizza gemacht haben hat er sofort die richtige neue bekommen. Die Pizzen schmecken extrem Lecker und Stellen daher aufjedenfall eine Fette Konkurrenz zu den anderen Pizzarian in Hermsdorf, Frohnau und Umgebung da! 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig, da ich dort wirklich gerne bestelle! Klare Empfehlung für jeden Frohnauer!

Frische Zutaten, sehr freundlichen und schnellen Lieferanten, Heiß und sehr genießbar. Ein sehr nettes Familien betrieb. Sind mit Leib und Seele dabei Wie bei Mama.

Sehr leckere Pizza! Habe zu meinem 18. Geburtstag hier Pizzen bestellt. Diese kamen pünktlich und heiß an. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und es gab sogar eine zusätzliche „Geburtstagspizza“ vom Chef. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir werden hier definitiv wieder bestellen, waren rundherum zufrieden!

Die beste Pizza in der Umgebung! Lange teigführung, wenig hefe und sehr gute produkte machen die jungs zum Geheimtipp. Die Qualität der Zutaten steht im Vordergrund. Zu unserem Umzug bestellten wir mit Vorankündigung 18 Pizzen und jede davon kam heiß und auf Wunsch geschnitten bei uns an. Wir haben bestimmt schon 40 Pizzen bestellt und waren jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Dafür und für die Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber würde ich gerne 6 Sterne geben!
