A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but nice people and the food was delicious. We'd love to come back when the opportunity arises.

The food was good, but considering the price and the standards that Theodor itself conveys, it was no more than that. The espresso at the end was no better than the one you get in any bakery at the main train station. Almost every good restaurateur now has a portafilter machine - but Theodor serves machine coffee, and it was only lukewarm. The service was disappointing. Compared to the level that Theodor sets, it's even below average. Yes, it was full, and yes, there were technical problems - but that doesn't change my overall picture. I had the impression that there was a two-class service at Theodor. It was striking that the employees often had time to chat at a few tables and we were asked exactly once if it tasted good. No question whether we would like water or wine after we had run out. Zero interaction. I found the situation when paying the bill particularly unpleasant: Instead of discreetly placing the bill in a pencil case on the table to be checked, the service employee stood next to me with the piece of paper in his hand and announced the amount so loudly that the table next door was also informed. It seemed more like a snack bar mentality than like fine dining. About the ambience: As is well known, taste can be debated. But I find paper tablecloths placed over fabric tablecloths to be cheap. I don't know of any upscale restaurants that work this way - not even to "protect" them from stains. All in all, I will give Theodor a second chance if I get the chance. However, for special occasions it is out of the question for me for the time being.

We had an absolutely wonderful, all-round successful evening. The food was a real taste experience, the wines - which were presented at the table with a lot of passion - went perfectly with it and the service was perfect and super nice. We'll definitely be back!

Was here to go to the theater. The dishes, cheese pressed dumplings, schnitzel with fries, sausages with sauerkraut or Obatzda platter, were very cleanly prepared. The schnitzel is well stuffed, portions are not huge, but very inexpensive. The drink prices were outstanding. Due to the full hall, the service was a bit busy and some people received their food late or not at all. The full hall is also very cramped, but you want to sit at the front of the theater stage.

Wir waren mal wieder in Michel's Stern und waren vom Essen einmal mehr begeistert. Die Leberklösschensuppe sehr gut. Die Entenbrust sehr gut, der Skrei auf Polenta mit Lauchpilzgemüse super, genauso wie das Rehgulasch mit Kloß und Blaukraut. Und zum Nachtisch eine leckere Orangencreme. Der Espresso ein würdiger Abschluss zu einem tollen Essen. Auf der Weinkarte findet jeder die passende Begleitung zu seinen Speisen. Lediglich der Service war heute nicht ganz top. 2 mal kam ein Wein den wir nicht bestellt hatten. Das kann mal vorkommen, aber nicht unbedingt dann ein zweites mal. Preislich für Marktbreit noch "ok". Empfehlung.

There is no better pizza anywhere. I always enjoy coming back with my boyfriend.

Eating a bit garlic-heavy with the goulash and the salad. But still good. Wouldn't even go there now.
