Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in Pure Wine and Food und bin nach wie vor begeistert und werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Es hat alles rund um gepasst und wir hatten einen wunderbaren, relaxten Abend bei sehr gutem Essen und Wein.

Pure is one of our absolute favorites in Munich: Patrick and his team create a welcoming atmosphere in a pleasant setting. Claudia's innovative Italian specialties are always a delightful surprise, featuring fermented ingredients, for example. It's worth noting that the vegetarian menu is often just as delicious as the meat options. A truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

Wir waren dort bei einem Silvester-Menü. Jeder einzelne Gang hat in der Konzeption und Durchführung überzeugt. Bis in die kleinen Details war alles fein abgestimmt und geschmacklich außergewöhnlich gut. Hier bewegt man sich schon ziemlich nahe an dem Niveau der Michelin-Sterne Welt. Allerdings ohne auch mit den Preisen dieser exklusiven Welt konfrontiert zu sein. Die Preise sind nämlich absolut fair. Hinzu kommt, dass der Service aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und humorvoll war. Insgesamt eine rundum überzeugende Performance von Küche und Service.

We opted for the five-course menu. ☺️ It was a delight from start to finish. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was exquisite. You could taste the dedication and skill of the kitchen team in every course. 🙌 The service was very friendly, attentive, and professional. What was especially lovely was the staff's relaxed and witty manner, which created a very pleasant and laid-back atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. ✨☺️

From the very first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The wine pairing and recommendations were excellent, and the multi-course meal was simply outstanding. This location is definitely not recommended. The seating is very cramped and uncomfortable; it's very hot and stuffy. The wines are mediocre, but gourmet quality? Some of the meat was more fat than meat. The service was friendly.

The food is excellent, and the wines are very well described. The wine actually tastes exactly as the sommelier describes.

Unexpected things often happen. We stumbled upon this place more or less by chance during a short trip to Munich, thanks in part to the Michelin app. Exceptional wines and incredibly good food—the best I've had in years, even if it's just below Michelin-starred level. And the service is attentive and entertaining. Highly recommended—especially since the value for money is excellent for Munich.

Wir waren zum ersten Male in diesem wunderbaren Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche und einer exzelenten Weinbegleitung. Meine Frau konnte an diesem Abend keinen Alkohol trinken und hatte eine alternative Begleitung bekommen die ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und besonders war. Das Restaurant hätte eigentlich einen Michelin-Stern verdient !

Hervorragendes Restaurant mit außergewöhnlichen Gerichten. Jeder Gang war etwas Besonderes. Das Ambiente war gemütlich edel, wir wurden zuvorkommend bedient. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass man uns sofort mit vereinten Kräften geholfen hat, als man gesehen hat, dass mein Freund im Rollstuhl sitzt. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Danke für einen schönen Abend.

We were first-time guests and had high expectations – the ambiance that evening was pleasant and the atmosphere overall serene. The cuisine deserves special mention: The food was fresh, delicious, and creatively presented. You can feel the quality. Unfortunately, the service couldn't keep pace. The wait times between courses were significantly too long. Among other things, we had to wait over an hour for our main course. – The reception, the presentation of the menus, and the serving of dessert also dragged on unpleasantly. We repeatedly had to ask about the status of the next courses, but received no response. Another point of criticism was the incorrect order for a flat white, which we had to point out to the waiter. Unfortunately, the error wasn't immediately acknowledged, which further tarnished the overall professional impression. The end of the evening was also bumpy – we were asked four times within a short period of time for our preferred payment method, which seemed more hectic than attentive. For a restaurant of this category, a coherent "overall experience" is essential. The kitchen already delivers at a high level, but the service needs significantly more structure, training, and presence. It would be desirable for management to further train staff in this area – because not every table should be staffed if they lack the ability to offer all guests an equally high-quality experience. Quality means not only good food, but also consistently professional operations.

An outstanding menu prepared with love and a focus on the ingredients used, along with a fantastic wine pairing and interesting background information about the wineries. Highly recommended!

Highlights: The wine pairing with the meal and the gentleman's palpable passion, who explained it very well. Lowlights: Two expired Cokes were served (a no-go for this price range). 4.5 hours for 6 courses: The wait times were sometimes too long. Food: Delicious throughout, no question. Overall, though, after 6 courses, the wow factor was missing. Drinks: The wines were creatively selected, well presented, and paired perfectly with the food. Service: The wine service was first-class. The food was sometimes served without any explanation of what was on the plate. Very long waits for the main course and later for dessert in what was then an almost empty restaurant. Ambience: We had very good seating, a lovely ambiance.

The service was great and the menu excellent. But the star was the wine accompaniment. Each wine is perfectly matched to the course and fantastically good.

Reliably high quality food, spectacular wine selection with wines you've never heard of, but some of which are sensationally good. The landlord has an inexhaustible knowledge of his wines, which he shares in a very friendly manner. The combination of very good food and the really special wines (there is a perfectly selected wine selection for every course) makes the evening something special. Unreserved recommendation!

Das Essen und der Service waren topp. Wir hatten ein Viergänge Menu das ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker geschmeckt hat und auch sehr toll angerichtet war. Der Service war perfekt, nicht aufdringlich aber immer zuvorkommend. Die Weinempfehlungen waren hervorragend.

Wir haben ein wunderbares Viergängemenü genossen. Eine sehr perfekte Weinbekleidung bekommen und einen tollen Service. Die Tische stehen allerdings etwas zu nah, aber sonst ist alles bestens. 100 % empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war lecker, aber es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial. Creme brûlée war ziemlich dünn, es hat so ausgesehen, als hätte man gespart… und die Getreideflocken passen nicht wirklich dazu…

Es war eine super Erfahrung. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, trotzdem war der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es hat Spaß gemacht. Das Essen war exzellent, das Menü sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt und die Weinauswahl ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen

Sehr guter Service, tolle Weinberatung und sehr interessante nicht alkoholische Weinbegleitung (Autofahrer sollten die unbedingt ausprobieren). Das Essen war vorzüglich. Es ist hilfreich sich im Internet über die Speisekarte zu erkundigen, da es z.B. nur ein Fleischgericht gibt. Sehr attraktive Zubereitung der Speisen. Alle Zutaten sind bio. Es gibt auch ein vegetarisches Menü.

I stopped by on a very quiet weekday in January for an early dinner without a reservation - there was only a single host/waiter/bartender and the chef and her staff working to serve 5 of the 40 available tables. Inside, the decor is fairly simple, aside from a few display windows focusing on the wine selection available. The small waiter's dining pass to the kitchen is located in the middle of the main dining area and is equipped with a sliding door that significantly reduces noise when lowered. Since only 15% of the restaurant was occupied during my visit, I imagine the noise level is much greater when both the restaurant and the lovely terrace are full. The one server was fairly competent and only made a few minor missteps that didn't affect my meal, but did affect a table of two sitting next to me. From the menu, I really enjoyed the green ravioli with celery cream filling, brown butter and apple, together with a 2023 Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco. The presentation itself seemed a bit bland, visually less exciting than the starter, beef fillet tartare with egg yolk espuma. But still delicious. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, das Pure Vine&Food Restaurant zu besuchen. Das Restaurant ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer einladenden und warmen Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl! Der Service war tadellos! Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst professionell. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Essen: Was soll ich sagen? Einfach wow! Jedes Gericht war eine Geschmacksexplosion und perfekt angerichtet. Die Zutaten waren frisch, die Zubereitung kreativ und die Präsentation ein absoluter Hingucker. Auch die Getränkeauswahl war hervorragend, von erlesenen Weinen (Danke Patrick für die ausführliche Erklärungen) bis hin zu kreativen Cocktails – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Hier stimmt einfach alles: exzellentes Essen, großartiger Service und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und kann dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen besonderen Abend erleben möchte. Vielen Dank an Claudia und Patrick und an das gesamte Team, für dieses großartige Erlebnis.

We had an absolutely wonderful, all-round successful evening. The food was a real taste experience, the wines - which were presented at the table with a lot of passion - went perfectly with it and the service was perfect and super nice. We'll definitely be back!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und sehr gut bei der Getränkeauswahl beraten. Das Essen war sehr gut und schmackhaft. Wir waren das erste Mal dort werden aber wiederkommen und haben das Restaurant bereits weiter empfohlen.

Service relaxed and friendly, food was tasty but overall nothing special or outstanding, nor was the ambience. The wine selection was noticeably good, there were special and rather unknown wines that were all very suitable. In total we paid around 550 euros. In our opinion, compared to similar restaurants it would be "worth" around 300-350 euros. It's a particular shame: there's nothing to toast the house on New Year's Eve 2024/2025 - at over 500 euros for a meal for two and on New Year's Eve we would have expected that. 3.5 stars

The food was excellent, the dishes went very well together and the wine pairing was perfectly matched. There was a chef's choice menu and a vegetarian menu. Really great restaurant that cooks to a high standard. We're always happy to come back!

The vegetarian menu I had didn't meet the expectations I had about a restaurant with that price, it tasted a bit boring to me. They have great anti-alcoholic drinks too though.

Es ist zu bemerken, dass die Weine von außerordentlicher Qualität waren und auf die einzelnen Gänge super abgestimmt. Das Menü frisch und leicht. Danke!, wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Wie immer eine Gaumenfreude - eine Vielfalt an kreativen Geschmackskombinationen im Menü mit spitzen korrespondierenden Weinen !

Ich gebe sehr selten 5 Punkte, aber hier ist es absolut angebracht. Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied wurden wir sehr professionell, aber eben auch herzlich umsorgt. Man merkt jedem Mitarbeiter, ob Wirt, Küchenchefin oder Service, an, dass man absolut hinter dem Angebot steht, dass man Spaß daran hat, Gastgeber zu sein. Das ganze ohne "Gehabe", einfach wunderbar, Spitzengastornomie geht also auch mit einem echten "Wohlfühlfaktor", Wir haben uns für das 5 - Gänge - Menü entschieden und jeder einzelne Gang war einfach nur gut, die Präsentation wunderbar, der Geschmack super und dabei war bei jedem Gang auch immer eine echter besonderer Twist dabei. Also ich kann mich nicht an viele Menüs erinnern, die mich so zufrieden gemacht haben. Die Portionen waren dabei so bemessen, dass man wirklich satt wurde, ohne aber ein Völlegefühl zu entwickeln. Die Weine dazu waren auch außergewöhnlich gut. Jeder angebotene Wein wurde vorab ausführlich präsentiert und erklärt und ich muss sagen, dass wirklich jede Empfehlung perfekt gepasst hat. Service hatte ich schon erwähnt, da gibt es wirklich nichts zu verbessern. Aufmerksam, immer da, nie aufdringlich, freundlich, höflich, aber nie zu distanziert, aber auch nicht anbiedernd. Eine Art, die man bei uns in Deutschland viel zu selten findet. Gefühlt leuchten auch die Augen der Mitarbeiter und Inhaber vor Begeisterung für das, was sie da tun und vor der (berechtigten) Begeisterung über das gebotene Produkt. Natürlich ist das kein Lokal für ein normales, alltägliches Abendessen und auch die Preise sind nicht für jeden Tag geeignet, aber lieber hier mal richtig zum Genießen gehen. Wenn man dann noch bedenkt, was Mittelmaß gerade in München zur Zeit oft kostet, dann ist hier wirklich jeder € gut angelegt. Danke und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Wedding Anniversary for 14th anniversary! Absolutely brilliant nothing more to say!

Wir hatten ein wundervolles 4-Gänge-Menü am Samstag abends, kamen spontan und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Obwohl das Restaurant voll gebucht war, war der Service sehr aufmerksam und das Essen exzellent. Die Weinbegleitung ist sehr empfehlenswert, da mit viel Fachwissen ausgesucht. Es kommen auch etwas ungewöhnlichere Weine und unbekannte Weingüter zum Zug! Auch das moderne Ambiente mit Holz und Kunst hat uns wieder einmal sehr gefallen. Ein schöner Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Great restaurant with excellent food that is generous for this level. There were also top drinks. The wine list is exceptionally extensive, but you can safely indulge in the wine recommendations. The service was friendly, entertaining, attentive. My wife and I had a lot of fun and left happy!

Excellent food, harmonious wine pairing, great ambience! The two of us ate in the restaurant and both ordered a 4-course menu. Once with wine accompaniment, once with non-alcoholic accompaniment. The food was excellent - the portion size of the dishes was such that you were full at the end of the meal. The dishes were lovingly prepared. The creativity of the kitchen and the composition of the dishes were also first class. The wines served as well as the non-alcoholic accompaniment went very well with the food. The noise in the restaurant was pleasant; the ambience is also very good. A tiny criticism of the service. This could have been a little more attentive and a little quicker, especially at the beginning (we had to wait a bit before we could order). However, as we noticed, there were new employees to be trained - so things should get better.

Na der Empfang war etwas stoffelig „da drüben ist ihr Tisch.“Keine Garderobe abgenommen.Den Gin Tonic den ich vorab bestellte kam ohne Anmerkung mit Gurke. Meinetwegen, man kann es aber auch ruhig mal erwähnen. Wein und Vorspeise waren mir persönlich viel zu sauer. Der Hauptgang „Hirsch“ war roh. Der Wein zum Hirsch war gut. Die Ware, die verarbeitet wird, ist sehr ordentlich. Die „Kochkunst“ geschmacksache. Insgesamt war ich etwas enttäuscht. Da ist Luft nach oben.

Ein absoluter Genuss - wieder auf den Punkt die Kombination aus Aromen und Qualität der Speisen. unbedingt auch vegetarisch probieren!

Not only are the products used of the highest quality, but you can also taste the dedication of the kitchen team in every bite, from the small amuse-bouches to the desserts and the selection of cheeses. A special highlight is the wine selection. The wine list offers a carefully curated collection that ranges from well-known winemakers to small, exotic wineries and wine-growing regions that are surprising even to seasoned wine lovers. You definitely won't find these wines on every corner, and that's exactly what makes the experience here so special. The service at Pure Wine & Food is what you would want from an upscale restaurant: professional, attentive and personable. The atmosphere remains casual and pleasant - a balance that is not easy to achieve, but is achieved masterfully here. You feel welcome and in good hands, without any stiff formality. Eine eindrucksvolle Weinkarte!!! Wir hatten das 4-Gang Menü mit Wein- und nichtalkoholischer Begleitung. Das Menü war köstlich, die Speisen liebevoll präsentiert, und in der Menge absolut passend. Die Weinbegleitung überraschte mit ungewöhnlichen, aber immer gut zum Essen passenden Weinen. Die nichtalkoholische Begleitung war für mich eine Offenbarung: es gibt Getränke, die an Wein erinnern, geschmacklich zu den einzelnen Speisen passen, und ohne Alkohol auskommen. Das allein war schon den Besuch wert. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Uns hat der Abend super gut gefallen!!

Sehr guter Service, exzellentes Essen, nettes Ambiente

Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend. Ich kenne kaum ein Restaurant in dem alles so perfekt und fein aufeinander abgestimmt präsentiert wird. Die Weinauswahl hervorragend zum entsprechenden Gang und die Vorstellung der Weine und Speisen ausgezeichnet, dazu noch das schöne Ambiente im Garten; einfach toll! Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Abend. Das 6-Gänge Menü war ausgezeichnet. Die Weinbegleitung hätte passender nicht sein können. Auch die Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Gängen waren optimal. Die Kellner waren super freundlich und aufmerksam und hatten jedem Gang erklärt. Der Maitre hatte zu jedem Gang den Wein vorgestellt. Nicht zu vergessen das tolle Ambiente draußen im Garten.
