Peter Grimm, have ordered there several times, best pizza in all of Lübeck. Always very hot and the taste is also very, very tasty. Nice driver and also very helpful, pizza brought to the 2nd floor.

Wir haben heute Bestellt und vorweg, wir beschweren uns wirklich nie! Auch hier wollten wir per Telefon die Sache lieber ohne Rezension klären. Aber gut: In einem der Gerichte war ein verdorbenes Fleischstück (vermutlich versehentlich) und leider ist man uns lediglich mit einem Rabatt oder einem neuen Gericht entgegengekommen, versteht mich nicht falsch, aber Appetit hast du definitiv keinen mehr. Schade das die Kulanz so niedrig war, wir werden nie wieder bestellen und auch nicht dort essen. Und 55€ sind nicht wenig die wir dort gelassen haben….

Awesome service! Ordered 2 of the same schnitzel and got completely different ones! When I asked for a new one, I was only answered with short words and simply hung up! Customer-oriented equals zero. Unfortunately it was the last time for me to order there.

Apparently several people have problems with the delivery person if there isn't enough tip. or similar, if you don't take it yourself, a few euros more will be debited when paying by card and something like that...otherwise you would order more often... but compulsory tip....in an arbitrary amount, no thanks!!!

I live in the immediate vicinity of the store and saw by chance that it was still listed as open. Nobody has been in the shop for weeks and the lights are always off. At least until recently, vehicles stood idle in front of the tennis court next door. Anyone who orders here and receives goods (if something comes) can be sure that it does not come from this store. A long time ago I had the pleasure of being able to test the store several times. - pizza very clearly laid out - Something was missing twice - 1 time the dough was almost raw - Not particularly worth mentioning in terms of taste - plus high prices - and despite paying via PayPal, the driver was asked to pay a delivery fee of between 2 and 5 euros It wasn't worth it but as I said, that was a long time ago *I added pictures in subsequent editing that may make it a little clearer

Four of us had pizza delivered. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not crispy versions. The bottom was wobbly and the cheese tasted like analogue cheese to me. You could have gotten a pizza like this at Dominos Pizza...I'll try another pizza shop next time.

Purest juice shop, Ordered from Krempelsdorfer Alle several times, and every time it was a disaster. And demand so much money for it. Pizza hard and cold every time! We have been ordering there for years with varying degrees of success. The level is getting worse and worse. Things used to be better there. The food depends on who is in the kitchen. The pizza is usually quite good. Used to be very good. The song times have become very long!!!!! Previously 30 minutes. Now, as already written several times, definitely an hour and a half or not at all. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept. The orders are overlooked and forgotten. It is not possible to address a complaint adequately and constructively or even to receive a meaningful response to it. We are looking for another store after several bad experiences.

After a year, I tried again and ordered from PizzaMax. At the door, the driver told me that I should please order for more money in the future! (Two people, two dishes at 8 euros) Sorry PizzaMax, but if the journey to my district is too far for you, then why do you offer delivery here!?

The guy at the cash register either doesn't know math, or the price on the menu is different, or he's a lazy person....
