I was here by chance, but the food was served promptly. Naturally, it was nice and hot. I also had a salad, which was very well prepared and tasted great. I also ordered two pizza breads. These were also ready in no time. Top 🔝

I ordered a party pizza with minced meat and onions, but a pizza with tuna came instead. Very annoying because the minced meat cost 5.90 extra. I called them and was told that I would get a credit but so far nothing has come. I won't order there again

Super friendly delivery service has always been on time, the food was very warm and tasted fresh. We are very satisfied and will continue to order in the future

Unfortunately once again with a huge delay. The first time I did it for 20 minutes because I was really hungry. Today again and this time 40 minutes late! I let everything go back. I'm fed up, I'm not ordering any more for the time being!

Ordered again after a long time, but nothing changed. After 40 minutes the food came, schnitzel with fries and salad. Over €15. The food was lukewarm, rather cold. Apparently traffic jam. I complained about the food. I got a new one and gave the old one along. But the quality is forgettable and the people are unfriendly. I can't recommend it.

Ordered Wiener Schnitzel for delivery there for the first time and we were very impressed. Fries also top and still crispy.

Hands off if you want to eat decent pizza. Completely exorbitant prices with poor quality. Garlic on pizza is only available as tzatziki. There is nothing positive to rate apart from punctuality

Regularly delivers pizzas in 1 size category smaller than ordered. It doesn't seem bad at first, but if you calculate it you'll quickly miss out on a good 20-30% of the area. ABSOLUTE NO-GO

We actually wanted to eat pizza after a long day and were hungry. We then left the restaurant after a wait of almost 30 minutes. The landlord was about to take the order. We then politely declined and left the restaurant. We have never had to wait so long in a restaurant. The one point I'm Service is already too many - 5 points are appropriate.

Today we ordered something from Acasa for the first time in a long time. I'm extremely disappointed. The pizza bread kebab came with onions even though I ordered WITHOUT. The doner kebab with cream sauce and cheese gratinated (twice) looked good. But what was under the cheese was not a cream sauce but an oil sauce. There is still 1 star for the salt and the bread, which was just a side dish. Will not be ordering from Acasa again! We could have saved the money.

Unfortunately very much diminished. Food quality poor. This is the second time that we have not responded to requests on the phone even though they have been heard and confirmed. Total disappointment when you open the food that was delivered and there is nothing on the pizza that you would have liked as a topping. The first time can happen, but the second time you don't order anymore.

We ordered two party pizzas. On the phone they said the delivery time would be 30 - 45 minutes. When we still hadn't received any pizzas after 90 minutes, we called again. I was told there that the pizzas should be there any minute. No explanation, no apology. After about 110 minutes the pizza finally arrived. The supplier's reason was that someone had become ill. Something you couldn't seem to mention over the phone when ordering. To make matters worse, one of the two pizzas came differently than ordered. We've ordered from Acasa a lot, but that was probably the last time.

the meal was delicious. Plus, it was served quickly, there were several people and two children there. The children's meal was also good. The service is very friendly and also speaks a little Spanish.

Awesome service! Ordered 2 of the same schnitzel and got completely different ones! When I asked for a new one, I was only answered with short words and simply hung up! Customer-oriented equals zero. Unfortunately it was the last time for me to order there.

Delivery was on time, food was hot and absolutely delicious!

The pizza is okay, unfortunately it often doesn't arrive warm even though we live less than a kilometer away. The pizza is often quite greasy. The toppings are always very plentiful and delicious. The ambience in the store isn't that special inside, but you can sit outside in the summer and enjoy the sun.

Hello folks, I have ordered from Acasa several times but the last time was yesterday. The schnitzel with fries and salad costs €14.90, but if you then order fried potatoes and hollandaise sauce it costs €21.00, which is a great price. The fries are always missing and that's not okay. If you ask, you will be completely chatted, no thanks, so only 1 star for bad service. Now to your answer, that says it all or not...it's the same stupid chatter you did on the phone. You probably can't read it correctly, the food was okay, that's why there was a star if you continue to be so rude, not many people will come to the rest of the old town beer house also delivers fresh schnitzel.......you should try it

I've been to ACASA several times now. Every time I was very satisfied with the food. The service has always been friendly and accommodating. As a wheelchair user, I was always helpful and friendly. I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable. My companions were also always satisfied. I can recommend Acasa at any time.

We have ordered there often and have always been satisfied. The food is delicious. However, last time our order did not arrive even 40 minutes after the confirmed delivery time. When we called, we were told that the delivery person was supposedly at the door for half an hour and called 20 times. But that's not correct. We received no calls and no one was seen. Guaranteed we were simply forgotten and it wasn't acknowledged.

Delivery takes place within the specified time window. The pizza funghi was warm and also tasted good. One point deduction goes to the pizza baker because the additional pepper topping ordered and paid for (€2.30) was missing and the pizza was not pre-cut. The two delivery men were very friendly and refunded the €2.30 - without any discussion. The small side salad was ok. The dressing wasn't my thing, but that's always down to individual taste buds

Pizza wasn't cut even though I asked for it. And I paid for dips and didn't get them. That doesn't work at all!

I just ordered 3 pizzas, they were very warm and delicious, we enjoyed eating them.(:

Instead of 2x 32 cm salami pizzas, we were delivered too small ones and were rudely brushed off on the phone - a customer not to be recommended

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The order is not worth a star. Our pizzas were less than 21 cm tall. Having to pay €12.40 for such a “Piccolini” is an absolute disgrace. Apart from the mini salad costing €7.80, it was the first time in my life that I had to return a meal. When the food was picked up, the delivery man shouted in our hallway and threw the salad at our feet. Despite repeated assurances, the return was refused. Customer service? Never, ever again. I would really refrain from ordering here because even if this was a mistake, the communication behind it and the “service” is an absolute disaster. 0 out of 5 stars!!!

Sehr leckere Pizza und die Salate sind frisch.

Das Problem ist, dass jedes zweite Mal die Bestellung falsch ist, oder etwas fehlt. Auch nachdem ich dem Lieferanten gesagt habe, dass etwas fehlt und er bestätigt hat, dass er zurückfährt, um es zu holen, kam der Rest nie an. Schade, da die Pizza sehr gut und preiswert ist. Werde zukünftig woanders bestellen.

Obiad na wynos...Wszystko było swieże i bardzo dobrze przyrządzone. Spore porcje. Polecam każdemu bo wybór jest naprawdę duży :)

Ich bestelle seid über drei Jahren verstehe diese ganzen Kommentare nicht mein Essen ist immer pünktlich Vorort Lieferanten auch sehr nett diese Knoblauchsauce wow absolut lecker!

Viel zu teuer für einen Imbiss.

Klar jedes Restaurant hat seine stärken und schwächen aber ich muss sagen ich bestelle 2 Gerichte es wird gesagt 35 Min und ist in 32 Min da! Sehr freundlich, das Schnitzel ist lecker, die Pommes sind manchmal etwas labberig aber das ist schon in ordnung. Und das größte Lob muss ich aussprechen für die Pizza! Die war früher sehr fettig das die Pappe unten getrieft hat aber nun ist so gut wie kein Fett da und sie ist lecker. Natürlich kann nicht jeder, alle Belege mögen aber ich hab meinen Standard gefunden und vom Preis her auch super. Mein absoluter Lieblingslieferservice! PS: Das Schnitzel ist fast so groß wie ein Teller für Mittagessen!

Super schnelle Lieferung!!!Die Nudeln in Gorgonzola Sahne Sauce ein Traum.Die Croques haben eine Super Größe und sind auch sehr lecker.Der Fahrer (Erkan😉) gut gelaunt und spaßig.So macht bestellen Spaß.Bis bald 👍

Von wo kommen diese negativen Bewertungen? Mit dem falschen Fuß aufgestanden? Jedenfalls verspürte ich nach dem Aufstehen heut morgen die Lust nach einer qualitativ hochwertigen Dönerpizza. Acasa Pizza ist und bleibt vom Geschmack, Preis und Lieferzeit die Nummer 1 in meinem Herzen. Die Dönerpizza mundete mir sehr und ich Vielfraß genehmigte mir noch eine Portion Pommes zu meiner Pizza. Die Portion war mehr als angemessen und lecker! Nach meiner persönlichen Einordnung Top 5 Pommes in Lübeck. Über die Knoblauchsauce brauchen wir gar nicht erst sprechen, gibt mir das Rezept! Ich werde immer wieder hier bestellen, super Laden!

Mit Abstand das Beste, was wir je als Lieder-Essen hatten. Egal was, alles super lecker. Service sehr zuverlässig und immer pünktlich - einfach top!!!

Geschmacklich meistens ok bei Pizzen und Standardsachen, aber der “Service“ lässt zu wünschen übrig, je nach Tageslaune des jenigen am Telefon (Chef?) fällt das Essen aus, mal gute Portionen, mal is statt Fleisch nur Gemüse drauf usw.... soll dann auch noch extra kosten, uneinsichtig, wahrscheinlich zu viele Stammkunden die mit solchen Launen kein Problem haben..oder keine Lust sich wegen sowas zu beschweren, was eh nix bringen würde, denk ich... Dazu Erklärt einem der Lieferant noch was er an der Bestellung verdient, und wie hoch sein IQ angeblich ist😊 was mich als Kunden überhaupt nicht interessiert! Schade...bleibt nur nicht mehr dort bestellen....

Leider waren wir mit unserer Bestellung nicht zufrieden. Das Knobibrot ist einfach nur ein nüchterner Teig. Und die Pizza schmeckte rauchig, anscheinend ist etwas im Ofen verbrannt? Bestellt und bezahlt wurde für eine 26er Pizza und nicht für eine 23er... Der Fahrer war allerdings schnell und nett.

Croquebrot war wahrscheinlicher etwas älter und innen etwas gummiartig. Pizza war okay!

SUPER BUDE!!! Essen war vorzüglich und der Lieferant war unglaublich charmant. Das ist mein neuer Lieblingsladen, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
