After a year, I tried again and ordered from PizzaMax. At the door, the driver told me that I should please order for more money in the future! (Two people, two dishes at 8 euros) Sorry PizzaMax, but if the journey to my district is too far for you, then why do you offer delivery here!?

Approximately 45 minutes waiting time is displayed, I call again after 1.5 hours because I haven't received any notification or something similar, then I'm told that there was a wrong order and that the driver will definitely be there soon...

Ordered twice within 1.5 hours. Both deliveries were canceled even though payment was made normally via Paypal. Juice lafen!

I ordered food for €30, I was then told the delivery driver had left the food there, but it never came, no food, no change, no compensation.

For me it was the last time I ordered there. I ordered something for my grandson and daughter, it was supposed to be delivered at 6:48 p.m. and then it arrived a total of 2 hours later. No apology and not even a small compensation in the form of a voucher.

The delivery instructions all fit as stated. Delivery time was about an hour. Sat. 5 p.m. Unfortunately, it has to be said that the pizza was cold. So cold. The box was no longer noticeably warm. I was really happy after the last two weeks on tour. Therefore I do not recommend this company. Pizza 2 stars

I am absolutely disappointed. I ordered a pizza according to plan, but they simply delivered a margarita with no toppings. This is unacceptable! I tried to resolve the issue and had to spend a total of over an hour on hold just to have them hang up on me. Even after many calls (during opening hours), no one answered. The customer service is terrible. I had no choice but to write a message here, otherwise I will never reach anyone.

Eat lukewarm. Was not delivered in a warming box. Portion size underground. Really cheeky to pay almost 11 euros for it. Not again.

I've never experienced anything like that before. Waited 1.45 hours for my order. The store is less than 10 minutes away from me. It wasn't a big order. They simply hung up on the phone. Service bad. Of course cold food delivered. Never again.

The pizza went in the trash and with it the €11.90 we paid. After a phone call, a credit was offered. As a regular customer, I accepted this suggestion. Now I wanted to redeem this credit today. When I ordered it was also suggested to me that none of this would be a problem. When it was delivered it turned out that only €5 had been credited. Of course I didn't agree with that and called again. The gentleman on the phone couldn't really follow my, still polite, complaint and simply hung up. I've been calling there regularly for over 2 hours now. Nobody picks up. The ladies and gentlemen lost a good customer today! By the way, I would strongly advise against ordering a salad! You actually only get a quarter of iceberg lettuce garnished with 3 tomatoes and 1 cucumber. ABSOLUTELY not recommended.

We order here very often and also pick things up ourselves from time to time. And again it tasted great and was hot too.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone. The pizza was delivered to me cold yesterday. Also, the wrong pizza was delivered to me, and then the delivery person or employee told me that he would deliver my order the next day because they wanted to make it. And the next day he said that he couldn't do that because the mistake was my fault, which is actually not true. I really won't recommend this for anyone, was very bad experience

After more than 1 1/2 hours we received cold rubber pizzas, the driver wanted us to come out. Then the cola was forgotten. It was agreed that the money would be transferred back to me via Paypal, that didn't happen and now I'm being pushed away when I call .

The pizza was totally cold and tasted like cardboard. You can't call that pizza. Even a cheap frozen pizza tastes much better. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself an order from Pizza Max, even if you get the pizza for free.

First and probably last time ordered there. Delivery time 70 minutes for Friday evening so far ok. You can overlook the fact that there were ingredients on the pizza that weren't in the description... but the fact that the pizza arrives lukewarm, almost cold, is absurd. If we had seen this beforehand, he could have taken her back straight away.

Food arrived almost cold... Service....1 star because it was delivered but someone left everything out of the burger, apparently no fried onions, no normal onions except for two small slices of tomato and a lettuce leaf with remoulade on it....see pictures

Unfortunately my order simply wasn't delivered. No response, not even after 60 minutes after another phone call, not even after 90 minutes. Disappointing! There was no demand, zero interest in the customer. Never again!

Selbst eine Tiefkühlpizza die man 4 mal fallengelassen hat weil man sich achtarmig ein reingestellt hat, schmeckt 100 mal besser als diese Schandtat einer Pizza. 1 Sterne nur weil der Name mir gefällt.

Mir wurde die Pizza direkt auf mein Zimmer im Krankenhaus geliefert, da ich das Zimmer nicht verlassen konnte. Pizza und die Wings waren 1a. Gerne wieder!

3 Burger mit zahlreichen Extrawünschen wurden fehlerfrei und zügig vom freundlichen Personal zubereitet. Und das beste: sie waren unbeschreiblich lecker!!!

Burger lecker,aber heute ein mega unfreundlicher Fahrer, reicht mir wortlos die Lieferung rüber mit einem Blick, als hätte er keinen Spaß bei der Arbeit und geht fluchend zum Auto. Trinkgeld habe ich dafür nicht gegeben. Unmöglich!

Von mir gibt es 5 Sterne. Hatten gestern alles dabei. Pizza, Salate, Loaded Fries, Pizzabrötchen. Qualität super und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Bei Euch bestelle ich gerne wieder. 😎👍🍕

Der Burger war sehr sehr lecker! Allerdings für 9,70€ und zusätzlicher Liefergebühr und ein kleines Trinkgeld, deutlich zu teuer für die Größe. So habe ich letztendlich über 12€ für 2-3 mal zubeißen bezahlt. Geschmeckt hat es aber sehr gut!

Große Erfahrung. 5 Dänen kommen mit dem Bus. Wir wollen Burger, Pasta und Pizza. Der Besitzer räumt 2 Tische für Pizzableche ab. Das Essen wird serviert und Bier zum Essen. Vielen Dank für den guten Service und das Essen.

Kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Zum einen muss ich im Vorfeld sagen, dass wir unsere Pizzen selbst abholen weil wir unmittelbar in der Nähe wohnen. Die Pizzen waren immer sehr gut belegt und das Gemüse immer frisch. Geschmacklich war es immer sehr lecker. Und das Essen war immer heiß auf unserem Tisch. Die Mitarbeiter im Store, sei es der Pizzabäcker oder die Lieferanten waren alle immer sehr freundlich. Weiter so, da kann sich manch ein Pizza Dienst eine ordentliche Scheibe von abschneiden.

Nur bestellen wenn man viel Zeit hat.... Haben 1 Stunde gewartet. Dennoch kam das Essen lauwarm. Aber für den Preis etwas enttäuscht. Pizzabrötchen nicht ganz durchgebacken, Pommes fade. Bessere Qualität für den selben Preis findet man leider einfach.

Bestellung war sehr unpünktlich. Lieferant war gruselig, wollte uns Bier andrehen. Die Pizza war sehr lecker, aber auch recht hochpreisig.

Der Burger 🍔 war lecker und es gab reichlich Pommes dazu. Leider nur ein Tisch zum Essen vor Ort, aber es gibt Rabatt. Dankeschön

Das Essen war sehr schnell da. Hatten sogar zwei Reeses dazu bekommen zu unserer Bestellung. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Hatten zwei Pizzen, Pizza Brötchen und einen Burger bestellt. Die Zutaten sahen auch frisch aus. War alles in Ordnung.

Flasche Wein vergessen, Reklamation sofort akzeptiert, bei Sturm und Regen nachgeliefert, Fahrer nett, Chef nett. Ach ja, die Burger und Pommes sind auch lecker, immer wieder gern!
