Order made online. Delivery arrived home exactly on time. Pizzas were well packaged (with a seal) and clearly labeled. Tasted excellent. THANKS

This was our second order since mid-March. The order was announced to arrive in about 60 minutes, but we received it after 95 minutes – without any apology or anything like that. And we're talking about two pizzas including a kids' meal. Accordingly, the pizzas were almost cold when they arrived. When we finally wanted to eat, one pizza wasn't cooked through, and the Milka donut was missing from the kids' meal. The employee on the phone explained that the driver was responsible for packing the kids' meal, and that there were only two drivers available. But that's not the customer's problem! I would have expected at least a partial refund of the purchase price. But according to the employee, that wouldn't be possible either, only in the form of a voucher. It was a costly lesson learned... And it doesn't help that the employee on the phone offered us the next order for free after our complaint. Under these circumstances, there will be no next order!!!

Everything tasted good and friendly

I'm not the right customer for the pizza delivery guys. Every now and then I bring one for the others. Hence my mixed opinion on the food. It's not my world. But despite everything, the staff is great, they give their all and that's something.

The pizza we ordered arrived cold and wasn't appetizing. There was so much arugula on it that you could have ordered a salad. The extra cheese you requested came with an extra charge and the garlic wasn't noticeable. Mega disappointing.

Instead of 15 minutes as announced, we had to wait an hour for the food... you absolutely couldn't enjoy this pizza. Completely dry, no sauce. It's a shame, not a nice experience.

Update: I made a last-minute change to my order over the phone - no problem at all, friendly and helpful service - pizza and burgers exactly as in the pictures - Best delivery service in Dresden!!!! - I've been ordering from there for about 8 years - always great quality and nice, friendly drivers - TOP <3 I called today instead of using the online portal because I have the flu - tested negative, but stated I had a bad cold - the driver showed up at the door wearing a mask and gloves (!!) - I went downstairs wearing an FFP2 mask - he placed it on the floor for me and took a step back - without me having to take anything from his hand, everything was very friendly and with enough distance - TOP customer service!!!! - Thank you so much!!! - And the food was warm and perfect as always, and they didn't forget to keep their drinks either - great service! 5 stars!

Super good shop, food comes quickly & hot. But if you pick it up yourself you won't get a 20% discount, but you'll advertise it big.

Super tasty really. It had the aha effect. I am extremely satisfied. The food was so warm as if it had just come out of the oven. I remember it that way from before. But no comparison. Became a lot better. I really don't regret it.

Our asparagus rolls 🍕 were again well-filled, quickly ready to be picked up and we even got a small voucher...thank you and see you next time
