My friend ordered a pizza online and accidentally pressed pick up instead of delivery. Her baby was sleeping so she couldn't leave the house herself. I then called and asked that the food might be delivered after all, since it's less than 3 minutes by bike from the restaurant to home. A young lady then replies on the phone that she is now deleting the order and that it should be ordered again. Well, the money was transferred long ago. The lady then said that the money would not be returned for seven days. And she can't do anything herself. YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE TO DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR A PERSON. Now the question is, if a person only has €15 left and wants to buy this last pizza with the money, does he have to starve all day until the money comes back in seven days? Why can't you be so accommodating and just send a delivery person to deliver the pizza?? Very sad, but Dominus, you show a negative side.

Today there was another pizza, delivered... A few minutes later, but still within the limits... very nice "deliverer" and delicious pizza :) we order again

Food is good, as usual at Freddy Fresh. However, when we ordered for self-collection, the salad dressing and 3 dips were forgotten, which was only noticed when we got home.

Ordered 6 pizzas and 2 were delivered incorrectly. Why doesn't the box say what kind of pizza is in it? Unfortunately, the incorrect order was only discovered later. Then we order from another delivery service
