We've finally expanded our delivery area! The order arrived quickly, and the pizzas were still steaming hot upon delivery. And most importantly – they were delicious! 😁 We'll definitely order again.

I placed an order and was absolutely appalled by the man on the phone who took it. I will never order from here again. The man even whispered, "Don't give me that stupid line." When I confronted him about it, he initially denied it, then claimed he meant someone else. The problem is, I didn't hear anyone else in the background, and he only said it after our discussion! You don't have to put up with that kind of treatment.

The pizzas were delicious and everything arrived hot. The price was fair. The driver was very friendly.

I had pre-ordered for delivery. Everything went smoothly. The food arrived hot and on time and tasted wonderfully fresh. I'd be happy to come again.

Overall, the food was very poor, served in cardboard boxes, served by hand. There were no plates, no cutlery, and no condiments.

Very rude on the phone. The employee doesn't even let you finish your sentence and yells at you when you ask where your order is after over an hour, even though the delivery time stated was 35 minutes. I won't be ordering from here again.

I specifically chose not to have parsley on it, but there was parsley on it.

Unfortunately, it's not that inviting from the outside. It's also not very appealing to sit in the kitchen wearing flip-flops and long, loose hair. Not to mention the couriers' driving skills, some of which are abysmal.

I picked up the order myself. It was ready exactly on time and, as always, delicious!

Should their drivers urgently be in relation to stvo schools. Speeding like that in a 30 zone is not acceptable.

Delivery time: 1 hour and 50 minutes When we called after 1.5 hours to inquire about when the order would be delivered, we were very rudely dismissed on the phone. Customer service is something else entirely.

The food was, as always, delicious. I had a pizza, pizza rolls, and premium chicken nuggets. The order arrived quickly and hot. The only complaint is the rather high price. I pay €5-6 less for a roughly equivalent order from another supplier. Unfortunately, they're also out of Coke Zero.

With a few rare exceptions, we've had very good experiences. The employees of our local Freddy Fresh team work hard, do their best, and are always very friendly, despite the fact that they're often under pressure or understaffed! The prices don't make the employees, and we hope that the higher prices are reflected in the employees' pay. We find the atmosphere of the store uninviting, neither for guests nor for employees.

The Weixdorfer Freddy Fresh branch is simply unbeatable when it comes to pizza! The delivery was super fast, the pizza was hot and fresh, and the taste was just perfect. The dough was fluffy and the topping was generous. We were particularly impressed by the large selection of pizzas and extras. The customer service is also friendly and courteous. Absolutely recommended – we will definitely order again!

Food tastes good but extremely unfriendly

I used to really enjoy ordering almost once a week, so I have a lot of Give-Me-Tens from the “old” days. The pizza rolls with ham and pineapple are very good, they used to have an aioli dip that was much better than today (now rather sour, previously more sweet). And for the dip, Freddy was popular, at least among my circle of friends. I don't know why something like that would be changed. The food was actually almost always good, even if "little things" changed for the worse. If you complained about something over the phone afterwards (usually because something was missing), they always tried to make improvements. What's worse is that for some reason there haven't been any burgers in Weixdorf for months, but in all the other branches there are. The only way to get delivered burgers outside of Dresden towards the north. For me, that has always been the basis of my order since it was introduced. I still remember how happy I was back then. Nobody can rationally explain to me why this is no longer possible in Weixdorf. I certainly don't order as often as I used to, but I hardly ever order without a burger anymore, because in the end all that's left is pizza and a few snacks, and I personally don't feel like that as often now. As for the ambience of the branch - it's a delivery service, so "screw it" - hardly anyone wants to eat there anyway. Most people take their food with them after shopping in the Hohenbusch Center. And the branch really isn't that bad.

Since the food was ordered, I can't say anything about the ambience at this point, but the pizzas were awesome. The whole family loves them and that's why we treat ourselves to them with great joy every now and then.

Our meal today was delivered 30 minutes later than expected and the dip we ordered was missing. In addition, the finger food items were soggy and the pizza didn't taste the same as usual, but was much worse. We won't be ordering here again anytime soon.

I will never order there again, I ordered 2x Budapest pizzas with tomato sauce and garlic, the pizza came hot, the base was sticky, the garlic was burnt and hard as a bone, every pizza maker knows that the garlic has to be added at the end because it burns. When I complained over the phone, I was dismissed in a lecturing, know-it-all tone and received no improvement. Original sound: 15,000 customers order it that way and it's always good. Never again, a shame for the money, rarely experienced such poor quality

Order: (over 150€) At the beginning the gentleman (R) on the phone was a bit friendly, but with every pizza and further order the Tollfall became more annoyed. Afterwards I had a question about the dips, what else is there besides garlic, herbs? The gentleman: Well, look at the map, it's all there. (Stuffy annoyed statement) Asked again, are there herbs? Answer, yes... With the rest of the order he became more and more rude and he urged me on: Hey, your package (save 10) is full, I counted again,: No, one is still missing, short pause,: Aha yes, something else, answer. It was a very unpleasant phone call. After less than an hour the food came, great 👍🏼👍🏼 When we issued it we noticed that something was wrong, I called: Hello, here is the large order... again. Answer Mr.: Aha, nice. Short pause on my part because I had to pause for a moment because of the disrespectful answer. Unfortunately the pasta is with ham and not with Bolognese as ordered. Answer: Aha, but you still eat, right? 😵‍💫🫣 In the end I received a credit. It was really a very unpleasant conversation. No matter how much stress or hectic it is at the weekend (completely understanding) but talking to a customer like that is more than inappropriate.👎🏼

If you order late at night if you have a tomato allergy, you order without the basic tomato sauce. What do you get?? Tomato base sauce😴And then you can't even call anymore. Impudence €17.90 for nothing.!!!!Where is my money???

I'm not 100 percent sure if it was the manager of the place, but one of the employees was so rude. Next time I'll order somewhere else.

Ordered last night at 6:00 p.m. and then delivered around 9:00 p.m. There wasn't even an apology from the supplier, just an I can't help it. Of course, no one was informed about the delay. Some timer went from 30 minutes to 0 and then stayed at 0 for 2 hours.

I often order from FF in Dresden-Weixdorf and rarely have any problems. I accept that the base is a bit thin or the sausage on the Cape Town is a bit too black. Today's Cape Town (06/06/24) absolutely tasted old. The base wasn't even 1mm thick, hard, lukewarm... it honestly looked like it had been prepared for 2 hours and tasted like it was old and forgotten and warmed up again. Normally I love FF and would actually give it 4 stars, but today it was really unappetizing

We ordered via Lieferando today, May 1st. The delivery time shown was one hour, ok it's a holiday but 1 3/4 hour delivery time should be communicated in advance but now comes the blatant thing. I was dismayed and had to pull a long piece of blonde hair out of my mouth where the rest of the hair was still clearly visible in the pizza. Unfortunately the noodles weren't cooked through either. I have no idea what was going on there today but we won't be ordering there anymore. 45€ for nothing and nothing again.

I had ordered a Bombay pizza. I waited more than 90 minutes (ordered at 7:34 p.m., pizza arrived at 9:15 p.m.) and then got a cold pizza. Pizza was totally dry and didn't really arrive fresh. I won't be ordering here any more quickly.

Since a Kaufland shopping cart was driven through the kitchen, I would assume hygiene is not the top priority here.

Service, food and ambience are all great! We often use Freddy fresh's delivery service and have always been very satisfied. Always tastes great!

I ordered something this evening (I order regularly). The driver, apparently new, was in a very bad mood and let me/us feel it. Stupid sayings and apparently not even 2 minutes to wait, be it when you first have to get the EC card out of your wallet, was already ready, there was already groaning... unfortunately I hadn't thought of the stupid voucher, I had to use it I quickly got it out of the kitchen and was immediately told that I was ill-prepared. Honestly, I should have slammed the door! Not again!! I haven't experienced so much unfriendliness in a long time. Very unpleasant encounter. A middle-aged man should show decency and respect as well as friendliness!!!!

Reliable delivery service, good pizza.

After almost 2 hours of waiting and 2 calls with contradictory statements, we had cold food. According to the email, a waiting time of 65 minutes was planned, which was understandable for Sunday evening. On the first call after 70 minutes the statement was that the driver was already on the way, on the call after 90 minutes the statement was that the driver had left immediately after our last call.

Fit, relatively unexciting but leggy

Ordered for the last time today. Ordered for just under €50 and my son's pizza was moldy on the back. It definitely wasn't from the baking tray, but green-black mold in spots on the bottom. For a 10€ Magharita it's just a disgrace...we're really angry. The rest was OK and the driver was also very nice, but we certainly won't order again!

The food is always very good and if something isn't right, a solution is found right away... just great 🙏🍀

Wir haben zwischen den Feiertagen 4 Pizzen bestellt. Es wurde super pünktlich geliefert. Alle Pizzen hatten einen fantastischen Geschmack, waren mit viel Belag und sehr lecker. Vielen Dank. Probieren es gern wieder ein nächstes Mal.

Essen war kalt und kam zu spät. Haben zwar angerufen, aber trotzdem 30 Minuten zu spät.

Als Notlösung für uns ... 7 Pizzen bestellt , Bestellung per Telefon nett und alles ok , Lieferung eingehalten Zeit auch ok ...aber ...Pizzen eben nicht , wie vom Italiener ...matschig und wenig Geschmack 😭 traurig auch , daß es bei einer Bestellung von 90 Euro keine Flasche Wein dazu gibt .

2 Pizzen bestellt, laut Mail ca 45 min Wartezeit, laut Anruf 1 bis 1,5 h Wartezeit ist normal laut Mitarbeiter. Kein Preisnachlass oder entgegen kommen möglich... Sehr schade sehr enttäuschend, werden nicht mehr da bestellen!

2 Pizzen bestellt mehr wie 2 Stunden Wartezeit ,nach dem zweiten Telefonat wurde meine Freundin beleidigt ,es ist die letzte Filiale, Hirn und Anstand findet man dort vergebens !!!

Lieferung erfolgt pünktlich. Pizzen sind vom Belag sehr gut nur der Boden könnte knuspriger sein. Nudeln waren sehr lecker. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Nach zwei Jahren scheint sich einiges geändert zu haben. Lieferzeit mehr als 90min und das zum zweiten Mal. Laut Aussage des MA am Telefon, fehlende Fahrer. Update vom 19.03.23: Leider scheint sich der Zustand weiter zu verschlechtern. Laut Lieferando war eine Lieferzeit von 45min angegeben. Nach 70min wurde telefonischer Kontakt aufgenommen, wo die Aussage getroffen wurde, dass die Pizzen bereits unterwegs sind. Nach Rückfrage konnte nicht gewährleistet werden das die Lieferung innerhalb von 10min ankommt. Daraufhin wurde eine Stornierung angekündigt, wo der MA sofort sagte, das er das selbst übernimmt. Das erweckt den Eindruck, dass die Pizzen überhaupt noch nicht unterwegs waren. Weiterhin war der MA am Telefon sehr unfreundlich ( du musst doch wissen das die Lieferung an deinen Ort länger dauert) und begann sofort zu duzen. Völlig inakzeptabel.

Inkompetenz hoch 10 Da bestellt man extra vor, Holt es selber ab, und die Mitarbeiter geben die Bestellung woanders raus, so dass man wieder Ewigkeiten warten muss, bis die 6 Pizzen neu gemacht werden. Der Manager sollte sich neue Mitarbeiter suchen!!!!

Für das Geld da erwartet man wenigstens das es schmeckt...die Kartoffelecken total pappig, vielleicht sollte man mal über einen Verpackungswechsel nachdenken und der Burger mit altem Salat und geschmacklich nah an ekelhaft (sorry). Das einzige was "Ok " ist sind die Pizzabrötchen. Sicher nicht nochmal...

Ich habe das Menü Doppeldecker, mit einem Burger und einmal Pasta bestellt. Dies kam wie angekündigt nach 40 min an, deshalb auch 2 Sterne. Der Salat auf dem Burger war komplett labbrig und hat muffig gerochen, beim Sesambrötchen haben fast alle Körner gefehlt, als hätte man das Brötchen mehrere Tage im Rücksack mitgeschleppt. Des Weiteren war die Pasta sehr trocken und die Zwiebeln nicht mehr die frischesten. Aufgrund der mangelnden Qualität beim Gemüse und des hohen Preises, war es definitiv das letzte mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe. Schade ☹️

Auf der Pizza Venedig war kaum Tomatensauce, das Basilikumpesto fehlte komplett. Die Größen sind nicht reell, klein Durchmesser 24 statt 25 cm und mittel 26 statt 27 cm. Bei diesen Preisen für mich nicht akzeptabel.

We used Freddy Fresh near our old flat before. This is my first time with this one in Klotsche near our new flat. We had a medium Tijuana and Venedig delivered . The person who took our phone order was friendly, and the pizzas were very tasty and warm. To my surprise, after reading other negative reviews, the delivery was fast, and the delivery person was very friendly. We will use FF again. Thanks again

Die Produkte werden immer teurer und teurer aber die Qualität nicht besser! Habe nun schon 2x für extra Soße auf der Pizza bezahlt aber nicht bekommen! Habe in den letzten Monaten viel Bestellt aber das wird sich leider ändern.
