The salami pizza was OK, but nothing special. The crust was nice and fluffy, so it deserves 3 stars. But the delivery service, combined with the online tracking service, is truly a disaster. 90 minutes for a salami pizza... Seriously, people? And then the website tells me it's 30 minutes for delivery, and then it stays at 0 minutes for 60 minutes... Wow, then you might as well just leave it at that :/. It's a shame, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

All three pizzas were generously topped and piping hot upon delivery. I'd order again anytime!

Actually, no stars at all; it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I ordered a La Paz pizza last night, and I got a tasteless, sloppy thing. I ordered two garlic slices, and there was a faint garlicky smell, but I didn't taste it. Sorry, but you can't call this a pizza.

We had five different small pizzas delivered yesterday. I wanted to "introduce" them to my parents, since we were visiting at short notice. But unfortunately, they were the worst we've ever had. Too thin, small, and mushy. What a shame. The delivery was quick. It probably depends on who's on duty in the kitchen.

I've been ordering from Freddy Fresh directly on the main online page in the Freedy Fresh Dresden SÜD store for more than 5 years now and that's not exactly a small amount. A good 5 to 10 times a month. I have never had problems that were not solved attentively and without communication problems. The food is always great, arrives well packaged and warm. Always nice suppliers who I'm happy to tip for the top performance they provide every day. From here onwards for anyone who wants to read the details ;-) Delivery times are great and 95% of the time they always arrive earlier than stated. (For the brain acrobats among the bad review writers) APPROX. is an approximate time given by weather-related circumstances or if I'm so brilliant and order, for example, before or after a Dynamo game and the streets in the area are simply completely overcrowded. I shouldn't be surprised if the delivery can take half an hour longer! Food is a matter of taste!!! I tried many suppliers when I moved to Dresden and no one could meet my needs for good food better than this store. I would like to say a big thank you again to all the employees on site for their top performance over the years and those to come. Kiss on the nut ;-)

A solid performance in itself. Service was quick and super nice. However, the price is not entirely justified. There is a lack of spices and the dough or base is extremely soft. Had 3 different pizzas and they all tasted pretty much the same, unfortunately.

The food is great but unfortunately the delivery times are really terrible the first time the driver is on the way but in the background he says loudly please get the 48 ready. Today again and it was said that there is a lot going on, which is ok, but then that doesn't mean a delivery time of 20 to 40 minutes then write in that it can take over 1 hour.

I always order pizza, currently Pizza Sparta. Very tasty and definitely recommended. I also had a lava cake that was simply delicious. 😋 The pizza is always freshly prepared and still hot when it arrives. The box is even sealed with a seal. The pizza drivers are without exception nice and friendly.

Ordered via Lieferando. The app had already said “Almost with you” for 30 minutes and we had ordered half an hour before. We called and the driver was apparently just leaving, but it might take a while. Unfortunately, far too long. Then please give realistic times, but that's just frustrating. Waited over 1 hour for the food. Let's see if it still comes.

Unfortunately there is no good news from me. Until now it has always worked. Apparently the bell was not found today, although it can be seen illuminated (just checked) and has been seen by all delivery drivers so far. I also couldn't get an answer to my query as to how this should be done now. When I asked if I could no longer order from Freddy Fresh, I was given a curt reply that they would no longer order from us.

I have been able to work in the branch for the last 3 years and can leave very positive feedback! The change in ownership a year ago has led to a very pleasant working atmosphere among the employees. An eye-to-eye relationship with the boss continued to have a positive influence on the work. Understanding, support and humor were present throughout everything at the same time. Yes, since I had a visitor at short notice and didn't know what I could do so quickly, I called Freddy Fresh. I didn't have a card, so I looked up the number on the Internet. When I called, I was given very friendly advice on my wishes... A good half hour later and the still really hot pizzas were brought by a nice supplier... The evening was saved! And it tasted very good. Thank you very much and we will definitely order again.

Ich habe den Lieferservice genutzt, Lieferung war schnell und Heiß, die Fahrerin war sehr Freundlich. Und hier die Punkte beim Essen "geschmacklich eine Katastrophe" "Preislich dafür zu Teuer". Ich werde diesen Lieferservice nicht mehr nutzen. Jeder Dönerimbiss bringt eine bessere Quallität hervor.

Freitag Abend bestellt, kam relativ schnell und warm an. Sehr leckere Kombinationen und gute Größe. Lieferant war auch sehr freundlich.

Pizzen bestellt und nach 1h 45 ab bestellt. komplett unzufrieden. Man hätte wenigsten auch mal die Wartezeit angeben können. oder sich mal melden. echt schade das der laden jetzt so schlecht läuft. Da er mal richtig gut war und ich schon so oft dort bestellt hatte. sehr traurig, null kommunikation. Da geht noch was an die Hauptfirma. Bloß gut das man noch von früher die Leute kennt und mit den aufgewachsen ist. Hätte nie gedacht das es so schlecht hier jetzt wird und läuft. Bin echt Sauer. Zumal mir am Telefon der Mann nach 1h 45min sagte "ihre Bestellung wird jetzt erledigt."

Absolute Rakete! In letzter Zeit bestelle ich häufiger bei Freddy Fresh. Einmal kam meine Bestellung erst nach zwei Stunden. Die Annahme musste ich leider verweigern um zu sehen, wie höflich oder ungehalten der Lieferdienst reagiert. Die Preise sind trotz Inflation, absolut gerechtfertigt und die Qualität der Pizzen, Burger und auch der Nuggets, ist einfach unschlagbar. Hier bekommt man noch gute Qualität für sein Geld. Es gibt auch viele Produkte die einzeln direkt den Mindestbestellwert erreichen. Somit ist man nicht gezwungen, mehrere Produkte zu bestellen. Einen Stern muss ich dennoch abziehen, da die Lieferungen meist nicht pünktlich erscheinen. Aber wer kann das schon einhalten? Nachfrage scheint wirklich groß zu sein. Weiter so Freddy Fresh!

Heute 2 Bestellungen Mittags und Abends bestellt. Alle beide waren 25 min zu spät. Kann’s sein, aber das der/die FahrerIn keinerlei Entschuldigung parat haben ist dann schon traurig. Laut Status wurden unsere Burger ca. 45 min lang zubereitet und dann innerhalb von 5 min zugestellt. Da könnt ihr den Quatsch auch lassen. Trostpreis: es schmeckt ganz gut, mit bitterem Beigeschmack.

Anliegen werden schnell gelöst. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Danke dafür. Die Pizza ist auch immer lecker. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Mir wurde das Geld für eine stornierte Bestellung lange nicht zurückerstattet. Was u.a. am Inhaberwechsel der Filiale lag. Als der neue Inhaber davon erfahren hat, hat er aber sofort alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt und das Problem schnell gelöst. Dafür 5 Sterne. Ach ja und schmecken tuts hier auch gut.

Wir haben heute 2 Burger bestellt (Burning Man)nach knapp 40 min kam unser Essen was von der Zeit völlig okay war. Aber als wir die Burger essen wollten waren diese kalt, das Fleisch wirkte als wäre es von der Verpackung auf den Burger gelegt worden null angebraten oder irgendwie erwärmt, vom Brötchen will ich garnicht sprechen und Chili-Cheese Soße hatten die Burger auch nicht gesehen. Wir bestellen dort öfters aber das heute ging garnicht. Als wir bei Freddy anriefen wurde uns dann nur freundlich mitgeteilt wir sollen die Burger zuhause in die Mikrowelle stellen und erwärmen falls wir eine haben,was anderes würden sie auch nicht tun. Mal ganz ehrlich so geht es nicht wir bezahlen für 2 kalte fast rohe Burger 20 Euro und bekommen zusätzlich noch so eine Antwort als man zwecks einer Lösung anruft. Aktuell werden wir nicht mehr bestellen, sorry...das ist null Kundenorientiert bzw. Kundenfreundlich

Wir haben über Jahre das Family Package hier bestellt und waren fast immer zufrieden. 3 Pizzen in der größten Ausführung für einen noch akzeptablen Preis. Das Package wird nicht mehr angeboten. OK, 3 Pizzen in der größten Ausführung bestellt, Preis weit über den ehemaligen Package Preis, aber wenn man Gäste hat, kann man das ja mal machen. Die 3 (jetzt) größten Pizzen entpuppten sich nur noch als "medium" oder "mittlere Größe", was zu echt langen Gesichtern führte, da diese kleinen Pizzen bei weitem nicht mehr ausreichen, um 6 Personen satt zu bekommen. Tja, die ehemals größte Pizza mit 39 cm ist eben jetzt nur noch 33 cm groß. Wenn man das Kleingedruckte gelesen hätte, wäre das auch aufgefallen. Dann hätten wir aber eine alternative Verköstigung gesucht. Preis / Leistung klaffen leider zu weit auseinander - wir haben das letzte Mal bei Freddy´s Fresh bestellt.....

Leider kam die Pizza und auch die Burger fast kalt bei uns an... Die Preise steigen und die Qualität lässt immer mehr nach, schade.

Schnelle Lieferung Pizza war heiß und was am wichtigsten ist sie war richtig gut belegt was in diesen Zeiten selten geworden ist. Die Konkurrenz geizt bei den Zutaten die kann man zum Teil suchen hier aber nicht. Diese Pizzeria kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Das war das letzte mal, dass ich bei euch bestelle😡In 30min sollte die Pizza da sein, nach 90 min warten, kam die Pizza, die Preise sind unverschämt teuer und das für ein Grottenschlechten Service. Behaltet eure Pizza, wir bestellen absofort woanders.

Essen war super, Preise gerade noch in Ordnung. Leider bei der Bestellung Getränke vergessen. Diese kann man leider auch nicht nachbestellen, deshalb ein Stern Abzug.
