Delivered on time and a very nice young lady who delivered it.

The employee was very courteous and friendly, even though I accidentally redeemed a credit code twice on one order, which apparently isn't allowed. I was blown away by how he handled it. We'll be coming more often now!

I can't comment on the restaurant's ambiance because I ordered online and the pizzas were delivered. But the quality of the pizzas was excellent, as was the delivery service.

Freddy Fresh on Spitzwegstraße is 1000x better. Pizza cold, toppings not as advertised, absolutely terrible. And that's for a €50 order, nice.

I've never experienced anything like that before. I'm a regular customer and it's always worked out well. Today I wanted to order again, but I promised myself I'd do it, and they just hung up. I'll never order from there again.

I can't comment on the ambiance. The delivery service was excellent. The pizza was delicious. I had ordered with the wrong delivery time, but a quick call was able to correct this. The pizzas arrived right on time, at the requested time. Top 👍

The food itself is delicious, but what's really annoying is that special requests aren't accommodated when ordering. We always specify that the pasta be without parsley, but unfortunately, this is almost always ignored. If they ever address this again, I'd be happy to give it 5 stars :-)

I'm not the right customer for the pizza delivery guys. Every now and then I bring one for the others. Hence my mixed opinion on the food. It's not my world. But despite everything, the staff is great, they give their all and that's something.

Order was not delivered in approx. 60 minutes as stated, but 36 minutes over time. No information was provided by the supplier. I haven't ordered for a while because this happened to me before. I won't order here anymore. Very bad service. To be fair, I would like to say that the pizza itself was very good and tasted excellent.

Since there are no longer Dominos in Laubegast, I decided to order from Freddy Fresh and I didn't regret it, food was tasty and friendly drivers.

The pizza is below criticism, unless someone is a fan of heartburn, ready-made dough and sour salami For €11 (small) we get slapped. This creation was never even in the same room as a real pizza I recommend spending this money on any frozen food + good beer and I guarantee that it will be 1000x better use of money I heard that they feed Italians this "pizza" as part of torture I won't comment on service and delivery because I didn't have any contact with it, so I give it 3*

I had to wait an hour and a half for my food, but when the driver came I was briefly prevented from arriving. When I went to the door to pick up my order, I was insulted by the driver... Um, yes, thanks, I'll order somewhere else next time.

I've ordered now and then at different times and I'm really satisfied. The stated delivery times are usually adhered to or only slightly exceeded (max. +15 minutes, this can be forgiven on Friday/Saturday evening); it is generally advisable to order by appointment. The food (pizza + burger) is solid and has always been fresh (even when waiting for a long time 👍🏼). You saved me a meal or two. It's now a real shame that the burgers have been removed from the range without comment.

The first pre-order worked great (pizza hot, on time, driver super friendly). The second time it was placed as a pre-order, unfortunately it was a bitter disappointment. The driver was more than half an hour late, didn't apologize, let alone called to say it would be later. (I then called the store myself and asked if they had perhaps forgotten us.) Pizza was cold, so our oven had to warm it up again. The receipt was completely crumpled up, looked like it had probably already been in the trash can and someone took it out again. And all of this with the prices now being quoted... Then you'd better go to the pizzeria.

So I can only recommend Freddy, the pizza tastes really great, the delivery is quick and arrives hot as it should be. The pizza dough is loose and not as firm as the Tele Pizza we already had. The only thing Freddy could offer that I would really like to eat are the pizza rolls with apple in them and vanilla sauce, that would be really great, otherwise everything is great, nothing to complain about. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

The very last! Ordered 2 pizzas via LieferandoApp 2 hours ago, order confirmed by Lieferando, then no further response! After 1.5 hours I tried to call Freddy Fresh because no shipment tracking was possible via Lieferando except "the restaurant will take care of your order"; Internet information: Restaurant "closes soon", no telephone contact possible! No delivery received! NEVER AGAIN!

I have to honestly say that I am very positively surprised by the really good quality of your pizzas. The balance between toppings, taste and, in my case, the always very quick delivery time is really excellent. The dough could be a little less reminiscent of a roll (it should be a bit airier), admittedly, but all in all it still tastes very good 5 stars. Keep it up.

At Freddy Fresh you get delicious, creative pizza of great quality. We have also tested the burgers and salads and they were also super tasty and very good quality. Since the pizza is really big and always has plenty of toppings, it's often enough for a meal twice (e.g. for lunch the next day). The employees are all friendly! We are very satisfied.

I ordered food from Freddy Fresh and after eating I saw that there was a fly in the packaging. I've never experienced anything so disgusting from a delivery service! When I called to complain they said that someone would pick up the box and that they would then have to see what they could do to make amends. When the box was picked up, I was called and told that they could only give me a voucher worth €10 because the checkout system means you can no longer cancel the order after delivery. Only after several discussions was it said that my money could be returned to me for one item. I have never experienced such poor service and hygiene in a restaurant/delivery service. I can't recommend anyone to order food here!

The additional option with garlic is great, but the quantity determines the taste. Actually the entire pizza only tasted like garlic.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Auf der Internetseite ist etwas schief gelaufen. Kann mal passieren. Aber weder der Herr am Telefon, noch der Schichtleiter, mit dem ich dann gesprochen habe, konnte mir erst eine Lösung anbieten. Nachdem ich dann mehrmals gesagt habe, dass sie die Bestellung stornieren sollen und ich mein Geld zurück haben möchte, haben sie gesagt, dass sie es stornieren. Was sie aber nie getan haben. Das hat nichts mit Service zutun und geht überhaupt nicht.

Immer freundlich immer nett !!!!!! Steht's zufrieden mit allen Speisen!!!!!! Zu empfehlen ist meine Meinung!

Also ganz ehrlich, es ist jetzt schon vermehrt vorgekommen das einem schlecht wird von eurem Essen. Insgesamt schon 5x bestellt und immer das gleiche Fazit , man musste sich übergeben von diesen Pizzen. Absolut keine Empfehlung mehr, macht lieber zu. 🙋🏼‍♀️

Bereits das zweite Mal in Folge mussten wir sehr lange auf unser Essen warten (für 1Pizza und 1Burger über 70 Minuten). Da nach der angegebenen Zeit leider noch kein Essen da war, mussten wir erneut anrufen um zu erfragen wo das Essen bleibt. Nach dem Anruf kam das Essen endlich. Die Speisen waren lauwarm. Wir werden so schnell nicht mehr bestellen.

Online bestellt, Bestellung war schneller da als vorausgesagt. Netter u. freundlicher Fahrer. Ich empfehle euch gern weiter.

Wiederholt bestellt und für Super befunden. Die Pizza kam heiß und üppig belegt an. Wer da nicht satt wird hat echt 'n Problem! Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und gerade heute, gab es zum Geburtstag sogar eine kleine Widmung in die Pizza Schachtel. Das Kind hat sich so sehr darüber gefreut. Wirklich süß gemacht! Wir bestellen definitiv wieder!!!

Das Essen nimmt immer mehr an Qualität ab, aber die Preise steigen. Die Burger waren ein absoluter rein Fall, geschmacklich so wie vom Belag her. Wir werden wohl nicht mehr bestellen.

Gäste sind da, alle freuen sich auf Pizza und Fingerfood. Nachdem man 19.00 Uhr extra telefonisch bestellt, damit es keine Probleme per Mail gibt, sind die Mitarbeiter trotzdem nicht in der Lage eine Bestellung im System aufzunehmen. Bedeutet man wartet 1.5h und fragt dann telefonisch nach, wann mit der Lieferung zu rechnen sei. Sie kommt natürlich nicht, da nicht mehr auffindbar im System. Es war eine Bestellung für rund 70Euro. Nie wieder! Leider muss man 1 Stern mindestens vergeben. Kein Stern wäre passend. Frohe Weihnachten!

Extrem teuer geworden. Bei den Pizzabrötchen gibt es neuerdings nichtmal mehr einen Dip gratis - dazu sind die Brötchen winzig. Gestiegene Kosten hin oder her - Verhältnismäßigkeit fehlt, grenzt an Abzocke. Lächerlich!

Egal was wir bestellen, es ist jedes Mal sehr lecker. Die Lieferzeit wird zu 99% eingehalten, wenn man rechtzeitig bestellt. Meist ist der Fahrer sogar eher da. Top :-)

Freundliches Personal und Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Wenn da steht "mit extra viel Käse" ist auch wirklich viel Käse drauf. Preis ist auch in Ordnung.
