Well, I have to say, today I tried the Pizza Fortuna with cream cheese sauce, pumpkin, and bacon 🥰 and I have to say I haven't eaten such a great pizza in a long time 😊...I also had caramelized onions put on it 🤩...simply delicious...Thank you so much👌🏻

Unfortunately, I can't comment on that, as we ate at home! But the food was very good! We'd love to go back!

To the young blonde "petite" driver, next time I'll file a complaint for coercion. If I, as a cyclist, hold out my hand, it means that I want to turn and they don't have to quickly overtake me. I think you learn something like that in driving school. Drivers with such reckless behavior should have their license taken away.

I like to order something quickly from Freddy... today I realized that the customer isn't always right... I was treated like dirt today... the food was late and cold... when I called, all I got was "Sorry, we forgot something." I'm really considering ordering from there again.

I've only used Freddy Fresh's delivery service so far, so unfortunately I can't comment on the atmosphere. As for the food, so far (my third order), everything has arrived hot and fresh. The drivers are friendly.

So, I ordered a pizza today and it was delivered, but the delivery man was in such a bad mood. I said I was paying with 50 euros, and the man complained that there wasn't enough change, not my problem. Rude.

I order from Freddy's every now and then, and I can't complain. It tastes good, it's not overly greasy or anything, the delivery people are nice and friendly, and they often arrive even faster than I expected 😆 I'm always happy ☺️

Rating is aimed at the gentleman who delivered. He couldn't open the front door because the door is hanging. I was able to open it normally and there was in 20 years still no problem. Don't feel like running into the attic? I definitely take my job too seriously that something like that pisses me off.

5'25 Pizza toppings great, bottoms unfortunately flimsy. Delivery time as predicted 45 minutes 👍 1'25 instead of the predicted 30 minutes it took 50. Pizza toppings are very good but unfortunately the bases are limp and anything but crispy.

Super delicious pizza, the asparagus pizza with hollandaise sauce, the rösti sticks and the puff pastry sticks are particularly recommended! Drivers are all nice too.

Today I ordered the holiday roasts and I realized that it was a mistake to order them from the “Radebeul” branch! 😡 I look forward to this extraordinary taste experience every year and was really disappointed with today's holiday roast. 😡 There was a lot of red cabbage on it, but I could count the number of dumplings and duck breast on one hand and I find that really shameful! 😡 It's a shame that you can't give minus stars here, then I would have preferred to do that!!!! In any case, I won't order Radebeul anymore!

We always ordered pizza from Freddy Fresh because it tastes best there. Unfortunately we were unlucky today. 1.5 hours after ordering, we asked by phone whether the delivery was on the way, as the ordering system had already completed the preparation 1 hour after ordering. We were told on the phone that the preparation had not yet taken place and that it would take another hour. We then canceled. It's quite possible that we ordered a lot that day or that we were simply forgotten!? But then the system should display the correct one. We had never had any problems before. Too bad.

Burgers are always pretty tasty but I got the wrong one. I ate it because I didn't want to cause any discomfort, but it wasn't really tasty. There are worse things and he was full but getting the wrong order is stupid. Other than that, Freddy Fresh is pretty good

Hello, I was a bit surprised today. The smoker was very small. I remember recently that the meat pattis weighed more than 140g. The price has already gotten higher, now the burgers are getting smaller. There's no point in ordering these anymore! I miss the transparency!

I've been ordering for many years, but since October the pizza hasn't been the same, not to mention the delivery time (2 hours) - today the disappointment outweighs the disappointment!

We're always happy with Freddy's, but the fried chicken for 8 euros isn't that great, first of all in terms of taste and then what's that? Everything always looks so great in the picture, but that was really a joke.

Very friendly contact when ordering by phone. The delivery to our motorhome parking space reached us in 35 minutes, even a little earlier than predicted. As agreed, the delivery man called in advance and then drove straight to our parking space, super friendly and very service-oriented. The pizzas were nice and warm, well topped and very tasty. We will order from you again next time we visit Dresden.

I can't say anything about the ambience when you order. Ordering was easy, the selection was large, but the deciding factor was the food and it was really tasty. Die Pizza kam sehr schnell und zur Wunschzeit. Sie war noch warm und sehr lecker. Der Lieferservice war sehr nett und kompetent und die Bestellung per Website ging einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich werde wieder hier bestellen. 👌 👍

Kleine Pizza 14€, Wartezeit halbe Stunde, Restaurant ausladend, völlig undekoriert und ohne Sitze. Wer hier essen möchte, muss stehen. Pizza hat nicht so gut geschmeckt, Teig war nicht durch.

Pizza brauch über 2 stunden, angegeben waren 90 min .

Bisher immer sehr gern...mittlerweile sehr hohe Preisanhebung bei den Gerichten...und leider sind dazu die Portionen kleiner geworden. Gut fände ich persönlich auch, wenn längere Wartezeiten entstehen können(leider sehr häufig in letzter Zeit), auch mal ein kleines Sorry zu sagen bei tel.Nachfrage. Bei viel Betrieb kann es passieren, kein Thema...nur sollte es ein Zeitlimit geben! Bzw einfach keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen. 2h Wartezeit ist einfach ein NoGo! Leider bestelle ich dadurch nicht mehr so oft bei euch, sondern nehme die Konkurrenz. Auch wäre es kundenfreundlicher, wenn man eine kleine Geste des Verständnisses spüren würde.. kleines sorry reicht schon... Oder einfach ne kleine Aufmerksamkeit, zB. ne Tüte Gummibärchen als Entschädigung😉! Frust und Hunger sind fast verschwunden. Auf lange Sicht hin hält man sich damit die Kunden. So ensteht leider hin und wieder der Eindruck bei mir von Gleichgültigkeit, kein Verständnis und kaum Wertschätzung für den Kunden. Überall gibt es mal Holpersteine, Fehler passieren. Nur empfinde ich es mittlerweile als dauerhaft. Kannte es anders, darum waren wir regelmässige Kunden seit Jahren...jeden Sonntag war Freddy auf dem Plan. ABER: Ganz dickes Lob an die Fahrer, immer sehr freundlich, bemüht(egal wie stressig es ist) und vor allem zuvorkommend👍. Darum bekommt der Fahrer auch jedes mal Trinkgeld. Sie können ja nix dafür.

Dominos liefert viel schneller, schmeckt gleich und kostet gleich. Lieber bei dominos bestellen. War lange FF kunde

Ich habe einen becan Burger bestellt und Rösti sticks, bekommen habe ich einen vegetarischen Burger und Pizza Brötchen Mozzarella. Lieferung dauert auch zu lange . Fahrer fragte mich an der Tür was ich bestellt habe . Und trotzdem falsch geliefert. Jetzt sitze ich hier und muss warten. Ich hab einfach kein Glück bei dem bestell Dienst . Dominos ist da echt besser organisiert. Trotzdem alles liebe für euch.

Also eure Pizzen sind lecker. Aber eure pizzaroller/schneider sind zweitklassig.

Pizza schmeckt von Jahr zu Jahr immer mehr nach Pappe. Ich würde es eher "essbares Gebäck" nennen ..

Wir haben hier heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Essen. Die Gyros Pizza hat uns tatsächlich sehr begeistert, weil sie durch den Tzazika auch noch richtig erfrischend schmeckt.

Qualität mittelmäßig, Preise unverschämt. Da kostet eine Pizza am Gardasee weniger.

Ich hab das Gefühl, die Art des Pizzabodens hat sich geändert. Ich war angenehm überrascht und es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Ein Stern weniger, da man sich immer freuen würde, wenn es reichlich belegt wäre 😉

Wenn man Bestellt seher seher seher lange warten ( Filiale ). Da kann man selbst die Ware kaufen und nicht Bestellen. Eigentlich nicht ein Stern verdient

Keinen Stern für diesen Freddy Fresh Store, leider muss einer vergeben werden. Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass wir langjährige Kunden verschiedenster Freddy Fresh Filialen sind und immer sehr zufrieden waren! Heute haben wir bestellt: zwei Pizzen, eine wie in der Karte, eine mit einer Zutat weniger. Nach Abholung die Enttäuschung: die Zutat wurde bei der falschen Pizza weggelassen und somit waren beide Pizzen falsch. Bei dem Versuch einer Reklamation standen wir einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter gegenüber, der uns die Schuld daran gab und die Pizzen nicht neu zubereiten wollte. Er sagte, er könne sie ja jetzt nicht wegschmeißen und zukünftig sollten wir doch per Telefon bestellen, damit so etwas nicht wieder passiert. Sehr unglücklich verließen wir den Store mit zwei falschen, lauwarmen Pizzen in der Hand, die mit der üblichen Qualität von Freddy nichts mehr zutun hatten. Das Ganze für „schlappe“ 26€; eine bittere Enttäuschung. Schade! In diese Filiale werden wir wohl nie wieder kommen.

The toppings are decent but 15€ for 33cm diameter is expensive. They also got my order wrong plus they don’t have a place to sit or eat there instead of takeout only.

Mittlerweile leider recht unverschämte Preise, vor allem als Abholer gibt es keinen Rabatt. Belag kann nicht getauscht werden, kostet extra. Ich war lange Kunde beim Franchise, das ist definitiv vorbei!

Pizza war gut lieferservice schnell wir war überrascht von Preis 38 Euro für normal grösse zu teuer .....

Die Pizza war wie immer super. Die Bowls gehen überhaupt nicht, viel zu teuer und vorwiegend Reis. Die sind ihr Geld überhaupt nicht wert 12 Euro!

Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren hier und sind weiterhin sehr zufrieden. Zwar sind die Preise mittlerweile sportlich doch will ich die Schuld aufgrund von gestiegenen Lebensmittelkosten nicht dem Laden ankreiden. Im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzalieferdiensten der beste Gemüsekuchen im Umkreis. Weiter so!

Gestern Abend gegessen und es war hervorragend. Optisch, geschmacklich wie von der Temperatur. Auch der Lieferdienst war sehr nett gewesen.

Qualität heute schlechter. Normal waren wir immer zufrieden. Heute war die Pizza nur noch lauwarm. Die Sauce Hollandaise zur Spargelpizza hatte einen merkwürdigen sauren Geschmack was bisher noch nie der Fall war. Lieferung war soweit OK. Lieferzeit in Ordnung.

Wir hatten heute mal wieder Pizza bestellt. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Vom Bestellen bis zur Lieferung hat alles wie gewünscht geklappt. Natürlich auch ne sehr gute Qualität.Hervorheben möchten wir die außerordentlich nette Lieferantin. Gerne weiter so👍👍👍
