We ordered last Friday. We had to wait an hour and a half longer for our food than stated. Then the pizza was cold and dry. The driver apologized and said he himself thought the route was poorly planned and that he had to drive a long way to another customer first. We paid €50 for this, and the food didn't taste very good. It's a shame, but we won't be ordering again.

The best Freddy Fresh location in Germany. Friendly service, short waiting times, and the pizzas are served exactly as pictured. Highly recommended.

I ordered from Freddy Fresh and I think it's outrageous that they accept orders even when there's no capacity. I waited over two hours for my food.

We had pre-ordered four pizzas, pizza rolls, and nuggets online the day before. The delivery arrived on time, but there was a slight mishap, which was quickly resolved by the super-friendly employee Heike over the phone! Aside from that minor issue, the food was delicious, fresh, and hot!

I ordered two pasta dishes online from Dresden Cotta at 6:44 p.m. I was told the order would take 50 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called. They told me the food would be sent out with the next delivery. Then I waited what felt like an eternity. So, for me, Freddy Fresh is completely unacceptable. Absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery times.

A few months ago, I stumbled upon this Freddy branch by chance. But thanks to my exceptionally positive experience, I now visit this location at least weekly, where you can watch your delicious food being prepared live through a window. The competent Freddy team also guarantees consistently fast and reliable delivery. Simply top-notch.

It always tastes great, and the delivery time is also normal, around an hour. Nobody can fly. I'm very impressed.

The order NEVER arrives within 50 minutes. We've had to call and inquire about several orders – sometimes the food wasn't even on its way after more than 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, we never received any compensation.

A special shout-out to the blonde kitchen worker; she conjures up perfectly baked pizzas every time, and you can just tell she puts her heart and passion into it. Ordered pizza for a birthday party. Ordered for delivery at 12:45 p.m., and it was delivered at 1:15 p.m. When I asked the driver, his reply was, "I only started at 1 p.m. It's terrible that our plans are now completely out of control."

We ordered a party package of pizzas for just under €70 on July 30, 2025, at 7:04 p.m. The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery time of approximately 60 minutes. After 90 minutes, we called for the first time. They said the driver would be back in 5 minutes and then our pizzas would be sent out. The pizzas were actually delivered at 8:55 p.m., exactly 111 minutes later. Unfortunately, we had paid in advance, otherwise I would have had the pizza delivery driver take the pizzas away. As expected, the pizzas were only lukewarm and like shoe soles. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, the quality and service of the branch have declined in recent months. I placed my order today (July 29, 2025) at around 2:20 PM. Now, at 4:20 PM, unfortunately, nothing has arrived, and the branch is unreachable by phone. My last order also took almost two hours to be delivered. There was no apology for the delay. With such a long delivery time, the quality of the food naturally suffers – it's only lukewarm. It's a shame, because it used to be a reliable option when you didn't want to cook yourself.

I haven't had a pizza this bad in a long time. The topping, which was very small, was minimal in the middle of the pizza, and the pizza tasted just as bad as it looked. This is my first and last time ordering from Freddy Fresh. Absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday was the last time we ordered there. We ordered two salads...the Caesar and the Malibu...and two pizza rolls. This is where it all started: we got the wrong salad...instead of Malibu, we got a beach party with rancid, dried-out pasta... The next thing is the delivery time, which was over 30 minutes longer than the generous 65 minutes already stated when ordering, for what was essentially just two salads and two pizza rolls. When the "unfriendly" delivery person came and I told him he was lucky because I would have been gone another five minutes later, he justified the long delivery time by saying that they had received an order for 300 euros, which was why the delivery time was so long. I don't really care...I'm sitting in an ambulance and can't say...hey, you insured patient will have to wait to die because I still have to see the private patient with his torn-off fingernail. I would have left it at that and not written anything here, and overlooked the lack of an apology, but the fact that the salad was the wrong one prompted me to call the store myself. The lady on the phone apologized several times, after a brief hint of accusation, telling me to pay attention to the stated delivery time and be understanding. I told the lady I was understanding for over 30 minutes beyond the stated delivery time and also explained that the courier didn't even manage to apologize, and also explained the issue with the €300 order. They apologized for this statement on the phone and confirmed that this shouldn't be an excuse, but they cited a lack of staff, which I don't care about, because then they have to close the online order... simple as that... A quick digression about the situation... we live a 10-minute drive away, and Freddy's currently has a construction site right outside, and this construction site further justified the delivery delay... At the same time, I have to say... my wife works in the neighboring town of Coswig and currently has three annoying construction sites, which means the commute has increased from the usual 30 minutes to about 45 to 60 minutes for a 20km trip... and here I have to say... even she got home faster than the food! And I ordered the moment she got off work! After the baseless excuses ran out, they apologized several times and offered to bring the correct salad, but this would again take quite a bit of time. We politely declined, as we both work and have two children who also want to go home sometimes, and I myself have to work the night shift at some point, so we can't wait for the delivery person to show up. I also declined the offer of a free salad with a repeat order, as we will NEVER order from you again! And the icing on the cake was... the request not to post a Google review here... but I have to say... it's worth a review... We have always been loyal customers of this establishment, but the quality has steadily declined for over a year... The icing on the cake was the swapped salad despite the correct receipt, which also says SALAD... and on top of that, the rancid, dried-out pasta... disgusting! SUMMARY: Not worth ordering again...

I waited two and a half hours for my food. After calling several times, the wrong, cold, and inedible food finally arrived. When I complained, someone came over and opened the new food for me in the stairwell to check if my order was correct. They only gave it to me after I handed them back the old, already cold, inedible food from the trash. I then complained and called the branch again. The driver took the opportunity to take off with the new, correct food. In the end, I drove to the branch myself. There were five delivery vans there. All the employees were smoking, the cars' engines were running, and I finally got the correct food from a nice employee. Absolutely not recommended; it all happened three years ago. I had to update this because a defamation complaint was filed against my review. Hence, here's a detailed description of the situation. One star is my honest assessment of the incident.

This was our second order since mid-March. The order was announced to arrive in about 60 minutes, but we received it after 95 minutes – without any apology or anything like that. And we're talking about two pizzas including a kids' meal. Accordingly, the pizzas were almost cold when they arrived. When we finally wanted to eat, one pizza wasn't cooked through, and the Milka donut was missing from the kids' meal. The employee on the phone explained that the driver was responsible for packing the kids' meal, and that there were only two drivers available. But that's not the customer's problem! I would have expected at least a partial refund of the purchase price. But according to the employee, that wouldn't be possible either, only in the form of a voucher. It was a costly lesson learned... And it doesn't help that the employee on the phone offered us the next order for free after our complaint. Under these circumstances, there will be no next order!!!

It's a night and day difference whether you order here or at the branch in Strehlen (where you get much better service). Unfortunately repeatedly burnt food and little sauce (see photo). And then charge €11 for it? If it had been served like that locally, it would have been returned. Can you completely forget about the store...

Delicious and delivered quickly

The pizzas are super tasty and delivered hot. Unfortunately, the planning doesn't work out. The food arrived half an hour late and that was not an isolated incident. The price-performance ratio is okay. The drivers are always nice. So we will continue to order from Freddy Fresh.

Unfortunately the last time I ordered the pizzas were inedible. Unfortunately the dough wasn't cooked through and as a result everything was soft and mushy.

That was our last order from this juice shop. My rating does NOT refer to the food, it always tastes the same in the system gastro. I think it's a disgrace to offer appointment orders when you can't keep them anyway! We pre-ordered between 30 and 60 minutes before opening because the store is known to take a long time. And then you get a call 5 minutes before the delivery date that it will take 30 minutes longer?!? If you're 5 to 10 minutes late, no one says anything, but at these prices you as a customer can expect it to work! Hire people and make the hut bigger if you can't do it!

I have been a regular customer at Freddy's for many years. Even if there were small complaints, these are nothing compared to the time spent as a customer. The pizza dough is the right thickness. Not too thin and not too thick either. The topping was always reasonably well distributed. Unfortunately I can't say much about the atmosphere as I've never been there. We always eat at home. Therefore, 5 stars for the ambience 😆. With the exception of one, the suppliers are all super nice and always have a smile on their faces. Of course I cheated sometimes, but it was never worth it. I will continue to be a loyal customer at Freddy's.

We each ordered a chanterelle pizza for dinner today. Delivery time for the 1 km was 1 hour. After I found all 5-6 pieces of chanterelles, I could see that they were already cooked through, bitter and no longer edible. There is a need for action here, the pizza was tasteless as a result, a waste of money. Never again, I should have believed the negative reviews here.

We were really hungry and spent a long time looking on Lieferando for what we could order for dinner. After a long search we decided on Freddy Fresh... that was the first time we ate their food and also the last. We ordered a burger 🍔 and a pizza 🍕. I can safely say that I would have preferred McDonald's... unfortunately now I have €30! Spent on it... and probably eat the worst burger of my life... I was really looking forward to it until I smelled it, the smell was very repellent. All the ingredients were everywhere but not in the burger. It really didn't taste like anything at all... Whole burgers tasteless. I'm really disappointed. I can't recommend this at all. Think carefully before you spend your money there...

Ordered from Freddy for the first time this evening because of the flyer in the mailbox. We were pleasantly surprised, delivery time was 45 minutes and the children were very happy about the kids menu. Very nice driver and great food. We would be happy to order again.

The worst pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten. How you can get dough, salami and cheese to have such a neutral taste remains a secret from Freddie Fresh. In the future I will gratefully forego the pizza and would rather buy it at Topolino in Dresden-Gohlis.

For a small pizza, this was 5cm too small than it should be. According to the list, a small pizza should be 25cm tall but as I said it was only 20cm tall

I wanted to eat a pizza locally and didn't know that it was primarily a delivery service that wasn't designed for on-site food. But I was still offered a place. The staff was very nice and I liked the pizza. I thought it was great from you and now order more often.

Scamzzeria. Thieves, order for 100 euros, 2.5 hours waiting for the order, and then after contacting Liferando support it turned out that the supplier was on site and could not get through. Of course, there are no past connections with scammers. Avoid these thieves unless you want the courier to eat your prepaid food. Liferando does not want to refund the money.

It's probably the voucher for 150g Röstisticks.... That was the last attempt to order from you. The 1 star is for the delivery time, the rest was really wrong. The pizzas were completely unevenly topped and seemed like they were thrown on top. And when it was delivered, it was probably shaken around so much that the pizzas were pushed together on one side of the box - I hadn't ordered a calzone. It was edible, but absolutely not enjoyable...And then it was burnt underneath - not the pizza base itself, but lumps underneath. This indicates a lack of hygiene. Pans and trays are probably not cleaned.

Large order placed, one dish was missing the advertised content (Bowl Rocket was without duck). Unfortunately no response from customer service after I sent photos. For the price charged, something like that shouldn't happen or a response with an apology would have been appropriate.

So if you order a pizza with hollondaise sauce, which is standard on it, I also want one with the sauce. AND NO TOMATO SAUCE!!!. Pizza wouldn't be cut either. FRESHNESS. But the delivery person was friendly and just beaming I'll add that I got Fleet Otto the next day.
