Delicious and delivered quickly

The pizzas are super tasty and delivered hot. Unfortunately, the planning doesn't work out. The food arrived half an hour late and that was not an isolated incident. The price-performance ratio is okay. The drivers are always nice. So we will continue to order from Freddy Fresh.

Unfortunately the last time I ordered the pizzas were inedible. Unfortunately the dough wasn't cooked through and as a result everything was soft and mushy.

That was our last order from this juice shop. My rating does NOT refer to the food, it always tastes the same in the system gastro. I think it's a disgrace to offer appointment orders when you can't keep them anyway! We pre-ordered between 30 and 60 minutes before opening because the store is known to take a long time. And then you get a call 5 minutes before the delivery date that it will take 30 minutes longer?!? If you're 5 to 10 minutes late, no one says anything, but at these prices you as a customer can expect it to work! Hire people and make the hut bigger if you can't do it!

I have been a satisfied customer for a long time. Top quality, always had warm food, and service is also very good and can only be recommended.

I have been a regular customer at Freddy's for many years. Even if there were small complaints, these are nothing compared to the time spent as a customer. The pizza dough is the right thickness. Not too thin and not too thick either. The topping was always reasonably well distributed. Unfortunately I can't say much about the atmosphere as I've never been there. We always eat at home. Therefore, 5 stars for the ambience 😆. With the exception of one, the suppliers are all super nice and always have a smile on their faces. Of course I cheated sometimes, but it was never worth it. I will continue to be a loyal customer at Freddy's.

We each ordered a chanterelle pizza for dinner today. Delivery time for the 1 km was 1 hour. After I found all 5-6 pieces of chanterelles, I could see that they were already cooked through, bitter and no longer edible. There is a need for action here, the pizza was tasteless as a result, a waste of money. Never again, I should have believed the negative reviews here.

So now I have to get something off my chest. Wow! Great food, fast delivery, nice staff. I ordered at the regular dinner time and it arrived quickly. Can others learn a lesson from this? Prices are perfectly fine. Gladly again :)

I ordered a vegan pizza with chanterelles, broccoli and spring onions without cheese. I got a pizza with bitter chanterelles (which had probably been lying around for too long), broccoli without spring onions but with less vegan cheese crust 😒

We were really hungry and spent a long time looking on Lieferando for what we could order for dinner. After a long search we decided on Freddy Fresh... that was the first time we ate their food and also the last. We ordered a burger 🍔 and a pizza 🍕. I can safely say that I would have preferred McDonald's... unfortunately now I have €30! Spent on it... and probably eat the worst burger of my life... I was really looking forward to it until I smelled it, the smell was very repellent. All the ingredients were everywhere but not in the burger. It really didn't taste like anything at all... Whole burgers tasteless. I'm really disappointed. I can't recommend this at all. Think carefully before you spend your money there...

The food is always very tasty and the selection is very large. And delivery always takes place at the specified time! I will definitely continue to order from there!!!

The quality of the food has declined significantly. Nowadays you can be happy if you even get your food. Orders are often delivered incompletely, incorrectly or not at all. The second star is only given because the food is not “yet” completely inedible.

Ordered pizza and burgers. Burger carelessly slapped together, frozen patty was dry and tough. The burger also gave me a nice diarrhea. Pizza tasted like old cardboard and wasn't cut either. Onion on the pizza was completely burnt. Was our first and last order from FreddyFresh. Driver was okay, but completely exhausted and stressed.

Just ordered 3 burgers and a side dish for €50! The bad thing isn't that the order came together, he forgot a burger and delivered it later, but the quality of the burgers was below all... these things weren't edible. The salad looked like it was 3 weeks old disgusting! Even after a 3 minute delivery time, a burger shouldn't arrive like that! Not even worth a star, sorry

Ordered from Freddy for the first time this evening because of the flyer in the mailbox. We were pleasantly surprised, delivery time was 45 minutes and the children were very happy about the kids menu. Very nice driver and great food. We would be happy to order again.

Food never comes as advertised. It's tasty in itself, but you almost always have to plan for an extra half hour waiting time (which means you're sometimes waiting 2 hours for your food). I've had enough now and won't be ordering from Freddy in the future.

The worst pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten. How you can get dough, salami and cheese to have such a neutral taste remains a secret from Freddie Fresh. In the future I will gratefully forego the pizza and would rather buy it at Topolino in Dresden-Gohlis.

For a small pizza, this was 5cm too small than it should be. According to the list, a small pizza should be 25cm tall but as I said it was only 20cm tall

Scamzzeria. Thieves, order for 100 euros, 2.5 hours waiting for the order, and then after contacting Liferando support it turned out that the supplier was on site and could not get through. Of course, there are no past connections with scammers. Avoid these thieves unless you want the courier to eat your prepaid food. Liferando does not want to refund the money.

The same answer from the owner and the request to rate by email, even though this was done a long time ago. You have all the order details and have already received my review twice. It's probably the voucher for 150g Röstisticks.... That was the last attempt to order from you. The 1 star is for the delivery time, the rest was really wrong. The pizzas were completely unevenly topped and seemed like they were thrown on top. And when it was delivered, it was probably shaken around so much that the pizzas were pushed together on one side of the box - I hadn't ordered a calzone. It was edible, but absolutely not enjoyable...And then it was burnt underneath - not the pizza base itself, but lumps underneath. This indicates a lack of hygiene. Pans and trays are probably not cleaned.

Large order placed, one dish was missing the advertised content (Bowl Rocket was without duck). Unfortunately no response from customer service after I sent photos. For the price charged, something like that shouldn't happen or a response with an apology would have been appropriate.

So if you order a pizza with hollondaise sauce, which is standard on it, I also want one with the sauce. AND NO TOMATO SAUCE!!!. Pizza wouldn't be cut either. FRESHNESS. But the delivery person was friendly and just beaming I'll add that I got Fleet Otto the next day.

Only 3 of 4 pizzas were delivered, the driver promised to get the missing one and come back straight away. Well, that was it. No one can be reached by phone anymore because it is now closed and there was no other response (the phone number was known). Absolutely impossible!

Ordering an appointment worked great, relaxed driver, burger with extra bacon had a lot of extra bacon and was fresh as a dew, definitely an option again 🤝🏼

Unfortunately, the quality of the products has deteriorated significantly. The pizza was almost cold, the cheese was no longer fresh, as if the pizza had been baked the day before or an hour ago and had just been warmed up... the ruccola was already dried out and, at an extra charge of €1.99, was outrageously expensive anyway only a few leaves were placed on top as a covering. The pizza was generally very sparsely topped with ingredients. You also looked in vain for the bacon, only a strip was to be found. So the value for money was absolutely outrageous, expensive and not worthy of the quality that was offered. In addition, you order in advance for a certain time, and even then FF doesn't manage to deliver on time, but rather 20 minutes late, even though the branch is nearby and there is little traffic on the street in the evening. I'd rather order from the competition in the future.

The food was excellent considering it was fast food, very creative and tasted great. I've never been to the store itself, I've only ever ordered there, and there was only one delay, for which I was compensated. So all in all, great loading!!

For some time now, some male drivers have been racing like extremes. Just today a driver of this Fiale 8 overtook a car on Lübeckerstrasse towards Fiale and braked hard behind the track when cutting in. The person was driving at least 70 km/h. A few days before, one of the drivers drove up Lübeckerstr, which then becomes Rudolf-Renner-Str, and almost ran over me while crossing and overtook me in a zig-zag manner. Then someone in front of them turned into Rennersdorferstrasse onto Klopstockstrasse and didn't pay attention to the right before the left and because he was driving at over 50 instead of 30 (allowed) on the paving stone, he came to a stop in the curve just millimeters in front of the car that had the right of way. We and many neighbors no longer order there because of such promotions. No matter how often you report it to the Fiale, you see such frenzy from the drivers from this Fiale almost every day. No other pizza service does this to this extent. Next time there will be ads. Because the management doesn't seem to be making any changes there.

But now it has happened repeatedly that false promises are being made. The last orders were placed deliberately - a good hour and a half EARLY and a margin was left for delivery between 6 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. - simply because you know you can't rely on them. It happened as it had to happen - 20 minutes later you call and he gives you the same excuse as always: we're just packing it up and hurrying up. Why the hell do you think ahead, call ahead and give the delivery service a lot of time? I do not get it... Then at least say openly and honestly - dinner will come “during the evening”.

The dishes are tasty and there is a lot to choose from. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. When picking up on site it would be nice if there were 2-3 stools or something similar.

Apparently I had ordered toppings with pizza, which I would like to present as extremely positive. Never experienced anything of this quality anywhere. I wish the team that in the future customers will be brought in buses to enjoy the dishes! Super great and toi toi toi!

In 2 out of 3 orders the dip is “forgotten”, which now costs €1.29 extra (!) or the dip ordered is not in stock. Of course you can't enjoy the pizza balls at all. Delivery times have mostly been okay so far.

Der Fahrer war recht unfreundlich, kam zu spät, das Essen war nicht mehr so warm und veraldingen hat er einfach entschieden uns kein Rückgeld zu geben.

Heute Online bestellt um 11:37 geliefert um 13:40, nachdem fast ne Stunde vorher die Meldung kam, dass die Bestellung unterwegs ist…..logisch, dass die Pizza natürlich eiskalt ist. Nicht mal mehr lauwarm… Bei Lieferung kam nur ein „bin der einzige Fahrer heute“ und weg war er….wirklich unter aller Kanone die „Leistung“ heute. Und dafür bezahlt man 16€ für eine mittlere Pizza mit Käserand

Wer teures kaltes Essen und lange Wartezeiten liebt sollte hier unbedingt bestellen. Wenn man sich in der Filiale direkt beschwert, wird der Mitarbeiter ab einen Gewissen Punkt „pampig“ und schiebt es auf die aktuelle Auftragslage. Mir stellt sich die Frage, was der Kunde dafür kann wenn sie mit dem Andrang nicht klar kommen.

Wir bestellen eigentlich öfter mal Pizza, das werden wir allerdings jetzt nicht mehr bei Freddy fresh. 1. Pizzen waren in der Vergangenheit sehr spärlich belegt und kaum Soße drauf, daher hab ich für extra Geld immer noch zusätzlich welche bestellt, hat sich aber schon gebessert 2. Die Lieferzeiten sind bisher immer wesentlich länger als geschrieben wurde, bis auf ein mal wo die Pizza 25min zu zeitig war und wir noch nicht heim. 3. Salat ist in letzter Zeit immer schon vergammelt angekommen 4. In letzter Zeit ist auch das Essen, vor allem Snacks wie die käseSterne immer kalt angekommen. 5. Wir müssen jedes mal extra viel bestellen weil der Mindestbestellwert angehoben wurde, da kann man schon verlangen das alles eine ordentliche Qualität hat. Wir haben der Filiale jetzt in den letzen Monat drei mal die Chance gegeben aber drei mal war die Bestellung unter aller Sau, jetzt wird da nicht mehr bestellt.! (Von den Bestellungen der letzten Jahre die unzureichend waren mal abgesehen)

Bis jetzt waren wir immer zufrieden, heut war die Pizza leider schon kalt als sie ankam.

Können nicht nur Pizzen, sondern auch leckere Bowls zubereiten. Essen kam schnell und war warm. Bowl war schön angerichtet und die Zutaten frisch. Auf Extra-Wünsche wird auch eingegangen, super Service! Werde hier definitiv wieder bestellen

Haben das Mittagsmenü zur Abholung bestellt. Super Auswahl und Qualität gut. Die Dame in der Küche war sehr nett und konnte bei Fragen direkt weiterhelfen.

Hatten gestern eine etwas größere Bestellung aufgegeben, nachdem wir einen Flyer im Briefkasten hatten. Ist unsere erste Bestellung gewesen. Essen kam heiß, Lieferzeit unter 45 Minuten und der Fahrer war super freundlich. Wir werden wohl demnächst direkt nochmal bestellen 👍

Bin richtig enttäuscht. Pizza kam relativ schnell, aber das war auch das einzig Gute. Die Pizza war lauwarm. Außerdem sah sie aus, als hätte der Teig nicht gereicht. Übertrieben dünn, so gut wie kein Rand und den "echten Gouda" musste man auch mit einer Lupe suchen. Die Philadephia groß kostet 16€. Da will man sich mal was gönnen und dann kommt sowas raus. Der Preis ist null gerechtfertigt und Freddy ist untendurch.

Pizza meistens gut, jedoch wurden die Preise sehr angezogen. 11€ für eine kleine Pizza ist schon sehr frech. Da ist Dominos um Welten besser!
