The pizza rolls looked great on the coupon... but in reality, they were only 1/3 the size of the picture. They cut corners on the size of the rolls. 1/5 stars is a disgrace!

We ordered pizza rolls with cheese, but where the cheese came from is questionable. Just plain dough. Delivery was supposed to be between 7:30 and 7:50 p.m., but it didn't arrive until around 8:30 p.m.

I waited two hours for my food. As an apology, we were promised compensation, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Eating in a bad mood isn't much fun :/ Too bad.

I ordered a pizza two weeks ago, but unfortunately, it never arrived at my address. When I called and asked how much it would cost, I heard the delivery person had been there several times. The intercom didn't ring once. The woman on the phone was rude and arrogant. I asked for a refund, and the money was supposed to be returned in a few days. I personally opted for a refund, but I was told it would take a few more days. After days in Prague, I called and asked for a refund, but unfortunately, it's still the same.

Friendly salespeople, delicious pizza, and a clean shop, and all this just before closing time. I'm happy and stoned. I've never had a bad experience here, so don't pay too much attention to the negative reviews.

We were at a friend's house this evening and ordered via the app. The delivery time was stated to be approximately 30-50 minutes. After well over an hour, with no delivery in sight and the order still "in process," we called. We were told the driver would be there in 10 minutes. After another half hour had passed, we called again. The initially friendly employee had a hard time dealing with our complaint that we'd been waiting over an hour and a half for our food. We asked about the possibility of a voucher or something similar, but she referred us to head office without providing a contact option. The employee said there were various reasons why deliveries might not be on time. After we expressed our incomprehension, she became rude. She said we should work at Domino's ourselves to understand this... and apparently, a driver had been arrested by the police. All of this was communicated in a very rude and irritable manner... The employee even directly warned us not to order from Domino's again. The food finally arrived, and one pizza was missing the hollandaise sauce we ordered. Why would anyone give their phone number to the app if it's not even used to report such delays or special circumstances? If this had been communicated proactively, much would have been more understandable. All in all, a very unpleasant experience and probably the last one at Domino's.

We ordered pizza, the biggest disappointment ever. We waited over an hour, and the worst part was, the crispbread was moister. They used to be so good, it's a shame when quantity takes precedence over quality.

It would be best to give zero stars for this disgrace! I ordered via Uber Eats at 8:08 pm today. At 9:40 pm I tried four unsuccessful calls but no one answered, even after minutes. So I went there. After knocking several times someone finally tried to open the door for me. Then I was told that they shouldn't be at Uber Eats anymore and that I had waited two hours for my food for nothing. I was then made to feel like it was my own fault and that everything had been sold out for a long time. Of course, you're open until 10 pm and everything's sold out an hour earlier, of course. Of course you can't let them know that your order didn't work via Uber Eats. The guy said that almost two hours is not enough for them to see that and cancel. Honestly, that's an understatement - the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll make sure that this is taken to the top.

The food in the photos cost over 60 euros. As you can see from the photos, we received significantly too much dough; none of the pizzas tasted like anything other than dough. The pizza with broccoli had exactly one floret. If that's your quality standard, fine. But this was definitely my first and last visit to your restaurant. There's a kebab shop right next door that probably serves much better pizza for half the price.

This branch started off strong some time ago and has since declined significantly, which is probably largely due to Dominos' policy in general. Not only is the minimum order value now €15, and there's no longer a second pizza for €2 promotion, but the delivery times are also beyond belief. Even on a weekday without football on TV or anything like that, you have to expect at least an hour. As I said, I suspect this is less the fault of the branch, because I think their skilled labor shortage is real. But raising prices and reducing service isn't what I want as a customer. It's a shame. We really like Dominos' pizzas.

We ordered pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza was okay. The salad was inedible because the lettuce leaves were very sandy. Extremely annoying. I had to throw the salad away; a complete waste of money. I don't understand how something like that could happen in a restaurant.

Unfortunately, it's absolutely disappointing. I pre-ordered online at 5:30 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. Several hours late (after a 1.5-hour delay, still no food), and absolutely no one can be reached by phone, no matter how long I tried. Is that even customer service? There was no concession either. I'm absolutely disappointed and annoyed. Things have been better. Edit: I finally got through to someone after 9 (!!!) calls. I feel sorry for the employees; they seemed stressed. However, I have no sympathy for such poor planning, especially when the statement "We have so many orders and can't keep up" is made—we pre-ordered, so there should be plenty of time, right? When I asked how long it would take, they said about an hour. That means a total of 4(!) hours waiting for 1 pizza and 4 pizza rolls. That's absolutely unacceptable, and there wasn't even an apology.

I got a broccoli pizza today. The pizza was a joke. They were looking for tiny florets of broccoli and the taste wasn't good.

Instead of 15 minutes as announced, we had to wait an hour for the food... you absolutely couldn't enjoy this pizza. Completely dry, no sauce. It's a shame, not a nice experience.

Ordered twice and twice it was shit either it arrives far dry or it looks like I've puked in. I'll never order again. One stop away from it and it takes 1 hour and then the food is cold too

Very, very nice service on site, or when delivering, in my opinion the best Dominos we have in Dresden. When it comes to the food itself, whether it's pizza or snacks, you can tell that it's freshly made and not just from the freezer, which is particularly impressive given the short delivery times. And no matter how cold it is outside, I still have to be careful at home not to burn my mouth. Definitely recommended. No matter what time of day you are doing everything right by choosing to order from this Dominos.

Best store and the employees were very friendly and one employee was very attractive and very nice

At night (February 9, 2025, 11:15 p.m., Ebereschenstr. 34), a Dominos driver drives his scooter about 100m along the footpath like a mentally ill person, without taking any losses into account. When asked the driver about it, he said that there was no other way and that he would see if someone suddenly got out of the car or someone came out of the house entrances. Unlikely at this speed and in the dark. Absolutely irresponsible in a densely populated residential area. There were enough gaps on the road for the scooter, completely unnecessary just to save a few meters. All you can do is shake your head...

My friend ordered a pizza online and accidentally pressed pick up instead of delivery. Her baby was sleeping so she couldn't leave the house herself. I then called and asked that the food might be delivered after all, since it's less than 3 minutes by bike from the restaurant to home. A young lady then replies on the phone that she is now deleting the order and that it should be ordered again. Well, the money was transferred long ago. The lady then said that the money would not be returned for seven days. And she can't do anything herself. YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE TO DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR A PERSON. Now the question is, if a person only has €15 left and wants to buy this last pizza with the money, does he have to starve all day until the money comes back in seven days? Why can't you be so accommodating and just send a delivery person to deliver the pizza?? Very sad, but Dominus, you show a negative side.

Tastes good and relatively inexpensive compared to other pizzerias.

MA are terrible. I was there today and ordered something. The employee ordered three online. He always scolds his colleague for ordering too much. If he doesn't feel like it, he'd rather stay at home or look for another job. Don't always complain when people order something, they don't pay money for free and you have to be friendly.

I wanted to buy a pizza and there was no one to serve me at the checkout. The employee who came later was very unfriendly. He wanted to educate me instead of doing his job. The pizza was bad, I couldn't eat it. I won't go there again.

We've ordered so many times from Dominos these days. Sometimes via Lieferando, sometimes via the homepage. Every time we order Lieferando something is wrong. The discount will not be deducted or we will be called to say that one pizza will be baked again because I changed the ingredients on the pizza (there should be no broccoli on it). As a customer, I can't help it that information arrives at Dominos too late or not at all. If it's such a problem, you might want to stop accepting orders via the platform. When you call, you're just told that it's not your fault or that you just have to bake again. No idea what this will bring to the customer other than a bad feeling and having paid more. It was the last time I ordered from the store.

UNFORTUNATELY, we are no longer part of the delivery area in Old Franconia. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star for this. Of course that's just kidding, we're still super happy with you. I just hope that Old Franconia can be included in the delivery area again, as deliveries are also made to Gompitz, which is further away from your branch. A Carlzone pizza is something different. With mushrooms and cheese. But I got 2 small pieces of ham and 2 strips of pepper And cheese, you could guess. And dough around it. Something else is delicious.

Unfortunately we rarely order anymore, even though it was always delicious. But the fact that the 2nd pizza for 2 euros promotion is no longer supported by this branch makes ordering a more expensive pleasure. Please bring this campaign back like all other Dresden branches.

Schnelle Lieferung und gewohnt lecker. Aber wenn man sich die Dominos Box bestellt und diese mit 18 cm! Pizza beworben wird und man beim Öffnen der Box direkt enttäuscht merkt das es überhaupt nicht hinhaut füllt des trotzdem nicht den Magen.

Sehr saubere und ordentliche Filiale. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und das Essen ohne Worte einfach lecker.

Wir waren heute zum ersten mal hier etwas bestellen zur Abholung. Eigentlich lief erst alles gut. Der Mitarbeiter nahm die Bestellung auf und meinte ,,in 10 min.ist alles fertig,,. Super dachten wir uns ,das geht schnell. Nach 15 min.wurde uns gesagt das er neu anfangen muss weil er die Pizzen falsch belegt hat. Pizzen werden nach Bildern belegt also eigentlich nicht schwer. Dafür das wir die einzigen waren ist es wirklich traurig. Reicht für mich um weiterhin bei der Konkurrenz zu bestellen. Dafür das wir es eilig hatten ging wirklich alles schief.

Warum tragen sie Handschuhe? Kasse,Geld,Essen, sich ins Gesicht fassen,Schweiß wegwischen.Wenn sie damit alles machen Hygienisch ist anders

Waren zufrieden. Heute zum ersten Mal dort bestellt, 20min später war alles pünktlich abholbereit und in guter Qualität. Einzig die Beläge hätten noch etwas reichlicher ausfallen dürfen, zumindest bei unserer Boston-Pizza.

Ich habe kürzlich bei Domino's Pizza bestellt und war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Erlebnis. Die Bestellung war einfach über die Website zu tätigen, und die Auswahl an Pizzavarianten war groß. Ich entschied mich für die Pizza Caprese für eine Person, die ich abholen wollte. Als ich im Laden ankam, wurde mir die Pizza schnell und freundlich überreicht. Die Pizza war noch heiß und sah köstlich aus. Zu Hause angekommen, war ich von der Qualität der Zutaten beeindruckt - die Tomaten und der Mozzarella waren frisch und von hoher Qualität. Die Pizza war auch gut gewürzt und hatte eine knusprige, dünne Kruste. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Erlebnis bei Domino's Pizza und würde es jedem empfehlen, der nach einer schnellen und leckeren Pizza-Option sucht. Die Preise sind auch erschwinglich, und es gibt immer tolle Angebote und Sonderaktionen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Domino's Pizza bestellen.

Sind glücklich, satt und zufrieden wie bis jetzt bei jeder Bestellung. Pizza, Pizzabrötchen sind immer lecker und schnell geliefert. Fahrer auch wie immer sehr freundlich. Bestellen gerne wieder.

Bei dennen bestellt man gerne!! Das Essen kommt stets warm und lecker an und selbst bei negativen Situationen sind die sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. :)

Soeben meine Bestellung erhalten und total unzufrieden, was ich so bei Dominos sonst noch nie hatte. Der Auslieferungsfahrer hatte ein sehr unfreundliches Auftreten und die Pizza war auch für die Tonne. Sie muss während der Fahrt komplett auf die eine Seite des Kartons gefallen sein und ein andere Teil klebte noch oben am Karton.

Es ist super alles übersichtlich und man bekommt schnell und unkompliziert seine Bestellung zubereitet sowie auch Getränke und diverse andere Leckereien.

Schmeckt immer wieder. Bestellen dort öfters... Schnelle Lieferung und nette Fahrer. Einziges Manko es gibt leider keinen gratis Knoblauch mehr. Sehr Schade. 😔

Das positive zuerst: schnelle Lieferung, ordentlich belegt. Nicht bemängeln darf man den dicken Boden, ist eben amerikanisch. Was aber gar nicht geht ist das die Pizzen einfach furztrocken sind und absolut lieblos wirken und schmecken. Und wir reden nicht von der günstigen Mittagspizza. Ne American Pizza aus dem Frost kann das besser! Schade

9,99€ bitte,10€ gegeben,ok ihr Pizza ist in 10 min fertig,den eine Cent behielt er ungefragt,und schaute mich nur an nach dem Motto,noch was? War bestimmt der Schicht Leiter oder so,er hatte als einziger nen anstecker an der Mütze.

Bislang 8 mal bestellt und 8 mal hat alles super geklappt. Essen kam jedes mal pünktlich warm und mit guter Laune geliefert. Tut mir leid, das ich für die nette Lieferanten gerade eben kein Trinkgeld im Haus hatte. Macht weiter so

Top Laden, Top Essen, Top Lieferzeit wie immer 👍🏽

Zum zweiten Mal innerhalb kürzester Zeit die falsche Lieferung erhalten. Beim ersten Mal dürfte man die falsche Bestellung behalten. Jetzt sollte ich die falsche Bestellung wieder mitgeben. Da der Fahrer keine Information erhielt, das er die falsche Pizza mitnehmen soll, konnte ich diese behalten. OK. Nach knapp einer weiteren halben Stunde bekam ich die richtige Pizza. Aber diese ist kalt. Also wurde meine Bestellung nicht nochmal frisch zubereitet, sondern die alte einfach rausgeschickt und kalt geliefert. Ein Unding. Schade das man keine Null Sterne vergeben kann.

Für 18 Uhr vorbestellt mit Kartenzahlung, Lieferant kam ohne Kartenlesegerät. Nach knapp 2 Stunden warten kam er dann mal klingeln und wollte die Zahlung haben. Kind ist dank des klingeln auch wieder wach... Ein kurzer Anruf wann es denn zeitlich wird hätte gereicht, aber so ist es echt unverschämt.

Die Lieferung kam pünktlich und die Pizzen haben unnormal geschmeckt 😍😍
