Complaint about unhygienic food and unfriendly service I am deeply disappointed by my experience today. There was a long, black hair in my burger - an absolute no-go when it comes to hygiene. Additionally, the fries were cold upon delivery. When I contacted me by phone to report the problem, the employee showed no understanding or understanding. Instead of apologizing or offering an appropriate solution, he responded indifferently and unkindly. He didn't respond to my request to pick up the food and refund my money. Instead, I was offered a new delivery later - which is completely impractical on my short lunch break. Original tone: “I can order it later.” This behavior is not only disrespectful, but also shows that neither customer satisfaction nor cleanliness are taken seriously. Disgusting and disappointing - that's unfortunately the best way to sum up this experience

Actually, one star is already too many. I ordered the food 2.5 hours ago. Unfortunately we haven't received this and no one is answering the phone. Absolutely not recommended!

Pizza arrived lukewarm at most but tasted okay. Delivery instructions were not followed by the driver and it ended up taking a detour to me. Delivery took twice as long as stated when ordering.

Something embarrassing, probably 80 years old. Driver doesn't know a word of German, chats cheekily to our neighbors, can't find the address despite the maps and then boldly claims that our NEW BUILDING doesn't have a house number. Food now cold and in the trash. I've never experienced anything like that, people will never order here again, there's enough competition!!

Today was the premiere here, at Bravo Pizza. The pizza was perfectly warm upon delivery. It also tasted wonderful and was crispy. The salad was very good and crunchy. That's really great. I'm Möhringer and now I'm excited 🤩. Any time. Thanks for the quick delivery!

Ich dachte, sie könnten keine Burger machen, aber laut den Bewertungen sind sie in allem schlecht. Die Burger kamen kalt, der Speck was fast roh, sie haben nichts gemacht, und die speziellen Bestellungen zu unterscheiden. Es war der schlechteste Burger meines Lebens. Ich werde nie wieder etwas in diesem Restaurant bestellen.

RIP-OFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered 2 weeks ago via Lieferando. My order was paid for via PAYPAL. Since it was already quite late, I was called by the delivery service and was told that the delivery could no longer be made. I was also assured that the delivery service Super Pizza-Service Lieferando would be contacted directly so that I could have my money transferred back to my PAYPAL account the next day. After a week I still had no money in my account. So I called the delivery service again to ask why I hadn't received a refund yet. Again I was assured that it would be taken care of and that I would receive my money as quickly as possible. Today, two weeks after not receiving the order, the third conversation with the delivery service as there is still no money in my account. This time a very unfriendly employee brushed me off and kept telling me I had to take care of it myself and he couldn't do anything because the boss wasn't there. In my opinion, the employee was just too lazy to write down my order number again and contact Lieferando/pass it on. No excuse or anything like that for chasing my money for 2 weeks!! It was made out as if I had made the mistake. The statement was made: ''I don't know what my colleagues told you, but that's not true that we're taking care of it. It's up to you how you get your money back. '' The best example of how you can lose customers. I will no longer order from this delivery service and will now try to get my money back via Lieferando.
