Food delicious. Service (~40 year old female person) very inattentive, ignorant and rude...we didn't feel comfortable at all.

If I had just read up on the bad reviews, I wouldn't have lost so much money. The rice was not well cooked and was therefore covered up with a lot of fat (plastic-like rice grains). My wife's Kubideh was rubbery and didn't taste like it should. The worst thing is yet to come: The 2 portions (Kubideh + Shahpasand + rice) with 1x Coke can cost us €40. Very cleverly done, the prices on the menu are meat skewers with bread (without rice), the rice is charged extra at €4 per portion. Although in Persian cuisine rice is always part of the meat skewers. Of course I complained about the rice, but saw no response from the owner. For €40 you can have a wonderful meal for two at Persier am Rhein “YAS”. Never here again.

Overall, a thoroughly successful evening! The food was really delicious and the Persian cuisine, especially with regard to the vegetarian and vegan selection, was simply authentically good! The food was brought to the table promptly after ordering. The ambience is designed to be inviting and well/practically furnished for the space available. The service was friendly all around, was able to provide information about the dishes and worked quickly. Any time!

Unfortunately I have to say that I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. From the start they had a dismissive attitude and seemed uninterested in welcoming us as guests. Questions were answered irritably and snidely, and the entire behavior was downright shameful. It's really sad to have to experience such treatment as a paying guest. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant and will never visit it again.

I was here recently and absolutely loved it! The Persian food was incredibly delicious - every dish was fresh, aromatic and lovingly prepared. The spices and flavors were just right, and you can tell there is an emphasis on quality here. I particularly enjoyed kubideh. To be honest, I don't understand the bad reviews because my experience was entirely positive. The service was also friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. For anyone who loves Persian food or would like to try it: Absolute recommendation! I'll definitely be back!
