I am 21 years old in Germany. Whenever I wanted barbecue, I would drive for an hour. I would go to Pinocchio, but today I will never forget what I saw. I asked for fish that I didn't have. I decided to eat okra stew. I mean, they think it's okay, they are all donkeys,,,,!!! After my child had finished eating, we were about to give him some tea, but we saw that the waitress came with the utmost rudeness and arrogance. Please pay your money because this table is reserved, if all the tables were empty, be really ashamed. Be polite and intelligent. Be social.

Everything in Pinocchio is average. I give it 3 stars. Would be 3.5 stars if card payment were possible (unacceptable!). Hello, it's 2023! Awkward. All prices almost doubled in the last 24 months, but too stingy to charge 0.02% for the debit card.

We had a pleasant experience at Pinocchio Restaurant. We ordered Koobideh kebab with rice and fresh bread; the food was delicious, though slightly salty. They also served bread with cheese and fresh herbs (Persian Sabzi), which was delightful. The atmosphere was nice, just a bit warm. The staff were friendly. Conveniently located near the city center, the restaurant is easily accessible by train.

The customer is still sitting and collecting the food, or they bring half a tomato in a barbecue dish. They turn off the air conditioners in the summer season and the air is very hot and without ventilation.

Hello everyone, I was in the restaurant last weekend after seeing Sarah & Dolunay's video. I love food and can't complain about the food - it was delicious and the portions were generous. However, the service was a complete disaster. We asked the waitress about the Dough drink and she told us about it. When we asked if it was comparable to Turkish Ayran, she said, “Yours is worse.” That was extremely unprofessional. The waitress was generally very rude and just put everything on the table without trying to be polite. Conclusion: The food is really good, but I would rate the service (waitress) with a 6.

We went to this restaurant for the first time today and ordered a barberry press, pounded kebab and grilled chicken. First of all, I have never eaten barberry pilaf so delicious and without flavor, especially the chicken sauce, which was like water and very thin. I even told them and leaving is a source of ghee for me!!! The battered kebab was not fresh at all and was hard, and the grilled chicken was not bad, but it did not have a special flavor and the amount of rice was extremely small, as if it was too much for a 12-year-old child. I'm not.. and finally, the cold and forced behavior of the employees who, when requesting or ordering or asking a question, seem like they want free food and force them to answer.. I've been a regular at this wonderful Persian restaurant for over a decade and it never fails to impress me. The food is absolutely fantastic! From the delicious starters to the excellently seasoned main courses to the delicious desserts - every dish is a true taste experience. The fresh ingredients and authentic spices give the dishes an incomparable taste. The service is always first class. The staff is very attentive, friendly and always willing to give recommendations. You really feel welcome and in good hands here. The ambience of the restaurant is also enchanting. The stylish furnishings and lovingly selected decorations create a cozy and authentic atmosphere that invites you to linger. I can highly recommend this restaurant. It's a highlight every time and I'm looking forward to many more visits!

We tried the appetizer mix platter in the Pinocchio restaurant with friends, it was a culinary explosion and tasted delicious They were just as good. I had dinner with my wife at the Pinocchio restaurant. We got the homemade warm bread straight away, and in general I have to say that the service is not only very friendly but also reacts very quickly, which we thought was great. Back to basics - the food, the homemade bread was amazingly delicious. But not only the starters but also the main course were excellent! The best Persian food we ate in Germany.

Today, on the occasion of my birthday, we went to the Pinocchio restaurant, a kebab tray including kobideh, chanjeh, leaves, shishlik, chicken with Techin rice and side dishes. With the first bite we ate, the delicious taste and freshness of the food surprised us, the ingredients used in the food were so fresh and healthy that we did not have any problems after eating this amount of food and the food was digested quickly. The staff and the owner of the restaurant were extremely warm and friendly. For sure, you will not taste the food of Pinocchio restaurant even in Iran.

Lovely Iranian foods are always delicious. They serve hot and fresh breads😋. I was there again and want to say the service’s behaviour is not really professional. But I liked the joujeh kebab that was jouncy and soft. I also tried koubide and I liked the quality.

I live in USA and I visit Germany for work related trips several times every year. I tried several different dishes during my visits for the past 7 years. I must admit that it is the only Persian restaurant that maintained consistency in providing quality food and services. I will give them 5 out of 5. Food is authentic Persian food! I recommend Gheymeh (my favorite) and Barg. Fresh backed bread is wonderful. You can contact me for future reference.

Anyone who is familiar with Persian food, especially kabab, will be disappointed here, especially when it comes to the bite of the kebab kubide. Service left a lot to be desired. We ordered a Sultani and a Kubide with bread and two yoghurt water. For 47.30 we had a different expectation. We recommend that the team of this restaurant introduce a touch of Persian hospitality, raising the quality of the food to a somewhat acceptable level.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience at all, the kebab was dry and the rice was not fresh at all We had heard the praises of this restaurant, but today was my worst experience of an Iranian restaurant in Germany, but it goes without saying that we enjoyed the fresh bread that was brought to us first, along with cheese and vegetables, whose vegetables were still wet. . Worst Iranian food I've ever had. The food is not of good quality. We ordered Chelo Kabab, Ghorme sabzi, Zereshk polo and Barg. The dishes are prepared days in advance and do not taste authentic. When asked, the staff reacted very annoyed and negatively. We also wanted to order more bread and were answered: “One loaf is enough for 6 people, otherwise you will be full”. I am Iranian and I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better Iranian restaurants on the same street.

My visit to this Persian restaurant was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service excellent. The food, from starters to main courses, was authentic and delicious – the Ghormeh Sabzi and Kabab Koobideh in particular were outstanding. The prices were very fair for the quality and quantity of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves or wants to explore Persian cuisine.

I was there on Christmas 2024, unfortunately, the ignorant lady who was the manager there had collected her card machine for not paying the tax and when I wanted to count the food money, she said we knocked on the door that we don't have the machine, I asked her to show me, and I saw a sheet written in German. I told Mrs. Nafgem, I am a tourist and I don't know German. She rudely took my passport for 20 euros for food. I went and took cash and gave it to them. It is a very stupid restaurant with impersonal and rude management. Unfortunately, all Iranians in Germany are seen as refugees. Never go to Pinocchio restaurant!!!

اگر برای شعور و شخصیت خودتون ذره ای ارزش قائل هستید، لطفا به این رستوارن نرید. ما بعد از خوردن کباب، چون پول نقد همراهمون نداشتیم، یه نفرمون تا عابربانک رفت تا پول نقد بگیره و بقیه منتظرش باقی موندند و سر میز نشستند. اولا که : خانم مسنی که اونجا کار میکنن، وقتی متوجه شد ما پول نقد به اندازه ی کافی نداریم و باید یه نفر از ما تا عابر بانک بره، اصلا روی خوشی نشون نداد، اخم کرد و فوق العاده سنگین برخورد کرد، در حالی که تو سال ۲۰۲۴ ،همه جای دنیا کارت خوان داره و این یه سرویس دادن نامناسب از جانب شماست که تو این زمونه کارتخوان ندارید. خانم مسنی که اومد تا ظرف ها رو جمع کنه، متوجه شد که در ِ سماق نیست. (سماق در ظرف هایی هست که در سایز نمکدون و فلفل دون هست، یه قاشق ازش بیرون زده و در داره) از من پرسید: در این کوش؟؟! (« کوش؟ »کجاست؟ با این لحن طلب کار، با این ادبیات با مشتری!!.. با اون لحن بسیار زشت) گفتم حتما رو میزه، در اون سماق ، پشت گلدون بود و وقتی نشونشون دادم، آروم شدند! انگار دیگه دلیلی برای پرخاشگری نداشتند. در جواب فرمودند: یه روز درش نیست! یه روز قاشقش نیست! یه روز خودش نیست! ظرفای ما گم میشن سر این میز ها چرا! از این تریبون میخواستم بهتون بگم، من در سماق هاتون رو حتی اگه بیام بدزدم ، ظرفی ندارم در اون ابعاد که اون در بهش بخوره!!! پس دردی از من رو دوا نمیکنه! کباب کوبیده شون هم رگه هایی از صورتی بودن گوشت داره وسطش. درست پخته نشده. باید توش صورتی نباشه حداقل .

Wir waren heute dort Essen mit meiner Familie , Die Kubide waren Roh das chicken verbrannt und komplett unhöflicher service wirklich schrecklich grüssen haben sie wohl verlernt .. und rassistisches verhalten. Ghormeh sabzi einfach nur bitter entäuscht.

مطعم ايراني اكله لذيذ واسعاره مقبوله ، هناك نقطه مهمه يجب الانتباه لها : _المطعم يتعامل بالمبالغ النقديه فقط ولا يقبل بطاقات الفيزا أو اي نوع من البطاقات ، اذا كنت لا تحمل المبلغ كاش فانتبه قد تتفاجئ بذلك .

Heute habe ich telefonisch einen Tisch bei Ihrem Restaurant reserviert. Leider ereignete sich unmittelbar danach ein unvorhergesehener Unfall, wodurch ich gezwungen war, meine Reservierung innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu stornieren. Während des Anrufs, um die Absage mitzuteilen, wurde ich von Ihrer Mitarbeiterin auf eine äußerst beleidigende und unhöfliche Weise behandelt. Die Dame am Telefon hat mich unfreundlich behandelt und den Hörer ohne angemessene Kommunikation einfach aufgelegt. Dies hat mich zutiefst enttäuscht und verärgert. Als langjähriger Gast war ich stets zufrieden mit dem Service Ihres Restaurants, aber dieses unprofessionelle Verhalten hat meine Meinung stark beeinträchtigt. Es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass ich aufgrund dieses Vorfalls keine Absicht mehr habe, Ihr Restaurant zu besuchen.

Die Qualität des Essens war äußerst schlecht und das Verhalten der Dame hinter der Kasse war äußerst rassistisch und unhöflich.

Ich war heute da! Extra aus Dortmund dahin gefahren! Wir haben Kubideh bestellt und ashe Rechte ! Die Suppe war nicht frisch! Es wurde mindestens 4-5 mal aufgewärmt! Die Zutaten waren so klein( wie geschnitten), weil es viele Male aufgewärmt wurde! Seit heute um 14:30 ( nach dem Kebab) bis jetzt muss ich Wasser trinken, weil Sie so viel Natron im Kebab verwendet haben! Ich bin leider enttäuscht und werde nicht mehr dahin gehen! من امروز برای نهار اونجا بودم و آش رشته که خیلی کم بود و هفت یورو و نیم قیمتش بود و کباب کوبیده سفارش دادم! آش رشته کاملا له شده بود چون به هیچ عنوان تازه نبود و مشخص بود که حداقل سه تا چهار بار از یخچال اومده بیرون و هی داغ شده و هم خورده! حتی یک دونه رشته ی دو سانتی هم نمونده بود توش و همش له شده بود! کباب هم بنظر زیبا و آبدار میامد ولی بخاطر مصرف بیشتر از حد جوش شیرین از ظهر تا حالا دهانم جوری خشک شده که فقط باید آب بخورم! واقعا متاسف شدم و دیگه دوست ندارم اونجا رو تجربه کنم!

Insgesamt war mein Besuch im Pinocchio Restaurant eine gemischte Erfahrung. Das Essen war köstlich . Die Karte bot eine breite Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen. Allerdings war ich überrascht und auch ein wenig enttäuscht, dass es im Restaurant immer noch nicht möglich war, mit Karte zu bezahlen. In der heutigen Zeit, in der die meisten Orte Kartenzahlungen akzeptieren, war es unpraktisch, dass dies hier nicht der Fall war. Ich hatte kein Bargeld dabei und musste deshalb einen Umweg machen, um an Geldautomaten zu gelangen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber diese Barriere bei der Bezahlung trübte mein Gesamterlebnis. Ich hoffe, dass das Pinocchio Restaurant in Betracht zieht, seine Zahlungsoptionen zu erweitern, um den Komfort der Gäste zu verbessern.

Es war nicht gut. Das Essen hatte ein nicht gutes riecht ich glaube das Essen oder das Lebensmittel war nicht frisch. Nachdem essen bin krank geworden ich hatte erbrochen. Ich habe viel Geld ausgegeben aber ich wusste nicht dass ich mit diesem Essen krank werden. Ich finde es nicht gut!

Freche bedingung nicht so gutes essen

Das schlechteste Essen, das wir je gegessen haben. Mir wurde sogar währenddessen übel. Unser Kebab war fast roh, hatte null Geschmack und ganz komisch fanden wir dass das Essen extrem schnell gekommen ist. Nichts hatte Geschmack, eine Frechheit für die persische Küche. Extrem überteuertes Essen das ich nicht mal mehr für umsonst essen würde. Das Restaurant war auch ungemütlich und am Ende haben auch unsere Klamotten nach essen gestunken. Ein Mini salad Shirazi für 4,50€ das man mit einem Esslöffel runtergelöffelt hätte. Das erste mal persisch essen wird zum letzten Mal.
