Unfortunately, Unterpackt will soon no longer be present 😢. I thought it was great, every time I went shopping there I liked buying spelled flakes. Of course the prices are quite expensive, but it is still important to have quality.☝🏾 I wish the MA's and the owner a lot of strength, and when one door closes, another opens...🙂

We ended up here by chance and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was on point. This is rare these days, especially with a very good price-performance ratio

First of all, the positive. Very centrally located in Köngen, can be reached in five minutes from the motorway. Check-in was quick, friendly and uncomplicated. The first impression is very positive. Everything neat and well maintained. The first impression in the room was also very positive. You don't skimp on small touches. Despite being almost full, we still managed to get a seat in the bistro. The service here was quick and friendly. The food served was a dream! Here's a big compliment to the chef👍🏼 The breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful and offered a good selection. To the negative. The hotel offers the opportunity for larger celebrations. Nothing negative in and of itself. I didn't notice this when I booked. So I arrived in the evening after a long day at work and an equally long journey. A party was holding their wedding reception in the hotel. Not much negative so far. Until the disco started at ten. Volume and bass at maximum! On the second floor with the door and window closed, every word, even the DJ's, was understood. This haunting lasted until just after two in the morning!! A no go - I had an all-day appointment the following day where I wanted to appear rested. Nothing came of it, because at this volume it was impossible to sleep, even with ear plugs. It's almost worse - no warning when booking, upon arrival and no reaction the next day. This gives rise to the suspicion that such parties are the order of the day in the hotel. Only briefly about the negative things in the room. There was a thick layer of dust on the top of the cupboard, the shower nozzles in the bathroom were partially blocked, and the washbasin fittings were difficult to move. These are things that unfortunately often get lost in the everyday life of a hotel.

Nice place to take a break. Only 3 stars for the service today at 12:30pm. Pointed out to him the leftover food (🍅 tomato) under the table on the far left of the entrance. There were leftover breakfast crumbs under most of the tables. He didn't do anything, just walked past everything. It's a shame for the business......such employees.

Yes, of course you have to recommend the Engel restaurant. But your bank account or wallet should be pretty full. For the enjoyment that Tarik Rose and his team serve you here, you have to be prepared to dig a little deeper into your pockets. Top-class food + a relaxed, casual atmosphere + the best location you can imagine on the Elbe make the difference to other top restaurants in Hamburg. We will definitely come back to Tarik and his team.

We went for brunch on Sunday, we were totally thrilled, great selection of food and even roulades with dumplings for lunch......The service was very, very nice, we'll definitely be back and can't understand the bad experiences, For us it was the total opposite and we can only recommend the Seecafe!

You hear a lot about the “Little Rest” so we went there today. The location is really great! You have to be careful when you want to go over to the table because the cyclists are already driving past at a good pace. The menu is clear and we decided on the currywurst fries mayo. As written on the website: to the best CWP (currywurst fries) barrier before New York, I can unfortunately confirm that. The currywurst was well done but fried carelessly. The fries were soggy and very salty. At least the sauce was okay. I've eaten much better food. And then paying €9.90 for it is really bad. If it had been tasty everything would have been good, but after a “little rest” you didn’t have a good day.
