Friendly salespeople...inside and out, and delicious, unusual ice cream flavors, all of which are highly recommended. The prices are fair (at least by 2025 standards), and the scoops were a decent size. We'd definitely go back to Gernsbach for this ice cream parlor.

If you have food allergies and want to pick up your poison mixture here, you've come to the right place. I specifically asked if they had egg-free vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The staff confirmed this twice. Unfortunately, it's not true. I already had a bad feeling when my portion was brought to me with a waffle cone on top, which usually contains egg. There's no other way to put it, but if the staff here doesn't provide the right information, the signs are wrong, or the kitchen utensils are dipped in various ice cream flavors, then people with even more severe food allergies can die! Never again!

Anyone in Gernsbach should definitely stop by here. A traditional ice cream parlor with great service, great ice cream flavors, and an excellent cappuccino. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Gernsbach.

The best Italian ice cream parlor ever! Although the selection is already extensive with over 20 delicious ice cream flavors, the chef surprises his guests every month with a new creation. In addition to delicious ice cream to go, there are also many great sundaes or versions with crêpes and waffles. Superb ice cream creations at a very fair price! The ice cream flavors we tested: Lindt chocolate, Nutello, stracciatella, yoghurt, quark mandarin orange, mango, woodruff, passion fruit elderberry, lemon, and raspberry pepper all received 5*! Keep it up!

Very, very delicious ice cream with some unusual creations, all of which are delicious. Plus, a beautiful location by the Murg Bridge with seating inside, outside in front, and outside "upstairs" on a small terrace above the ice cream parlor. Parking in front is only possible if you're on a motorbike, as it's very busy—understandably so. 😉

Today we are at Rizzardini, we go there very often, but according to what the boss said today, I said that we were waiting for over half an hour, others who came later got drinks because the service was mixed, he said "it's very busy, if you can't wait, then leave". Very unprofessional, unfortunately, I'll never go there again. Young lady outside was really overwhelmed, which I understand, I work in the catering industry myself, but when I had questions she just looked at the floor. Mr. Boss knows exactly when he opens that he needs staff, he doesn't just say you can leave. It's a shame, they have very tasty ice cream and we're not the only guests who left. A little more friendliness doesn't hurt.

Visit on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 in the afternoon That day I was on a hike with my best friend, from Baden-Baden via Staufenberg to Gernsbach. During our tour, we craved ice cream and since the weather cooperated, we took a well-deserved ice cream break in the heart of Gernsbach at the Rizzardini ice cream parlor. The Eiscafe Rizzardini has existed in Gernsbach since 1963 and is therefore, in our opinion, a permanent institution, which is also reflected in the guests, quality and service. After entering the cafe, there are two employees at the counter - the one at the back only does the catering service for the seated guests on site - the employee at the front serves the to-go business and this is strictly separated on site, which we liked. We decided on to-go and both of our ice cream sundaes tasted excellent and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right for today's ice cream prices. From both of our perspectives >> 4 thumbs up and again at any time!!

Während unserer Tour, gelüstete uns nach Eis und da auch das Wetter mitspielte, haben wir im Herzen von Gernsbach beim Eiscafe Rizzardini eine verdiente Eis-Pause eingelegt. Das Eiscafe Rizzardini existiert bereits seit 1963 in Gernsbach und ist daher aus unserer Sicht eine feste Institution, was sich auch widerspiegelt, an Gästen, Qualität und Service. Nach Eintreten, im Cafe, gibt es zwei Mitarbeiter an der Theke - der hintere macht nur den Gastroservice der sitzenden Gäste vor Ort - der vordere Mitarbeiter bedient das To-Go-Geschäft und dies wird vor Ort strikt getrennt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Wir haben uns für To-Go entschieden und unsere beiden Eisbecher, waren hervorragend im Geschmack und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hat für die heutigen Eispreise absolut gepasst. Aus unserer beider Sicht >> 4 x Daumen hoch und jederzeit wieder!!

The Rizzardini is a real piece of Gernsbach! The best ice cream has been available here for so many years, and what's special about it is that the flavors that were available back then still taste the same today as they did before. That's exactly the main reason why I still come here. Of course the new ice cream flavors are also delicious, but this unchanged taste makes the visit special every time. Absolutely recommended! In my opinion, the staff is without exception friendly.

The ice cream parlor has been a family-run Italian ice cream oasis in Gernsbach for years. The best ice cream parlor in the Murgtal. There is a very large selection of ice cream flavors and sundaes in all variations. You can also put together your own ice cream portions and add cream, sprinkles, sauces, fruits, etc. to your own taste. Very important for all dog owners there is a dog ice cream (e.g. with carrots). In summer there is a large outdoor area, nestled between the Murgufer and the street or on a large terrace on the upper floor of the house. The price-performance ratio is very good and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We can happily recommend a visit to this ice cream parlor.

Long-established ice cream parlor on the corner of Igelbachstrasse and Murgbrücke, right "by the rushing stream" you can sit under umbrellas and trees on the street or one floor higher on the terrace or comfortably inside with the smell of the café. Anyway, enough seats that you don't have to wait long to get one. Nice and attentive service and the most important thing: TOTALLY DELICIOUS ICE CREAM and, in addition to the standard varieties, also fine varieties such as woodruff, mango, curd mandarin, Nutella, etc. Great HUGE SELECTION of ice cream sundaes in small and large versions and even better: you can get individual ice cream scoops/ Put together your own ice cream portions and top them with cream, sprinkles, sauces, fruits, etc. according to your own taste. You can also order an extra pack of ice cream cones. And there is even DOG ICE CREAM (e.g. with carrot). I generously give it four stars. The location between Murg and the main street (traffic light) is suboptimal. The service is good. The ice cream was very tasty, apart from the vanilla. The vanilla ice cream flavor has some strange taste. Maybe coincidence. Maybe “type of house” was intended?
