The “Gasthaus Müller” Known far beyond the borders of Hanover, it's crying out to be tested. The somewhat rustic but at the same time elegant interior. Makes a good first impression. The toilet is very clean and everything has been thought of with the hygiene products provided. The service was also very attentive, friendly but not intrusive. Does a very good job throughout the evening. Every now and then a little more attention when refilling. What I imagine in the category of restaurant. The selection of dishes is small, a blessing, because this is the only way quality can be guaranteed and this is evident in our 4-course menu, which is also a feast for the eyes in the first course, very beautifully presented and tasty, wow. It can very well continue like this. Unfortunately, the asparagus dashi was neither in my eyes nor in those of my companion. It looked good, but neither the structure, taste nor composition could convince us. I would even describe it as a failure. The HG, on the other hand, had everything it needed, there was power in the jus and the mushroom ketchup, the quality of the lamb was fantastic, as was the gray level. The Maultaschen was a bit too dry. The pre-dessert and dessert tasted good, but I have to highlight the dessert here. That felt like it was 3 shades better. However, I lacked creativity when preparing it. The cheeses chosen here were convincing and very fine. However, I would also like a little more creativity with the supplements/additions. I can say here that I would love to come back. The Gasthaus Müller is one of the restaurants where you know your craft. Thanks!

The food was the best overall. The wait, especially for dessert (ice cream), was surprisingly long (30 minutes), and we had to ask twice that we wanted dessert. I personally didn't like the ambiance; it was a mix of old-fashioned and modern elements that seemed rather thrown together and incongruous. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the table was so low that you couldn't even cross your legs while sitting. The service didn't seem particularly professional for the prices at this restaurant, and you get a cheap plastic bottle when you order water. I'm used to it differently, and they don't have a good eye for detail. I don't think I would specifically choose to eat here again.

I am more and more convinced that McDonaldz need to go side and better choose other restaurants. These sandwiches cannot be eaten, bringing a box in the middle of which everything is scattered!

First of all, this branch is modern and sufficiently large, but that's about it. After ordering, I went to the restroom and immediately complained that there was no soap left. Afterwards, we noticed that all the tables were dirty, the ashtrays were full, and some of them still had lettuce leaves and the like lying around. Even when the server rolled her eyes and wiped the table when asked, they could have cleaned several more at once. But sure, if you don't feel like it... hmm. The tray trolleys were also overflowing with trash! Oh yeah, and at the end, the soap still wasn't refilled, of course, but when the servers even roll their eyes, that's no surprise...! Conclusion: Not exactly recommended, and a shame about the jobs being taken away from those who actually enjoy their work!

Ordered the expensive coffee at Mc Cafe, but got the coffee from the fully automatic machine at the normal counter instead of from the portafilter at MC Cafe. When I questioned this, the answer I got was that it was the same, the same beans...
