The worst kebab I've ever tried and the first one I threw away. Meat dry, no cabbage, no red cabbage. Only iceberg, tomato and cucumber cut too thick. The hot sauce was a tomato market/ajvar paste, not a bit spicy or tasty. The previous owner was great. Now; please please: don't go there! 6.50 euros for the garbage can.

I was there for the first time today and found the kebab delicious. The employee was very nice and they also offered tea while we waited.

The staff is very, very unfriendly and totally overwhelmed! The prices are absolute extortion! We paid €23 for 2 portions of kebab meat with a small bowl of tzatziki. The portions weren't fair to the price and were small.

The minced meat was unseasoned and only tasted like fat. Our kebab was overall very bad and had no taste. The meat was obviously old, which was clearly visible. When I brought this up, I was yelled at and thrown out of the store.

I have been a regular customer at Mangal since the first branch opened on Weidengasse, but unfortunately the quality has declined significantly in recent years. The chicken is cut far too quickly, so it is often not cooked properly. The bread is also no longer of the same quality as it used to be - it has become smaller and no longer tastes as good as it used to. In addition, the amount of meat has decreased, so that the price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. Another big problem is the staff. The employees are constantly changing, often seem inexperienced and not properly trained. It would be better to invest in well-trained staff to avoid such problems. Overall, I am disappointed with the development of the store. Mangal used to be one of the best kebab addresses, but unfortunately I can no longer say that.

Tried to cheat at carnival. Offer was “First kebab 7 euros, second kebab 4 €”. You then tried to collect €14 and only after some back and forth agreed to €11. It's sad that people try to take advantage of the situation of drunk people. As a Bonn resident, I will no longer go here.

So the meat really looks like it's bad and that's how it tastes. The beef skewer tastes like nothing, just goo and a little gristle. The 7 euros for it were so wasted that we seriously considered cheating on the bill. Compared to other kebab shops, it performs catastrophically and I would recommend everyone to drive a few meters further and look for another one - because it couldn't be worse.
