As Berliners, we weren't impressed. The bread wasn't crispy, the kebab completely fell apart. The sauces weren't that great either. The service, however, was really good and very friendly.

Very tasty kebab, the chicken is very crispy. The bread is also delicious. The garlic sauce is spicy and delicious. The staff is also friendly. The ambiance is nicely decorated, and the tables are clean.

I went there last week with my two children for a doner kebab. My kids absolutely loved it, and the staff was very friendly! They give you free cay! One employee even gave me some of his own coffee pods because I asked for coffee! The doner kebab was delicious. We'll be back.

Excellent service. We were with my son's team, an order organization was quickly formed and all the hungry teenagers after the race were fed. The doner kebabs were big enough and quite tasty. Finally, one of the workers came to take a selfie with the kids.

Sorry, but today I went to L P Döner with my girlfriend for the first time because it was advertised like that and made a good impression... BUT... the doner plate was lukewarm, the place was so dirty and the tables were covered in sauce, the meat was half raw... and we don't even need to talk about the chips ;/ I was really shocked at the poor quality of the kebab... It's crazy that the two of us spent over 30 euros there. A very poor man came to the table to beg and I left all my food to him... zero feel-good atmosphere... to top it all off, the dirty table soiled my new dress with sauce because I had to put my arms on the table to hold my cutlery. The staff were just very friendly and tried very hard. Cheese and rice... yes... rice! Weren't available... I don't need to say anything more: we'll order a thick pizza from our favorite Italian place around the corner first! Bon appetite !

Honestly, I don't know what was worse – the kebab or the fact that I paid for it. From the very first bite, I thought I'd accidentally bitten into an old soccer boot. The bread? Dry as the Gobi Desert after a heatwave. The meat? Tougher than Podolski's post-loss interviews. And the sauce? More of a chemical mystery than a flavor explosion. I had hoped that at least the name "Podolski" would stand for quality, but this kebab was a culinary penalty – in my own goal. The cucumbers tasted of desperation, the tomatoes had probably announced their retirement weeks ago, and the onions... they didn't cry, I did. If this is supposed to be the "kebab experience of the year," it's only because I need the rest of the year to recover. I'd rather eat a plaster Cologne Cathedral than try this "celebrity kebab" again. Conclusion: Tasteless – in the truest sense of the word. I only recommend this store if you want to get rid of someone.

That was by far the worst doner kebab I have ever eaten, the meat was catastrophic and felt raw, there was way too much sauce which tasted absolutely not good and the bread was extremely unwieldy so you couldn't even bite into it properly and it was so soft that with every bite half the doner fell out, really catastrophic

Meat = disaster; every standard kebab I've tried tastes better. The prices are outrageous for what you get! The best thing here were the drinks, but you can't really go wrong with them. It's a shame. I was looking forward to this place, precisely because it's so hyped, but unfortunately, I was only disappointed. I'd be too embarrassed to waste my money here to come back.

I finally gave this kebab chain a chance but was very disappointed. First, the dürüm was small for the price, second, the pieces were put together in the wrong order, and third, the staff was rude. The waitresses chatted the whole time and didn't even look at you when you asked questions, let alone say hello or goodbye. Honestly, there are hundreds of kebab shops in Cologne and Bonn that sell dürüm twice as big, offer better sauces, and have more polite staff than the two at Mangal Döner on Chlodwigplatz.

It was one of the best kebab shops in Cologne when it first opened, but now it's simply the worst. The meat is either too cooked or too raw, it doesn't taste like a kebab anymore. Unfortunately my impression changed completely on my last visit. We ordered the kebab to take away and the bread was completely dented and smaller than before. The cocktail sauce had hardly any taste, the meat had lots of hard, barely edible spots, and to make matters worse, we found hair in the kebab. I just had dinner there and I have to say that I am very disappointed. The staff were extremely unfriendly and the bread was ice cold. Some of the kebab meat was raw and therefore inedible. There was also significantly more sauce on it than usual, which meant the bread fell apart and was no longer edible after one bite. Everything was far too cold overall, and something like that has never happened to me before. It was really a sad experience.

When asked whether the meat was grilled and not packed almost raw into the bread, the answer was almost aggressive. In the end we left the shop and ate a properly grilled kebab somewhere else.
