Obwohl wir eine falsche Bestellung aufgegeben haben, wurde unsere Bestellung trotzdem neu gemacht! Super nette jungs und sehr leckerer Döner.

Es ist ein ordentlicher Dönerladen, der bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet hat. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Die Jungs sind nett und das Essen ist super. Und man kann hier ohne Limit mit Karte zahlen 👍🏼

Mein Besuch bei dem Restaurant war wirklich enttäuschend. Nachdem ich einen Döner Kebab bestellt hatte, bestellte ich noch ein Lahmacun (türkisches Fladenbrot mit Fleischbelag) und bat ausdrücklich um Petersilie und Zitrone. Man fragte mich, ob das Lahmacun auch Döner enthalten würde, und ich sagte, ich wolle es pur. Trotzdem wurde meine Bestellung unvollständig geliefert, und man sagte mir, es fehle an Petersilie und Zitrone. Obwohl ich dafür bezahlt hatte, konnte ich das Lahmacun nach einem Bissen nicht mehr essen, und es landete im Müll. Wenn man einen Kundenwunsch nicht erfüllen kann, sollte man das wenigstens höflich mitteilen. Stattdessen sahen sie sich nur an und lachten, als wollten sie mich verhöhnen. So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich selten erlebt. Petersilie und Zitrone zu bestellen ist kein Luxus, sondern eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ein Unternehmen, das seine Kunden so behandelt, kann auf Dauer nicht erfolgreich sein. Ich kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Einer der besseren Döner in Ehrenfeld. Leider kaum bis keine Sitzplätze aber Steak-Döner ist wirklich nicht schlecht.

Der Dürüm war wirklich hervorragend! Frische Zutaten, perfekter Geschmack und großzügige Portionen. Das Fleisch war saftig und das Brot schön knusprig. Auch der Service war freundlich und schnell. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann Ali’s Döner nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Essen war köstlich. Wir wurden auch sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich lieblings Döner aber 11.50€ für Dürüm mit Käse ist crasy

Mein Bruder und ich hatten einen schönen Abend es war sehr lecker und es war noch warm. Sehr empfehlenswert wir werden aufjedenfall nochmals bestellen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Döner mit Schwein. LG Marvin und Kelvin

Nen das gleich trocken nicht richtig sortiert

Absolut freche Preispolitik! Wie kann es sein, dass ein gemischter Döner 11€ kostet, wenn Hänchen 8€ und Kalb 10€ kostet!?

Wohne in Ehrenfeld und für mich die beste Dönerbude! Die falafel sind immer frisch, Salat knackig & der halloumi ist perfekt! Hat immer offen und das Personal extrem nett :)

Meine Bewertung wurde jetzt schon 3mal gelöscht. Doch jeder soll wissen das man hier 10 Euro für sehr wenig und keinen guten döner bezahlt. Sollte man die Bewertung wieder löschen lassen, werde ich immer wieder eine rein schreiben. Jeder soll wissen das dieser laden nicht mehr gut ist !!

Geschmacklich war der Lamacun nicht schlecht. Die Tische und Stühle sowie das Umfeld könnten etwas Reinigung vertragen.

Das war der schlechteste Döner Kebab, den ich seit Langem gegessen habe; er war sehr zäh und hinterließ einen fettigen Geschmack im Mund. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich schlecht. Leider nie wieder :(

Bin ehrlich enttäuscht. Heute habe ich mir ein Steak-Döner-Sandwich gekauft und für 9,90 € war einfach viel zu wenig Fleisch drin. Für den Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Wirklich schade, aber für mich leider nie wieder bei Alis Döner.😡

Echt uncool so ein ordentlicher Preisanstieg auf 9,9 Euro für normale Döner

Bin immer gerne hingegangen, da der Steak Döner sehr lecker ist. Leider wurde von heute auf morgen der Preis auf 9,90€ erhöht! Somit werde ich wohl nun nicht mehr hingehen, da dies alles andere als kundenfreundlich ist.

Eigentlich echt lecker aber so plötzlich massiv den Preis erhöhen geht gar nicht. Absoluter Schock. Dann muss ich wohl einen anderen Stammdöner finden.

Bearbeitung vom 01.05.2026: Im Vergleich zu vorheriger Woche wurde der Preis für einen Döner um satte 2,40€ angehoben. Trotz des guten Geschmacks kann ich Ali's Döner nicht mehr uneingeschränkt empfehlen. 10,90€ für einen Döner ist selbst in dieser Wirtschaftslage ganz schön viel. Selbst Poldi's Döner gegenüber ist nicht so teuer. __________ Meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner auf der Kreuzung (Was schon was heißt, da so ca 10 Dönerbuden dort stehen) Warum man lieber bei Ali essen sollte: 1. Das Rindfleisch ist höhere Qualität - sie nennen es "Steak Döner". Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es wirklich um Steakfleisch handelt, aber es ist zumindest richtiges geschichtetes Fleisch für das man gerne den ein Euro aufpreis zahlen kann. Außerdem sind die Portionen hier besser 2. Da es eher eine Imbissbude ist, kann man hier auch seinen Hund mitnehmen, der bei anderen Dönerbuden verboten ist. (Ist irgendwie son' Dönerladen Ding, andere Restaurants erlauben Hunde) 3. Er ist oft länger auf als andere Dönerläden 4. Wenn ich mit scharf bestelle kriege ich hier auch nen richtig scharfen Döner. Ich habe das Gefühl andere Dönerbuden geben zu stark Rücksicht auf Almans oder Leute die so aussehen. 5. Dürüm Aufpreis von 1 Euro ist hier mehr als gerechtfertigt, das Ding wird mit Fleisch richtig vollgepumpt.

Seit Jahren habe ich gern bei Ali‘s Döner gegessen. Heute gesehen, dass die Preise stark gehoben wurden. Vor kurzem kostete Steak Durum 8,50€ und heute plötzlich 10,90€!!! Und in jedem Sinne qualitativ schlechter geworden. Durum Brot vom Vorjahr verdorben. Kaltes, viel weniger Fleisch. In Summe eine große Enttäuschung. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Wenn man mit Karte zahlt wird der falsche Preis berechnet. Ist mir leider erst hinterher aufgefallen

„Ali's Döner ist für mich zwischen all den Dönerläden auf der Venloerstraße ganz klar der Beste. Ich habe den Hähnchendöner dort schon mehrfach gegessen und bin jedes Mal absolut begeistert. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gewürzt, schön saftig und immer frisch. Das Brot ist knusprig und warm, genau wie es sein soll. Auch das Gemüse ist immer frisch und knackig, und die Soßen sind geschmacklich super abgestimmt. Für mich ist das ganz klar der beste Hähnchendöner überhaupt – eine absolute Empfehlung!“

Das Essen ist super, der Döner schmeckt richtig gut. Das Ambiente ist okay, aber der Geschmack überzeugt, besonders der Hähnchendöner ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Steak Döner und Dönerbox um 2 nachts waren kalt. Fühl ich nicht so.

Wir waren mit meinem Mann dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Der Döner war wirklich lecker. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Naja muss leider einen Stern markieren, da es mir nicht so dolle geschmeckt hatte… halt ein ganz normaler Döner … kein wow efekt, kein mhhhh lecker efekt … sehr enttäuschend und außerdem war es kalt ( das Dönerfleisch ) dass geht garnicht ..

Ich habe ein Steak bestellt per Uber Eats In den Anmerkungen habe ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten, die Soße separat zu servieren und nicht über das Essen zu geben, da sie sonst alles überdeckt – sogar den Salat. Leider wurde das nicht beachtet. Außerdem war der Geschmack des Fleisches nicht wie früher. Früher war es deutlich besser und schmackhafter. Das Steak war auch etwas zäh und musste stark gekaut werden.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolut erstklassiger Döner Einer der besten Döner, die ich seit Langem gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war perfekt gegrillt – saftig, aromatisch und nicht überwürzt. Frische Zutaten, knackiger Salat und ein Brot, das außen leicht knusprig und innen weich war. Die Soßen waren ausgewogen und haben den Geschmack hervorragend ergänzt, ohne alles zu überdecken. Dazu schneller, freundlicher Service und saubere Umgebung. Genau so muss ein Döner sein. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder.

Wenn ich in Köln bin fahre ich nach Ehrenfeld nur wegen dem Döner.

Ich habe oft hier gegessen und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Steak-Döner schmeckt sehr gut. Das Fleisch ist schön saftig und gut gewürzt. Meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Döner in Köln.

Und so endet meine Döner-Tasting Reihe auf der Venloer Straße. Bedingt durch einen persönlichen Umzug aus Ehrenfeld werde ich diese Serie jedoch in der Keupstraße in Köln Mühlheim fortsetzen. Spontan ereilte mich der Hunger. Ich bestellte diesen Yaprak-Döner. Was soll ich sagen? Ich habe meistens diese Ecke in Ehrenfeld gemieden, bedingt durch das laute Ambiente. Es herrschte hier dauerhaft Leben. An einem späten Donnerstagabend begab ich mich hierhin. Der Döner wurde mir schnell serviert. Sehr adäquater Preis und Portion. Freundlicher Service. Rundum war ich echt zufrieden. Der scheint trügt. Kann ich definitiv empfehlen!

I was at an event on Saturday and when I was driving home I thought I'd quickly get two kebabs and then head home. When I ordered the two kebabs I paid the so-called 16 euros with my card and was told it had been declined. So I went to my online banking to check and what can I say, it had been deducted. When I showed this to the seller he just said no, it says 'stored here' there are no kebabs. I called the police but they don't come out for things like that.... A real crappy place, best to avoid.

As soon as we arrived in Cologne, we were very hungry, so we sat down as soon as we found it. We had chicken and meat döner in a big bun. We paid 11€ for the döner with a Coke. I wouldn't choose it again, as there are better places.

As a gourmet expert in all kinds of cuisine, I can't understand why this döner restaurant has received such a low score. I think it's by far the best and most affordable döner restaurant in Cologne. If you enjoy the taste of meat, it's a perfect fit, but if you're used to eating hay, you might not like it.

The kebab was delicious, but the owners tried to rip us off. They spoke in Turkish, saying they wanted to rip us off because we had a beer in our hands and apparently looked drunk. Unfortunately for them, we understand Turkish. So don't go there, the owners will rip you off!!!

Ali's Döner has several branches in Cologne, and the kebab is always pretty good. Both meats are always of good quality, and the sauces (especially the spicy one) are really good. The bread is okay. The location is a legendary corner snack bar with a long history in Ehrenfeld, and the people at Ali's have made the most of the limited space. The perfect "midnight kebab" for the party district.

The falafel at Dürüm is not recommended at all; unfortunately, it's not tasty at all. The ingredients tasted like they'd been sitting around for quite some time and were then simply wrapped in soggy bread. A waste of money.

Great. I got a really delicious kebab at 1 a.m. The staff were friendly. I'll be back! The meat was excellent, the bread was good. Everything was perfectly fine. The location isn't really my thing, but the food is excellent. The price/performance ratio is excellent! €9 for a steak kebab with ayran is really good.

The “steak meat” has become worlds worse. Absolutely no comparison to the quality that Ali's kebab once offered. The bread, which was particularly delicious at the time, was also replaced by run-of-the-mill kebab bread. The red cabbage tasted inedibly sour. A huge disappointment what has become of the branch.

The best kebab in Ehrenfeld and there is a lot of competition there. Good selection of sauces and salads, there are vegetable kebabs, halloumi and three different skewers - so there is something for everyone. I've never eaten on site before, there are bar tables in front of the door, but I also think you can easily take kebab with you.

I ordered kebab from Ali's a few days ago. A completely normal order that could have been easily implemented. Unfortunately my wish was not fulfilled and I received a completely different dish. I was then very confused and disappointed, I called in the hope of an explanation and perhaps to receive the correct dish. The fact that I was then told it was my fault unfortunately left me very disappointed, as I was only visiting Cologne and wanted to eat something delicious after a long day. (I wanted a normal pommdöner, but instead of in a box in bread without salad, which I think is not difficult to achieve.

If someone is at the end of the line but orders in Turkish, they get their order first. Furthermore the shop is not clean and sometimes there are sharp bone residues in the meat.

Let it be!! Fraud wherever possible. I ordered a plate for €13 and the bird from the seller also asked for a few euros more. Even though the prices are on the board.
