Döner Cologne in Köln

For me, this is the best kebab in Cologne. Unfortunately, the price here is now €7, too. Apparently, there's some kind of regional cartel for kebab skewers or something, so they cost much more than comparable meat at, say, the supermarket.

A hygiene concern... First, you shake hands with acquaintances, then it's straight back to cutting salad and rolling out dough. After waiting 15 minutes, I was asked again what I would like to order. Furthermore, one of the employees was quite rude. Then, due to conversations with the acquaintances, the flatbread was left in the oven, so it burned. Unfortunately, a new one wasn't used.

An incredibly lovley little donor spot, with yummy food and incredible service. Lovley outside and indoor seating and a nice atmosphere!

The guys are super nice and make everything fresh, and you can taste it. One of the best kebabs (the fries were also very good) I've ever had. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere and service are definitely nicer, and the taste is better, than kebab chains like Haus des Döners or Mangal Döner.

Best currywurst in the neighborhood, fries fresh and tasty, very nice and accommodating guys, would definitely go back.

The kebabs were mediocre to bad. The staff were unfriendly and made snarky, inappropriate comments. Never again and not recommended!

I ate a kebab sandwich, price €7.50 is currently "normal", but the kebab is really small. The bread used here is flatbread and one kebab is equivalent to a quarter. The ingredients were really very fresh, you can't complain about that. A fresh tomato was cut in front of me for my kebab. But that brings me to cleanliness, the tomato was cut with a knife that had everything hanging on it, but no tomato residue... There was a cup full of an ominous sauce on the grill. The kebab I ended up with was okay but far from good.

The kebab is actually very tasty. It's a shame that I can't go there anymore because only half of the staff are friendly.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this kebab shop. In the past, when the old boss was still in charge, we ate there regularly and were always satisfied. But our visit yesterday was a bitter disappointment. We ordered two kebabs to take away, which unfortunately were a disaster. The bread was old and dry, and the meat was not fully cooked, but partly still raw. It's really a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much. This place used to be much better. :(

5 Euro für einen Döner! Ja, es war Karneval, da will jeder verdienen...aber dann muss der auch schmecken. Das Fleisch alt und die Füllung dürftig. Nie wieder!
