The kebab tastes quite good. What I found rude was the old man who works there. The situation was that we ate our food there and he cleared and cleaned the empty tables. It was ok too. Then he came to me and ordered me: "Yes, eat faster" and in such a rude tone. I didn't think anything of it and continued eating my kebab and at the end when I was finished with my food he said hade in Turkish. I thought it was even worse. According to the motto go faster. As if we were being thrown out. You don't treat a customer like that (I think the customer is king). If the kebab is that good I wouldn't go there again go. Too bad.

Unfortunately, I can't eat anything... When you have to wait in line for a while and people who are behind you in line are preferred, I lost the desire to buy the kebab for €9.50. Too bad!

Incredibly good, solid top 3 kebab in Cologne! Here you can still feel and taste the OG kebab! I could eat it morning, lunch and evening without complaining. Home-baked bread, crisp salad, rich sauces and incredibly delicious homemade meat round off the kebab dream! I can recommend it to everyone without hesitation! 9.7 out of 10 points!

We came from Stuttgart to visit and this kebab shop was recommended to us. So there are really cool guys standing at the kebab counter👍 And the kebab tasted good, I actually don't understand the 1 star reviews at all, they were probably extremely gourmets who only eat in 5 star restaurants😄 Definitely recommended for those who love kebab✌️

The shop has a very tasty kebab. The meat is simply bomb and tastes very good. What I missed with the kebab was the sauce. It was there, but overall it couldn't assert itself. Even though the meat is very good, it became boring after a while. The salad was fresh. The seating is a bit too narrow, but still OK. The ambience is nothing extraordinary, but does its job. The employees are very warm people and very nice. I can really only recommend it.

In addition, the person had no gloves on and even had a finger bandage, which I found extremely difficult to do. In addition, another person at the counter corrected this with Mr. Even though you could use gloves or pliers. That's why I didn't take a kebab sandwich or Dürüm

I was there the day before yesterday. I ordered a kebab, but I only made the shocking discovery afterwards, but then it was already too late because he wanted to make my kebab. He touched the kebab bread with his hands without putting it in a paper bag. He then filled it while holding it in his hand and then packed it up. So far so good. Only then did he collect money from the person in front of me and me, after which he didn't wash his hands. He probably touched the money in front of me and then the kebab. Doner itself was relatively tasty, but my appetite was gone after the experience! No longer worth a visit!

I tried the most hyped kebab from Cologne. Based on the recommendation of some influencers, I have to say it was one of the worst I've eaten so far. I don't know whether people are paid for it or whether tastes really differ that much. The meat has no taste, rubbery with lots of gristle, the sauce also has no taste, you can only taste a little yogurt diluted with water. I had the XL bread. It wasn't warm or in the toaster and we also had a normal one, which was also very dry and for the price I think it's definitely too much and of course we didn't forget the queue in front of the door, a no, go and a richer experience for us!

We were there yesterday (04/17/25). I've probably tried €50 different kebabs This one was the best for us. Even my daughter said it is the best kebab in the world. The meat was great and the bread was homemade. The best thing was the bread. The freshness was a taste explosion. The lemon gave the kebab a kick. Thumbs up. We'll be back.

Oruc Kebap is really highly recommended. The kebab impresses with a clear menu with selected products that impress with their quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to chat. I would be happy to spend a euro more for the freshness and great taste on offer here.

What a great overall taste. The bread is unique. Slightly crispy on the outside but not too crispy and fluffy on the inside. Homemade on site too! The meat is tastefully seasoned. The vegetables and the slightly spicy fruity sauce round off the great overall taste. Highly recommended 😃

The meat tasted like any cheap kebab and the bread had way too much dough and tasted like you had gotten a flatbread from the REWE. Also, the parsley was completely missing? Why are you leaving out your trademark? My last time in this store.

Easily one of the best Döner spots in Köln! The meat was juicy, freshly sliced, and full of flavor, all wrapped up in warm, freshly baked bread—just perfect. It’s definitely on the meatier side rather than super crispy like some other places, which I actually loved. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The chef was super friendly and even handed me a piece of meat to try before I ordered—such a nice touch! Just a heads-up, this place gets packed, so expect a bit of a wait. But honestly? Totally worth it.

But the taste is really not that great, for a price of 17 euros for two kebabs? Not again.

Was here recently and was wondering if Oruc Kebab pays all the YouTubers who do the advertising. I've had worse kebabs before, but this one is very close to bad. I would give this store 4 points out of 10.

The kebab was solid and, in my opinion, the meat could have been a little more salty. However, I was a bit disappointed because Oruç Kebap was very hyped (it was the best kebab in Cologne). Was there twice - and both times an absolute disappointment. The first time, the employee cut off the corners of the top end of the skewer, chopped them into small pieces and put them in my kebab. It was so unappetizing that I threw it away after a few bites. The second time I wanted to give the store another chance, but the exact same thing happened again. Unfortunately today, depending on the day's form, it's either mediocre or even really bad. Meat without seasoning, bread without any taste, too thick and too soft, sauces without oomph... Garlic? None. In the past, the salad was always salted and sprinkled with mint, but not anymore... Size and price were always problematic... the fact that you always had to wait a relatively long time - even if there were only 3 other customers - was always the case... but people were happy to accept it in the past. But now with a lack of quality and a price of €8.50 for a kebab sandwich...sorry...that doesn't fit anymore.

Kebab was great. The bread is homemade and very tasty. Hot spit. There is also Iskender here! Personally, I didn't like the pide that much. Furnishings are very modern and nice and bright.

When we came in we were alone. When we left it was packed. The store is popular and delivers well, no question. Nicely renovated and "digitalized", really modern, except for the handwritten sign "Lentil soup" :-) Likeable!

My visit to this kebab shop was really disappointing. The meat was undercooked and had an unpleasant texture that made the food difficult to eat. The sauce had an artificial, unappetizing taste. What I found particularly alarming, however, was the lack of hygiene - I could see meat lying on the floor and no one seemed to care. The employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. After eating I felt unwell and had stomach problems that stayed with me for the rest of the day. For me it was a very unpleasant experience - there is a lack of care and quality here.
