One of my favorite kebab shops, highly recommended

We had a currywurst with fries and a fries. These were also okay, but the currywurst had nothing to do with a bratwurst or curry sauce. The sausage is deep-fried and more reminiscent of a Frikandell (a German sausage), but it's not as tasty. The sauce is simply curry ketchup, which is very disappointing if you're expecting a currywurst. I realize you can't expect a royal currywurst, but this sausage and "sauce" are substandard. The grilled dishes may very well be very good, but they're definitely not recommended as a snack.

Disgusting place, I got a doner kebab from them on July 30th 2025 and there was a piece of plastic in the meat 🤢🤮🤮 Who knows what else is in there!!!

Over 20 years ago, this was one of the best kebabs in Cologne... what happened?

The meat was a disaster. There was a beard hair in the kebab and another hair on my head. A waste of money.

About 30 minutes ago I got 3 lahmacun with kebab meat and salad with hot sauce and garlic sauce where everything was missing what could be missing the meat tasted whether it was spoiled the salad tasted like the day before everything tasted sweet it was the first and last time

So the meat really looks like it's bad and that's how it tastes. The beef skewer tastes like nothing, just goo and a little gristle. The 7 euros for it were so wasted that we seriously considered cheating on the bill. Compared to other kebab shops, it performs catastrophically and I would recommend everyone to drive a few meters further and look for another one - because it couldn't be worse.

My favorite kebab shop for over 15 years I've known this kebab shop for over 15 years, and it's my absolute favorite! The kebab meat is always perfectly grilled, juicy, and tender. It's served with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and crusty bread. The portions are generous, and the value for money is simply amazing. If you're craving something special, you should definitely try the charcoal-grilled Adana kebab. But what really makes this shop special is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always cheerful and you immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend this kebab shop!

So I ate a super tasty chicken plate with rice and salad, I can really recommend it for €15, the price for everything is justified. There was fresh warm bread and 2 dips. Very nice service. Thank you for that. You feel welcome. The only drawback is the toilet, you have to do something about it guys. It has to be clean and everything has to work.

Pro: Delicious Turkish pizza without meat. Crispy dough. Cons: Waiters could also smile. 5.90 for a lahmacun with meat is pretty decent for Bickendorf. The 5.90 has now become an impressive €8.50. Still tasty and there are fries for €3.50.

Ordered food and specifically stated that I only wanted meat and sauce at Dürüm, no salad. I open the Dürüm and what's inside? Of course salad. Can't eat it and I call the store and the employee on the phone didn't want to help me and said "Yes, sorry, I can't come again, it's not possible." But you're welcome to come pick it up or next time you'll get it for free." Yes, it's definitely very funny. I order food because I'm hungry and I order because I can't get to the store. Well, unfortunately I had to accept that. So very bad and unfriendly service. In the end the Dürüm ended up in the trash. There is no refund or re-delivery. Never again

Second place of my favorite kebab stalls in the city. The kebab is really good. Classic, but exactly as it should be. And el chefe is really a kind-hearted person.

Spit-roasted meat has a very good bite and delicious seasoning. Salad looked fresh, hot sauce pleasantly spicy. Definitely come back!

For me it has become a ritual to eat a little something here (pomm kebab) and enjoy a Çay after a walk in Veedel. It simply tastes DELICIOUS. And there's always something going on here, which doesn't surprise me :) The staff are particularly pleasant: very friendly, patient and attentive. Here you can have a delicious lunch alone or with colleagues or enjoy large, fresh portions with the whole family.

Vallah billah real vultures old for fork extra 50 cents may Allah guide this shop. I'll never send manuals here again - they'll close the shop.

Best Adana plate (with two different types of rice) in the city. Fresh grills are served here. Always consistent, very good quality. Great taste. The tables will be cleaned very promptly for the next guests. Inside >30 seats. In summer you can sit outside.

I've been buying kebabs and other foods at Bickendorfer Grill for 20 years. Haven't been able to complain about anything so far. But what happened to me today is discriminatory to me. I was there for 5 minutes, placed my order and then a fellow countryman came who probably knows the owner well. This was then brought forward, even when paying. They then simply made me wait and I also made a purchase for €35. As a German customer, are you second choice? There's no way something like that is possible! I'm thinking about buying my pizzas and kebabs somewhere else.

There were many customers in front of me. I then asked him not to sell me pink meat. I even offered to wait 10-15 minutes. After 1 minute he told me my kebab was ready, which I didn't accept. I left the shop and he ran after me and called me Hu......on.

You can say that the taste and hygiene are average, but I have never seen a place that is more expensive and does not deserve so much money. Everything is very expensive. I'm not even talking about the lahmacun, which you can get in the surrounding restaurants for 2-3 euros, here for 5.50 kebab. It wouldn't be my first choice.

Mein Besuch in diesem Döner-Restaurant war sehr enttäuschend. Zuerst fiel mir die mangelnde Sauberkeit auf, was keinen guten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Das Essen war leider genauso enttäuschend. Außerdem hat der Mitarbeiter auf seiner Muttersprache über mich als Kundin hergezogen. Als ich ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, hat er sich rausgeredet. Respektlos!

Schlechter Imbiss, die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst unverschämt und machen beleidigende Bemerkungen über Kunden. Inakzeptables Verhalten, das das Image des Imbisses stark beeinträchtigt.

Etwas zu teuer und nicht sehr sauber, essen war ok.

Habe an diesem Mittwoch per Lieferando einen Grillteller für 36 EUR bestellt. Die Qualität ist mir total verarscht. Min. 75% des Box ist mit Reis, Pommes und Co. gefüllt. Nie wieder!!

Früher 1 der besten Döner in der Region. Das was jetzt ist, ist reine Abzocke. 2 kleine Stückchen Fleisch im Döner, der dazu 11 Euro kostet, ist traurig. Werde den Laden für immer meiden

Die Preise die deklariert sind und am Ende kommt ein anderer Preis raus 😞 Türkische Pizza und Currywurst pommes erst laut preisliste 13.50 € dann 21.50 € nie wieder ,kann nur raten Finger weg!!!! Schade muss einen Stern geben um bewerten zu können,ansonsten 0 Sterne !

Essen ist super. Aber das man verwirrt ist, wenn Kunden die angebotene Funktion zur Bestellung per App und anschließender Abholung nutzen, ist seltsam.

Geilste Flammen LEDs der ganzen Venloer dafür allein hätte man 5 Sterne geben können leider ist der Döner „nur“ ein guter Standart aaaaber Linsensuppe ist echt Krone! Besser als bei den meisten auf dieser Straße daher 4 Sterne für Windowflames und Merjaymek

Ist mehr als eine einfache Dönerbude. Zusätzlich leckeres vom Holzkohlegrill.

Leckere frisch zubereitete Speisen und freundlicher Service, mehr braucht's nicht.

Essen bestellt kurz vor Ladenschluss und anstatt zu liefern hat sich jemand dort einen Spaß erlaubt und exakt in der Minute in der das Essen da sein sollte die Bestellung storniert.

Geschmacklich gut aber leider viel zu teuer...

Ich war dort früher gerne essen. Mittlerweile sind die Preise aber eine echte Frechheit. Im Laden schon teuer für das was man bekommt, über Lieferando noch Mal teuer. Da kostet ein einfacher Döner 10 Euro. Das geht Mal überhaupt nicht, auch wenn alles teurer wird, die Preise sind wesentlich höher als bei allen anderen, qualitativ aber nicht viel besser. Geschmacklich gut, aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich.

Immer Gut, anständige Portion, alle sehr nett und freundlich.

Die Toiletten sind eine Zumutung. Katastrophe. Es stinkt und es ist dreckig. Hier ist dringend Handlungsbedarf geboten. Der Döner ist Standart und nicht außergewöhnliches. Die Preise sind zu teuer für das was man geboten bekommt. Sollte eine Lösch Antrag gestellt werden kommen die Bilder dazu.

Ich esse häufiger dort und bin immer zufrieden. Heute habe ich einen Hähnchen Teller zum mitnehmen genommen und war begeistert, weswegen ich diese Bewertung abgeben musste! Sehr gut!!! Weiter so.

Sehr leckeres Essen ob Hähnchen, Lamm oder Fleischspieße..Sehr leckere Soßen zu Salaten oder Fleisch. Top Service alle sehr freundlich . Kommen gerne dort hin

Früher war der Laden echt gut mittlerweile kosted ein dönner 7€und sie machen fast nix darein der Großteil ist Brot

Gehe nicht oft auswärts essen, wohne unweit vom Grill entfernt. Waren mit den Kindern da und es war immer entspannt, freundliche Leute im Laden und uns hat's da gut geschmeckt :)

Fleisch war roh und echt nicht essbar

Döner kostet 7,50€ und nur Dönerfleisch 11,50€. Wenn man noch tzatziki dazu bestellt, dann zahlt man nochmal 1€... absolut wucher!

Essen nicht das Beste, aber vom Preisgefüge angemessen. Bedienung zuvorkommend.

Toller Imbiss! Tolle Bedienung! Top Qualität! Ich habe mir diesmal Spagetti Bolognese gegönnt. Ungewöhnlich: das Gericht wurde frisch zubereitet, fruchtige Tomaten in der Tomatensauce und toll abgeschmeckt. Bei so tollem Geschmack und gut gelaunten Mitarbeitern - Wiederholung garantiert!

bester Döner in der Umgebung: frisches Brot, frischer Salat, vernünftiges Fleisch (kein pressfleischsch*iß) und verdammt lecker. Klar etwas teurer aber wenn man was vernünftiges will, sollte man auch dafür zahlen. Das Lokal ist auch in Ordnung und stinkt nie nach fett oder so.

Wir waren heute zu 5. dort. Als erstes sind die Preise viel zu teuer. 5,90€ für einen Pommdöner mit viel zu wenig Soße in einer kleinen Box ist heftig. Die Bedienung hat lange gebraucht und einer von uns hat 10 min gewartet. Er wollte einen Hamburger und um 14 Uhr mittags(!!!) war angeblich für heute keiner mehr da. Schwach. Personal tut sich außerdem sehr schwer damit deutlich zu sprechen, auch wenn man kein perfektes deutsch erwartet man musste immer "wie bitte?" fragen. Geschmack war aber okay.

Über 10 euro für ein döner ist heftig. Die portion war viel zu klein.

Das Personal sollte an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten. Die Preise sind im Vergleich zur Qualität zu hoch. Der Weg zur Toilette (durch einen Hinterhof) gleicht einem Labyrinth.
