The landlord is very nice. However, the food can still be improved (Carbonara was a cream cheese sauce with ham) and some sauces were very heavy on cream.

We are not locals and were pleasantly surprised to receive service in a different language. Everything in the restaurant has been thought out down to the smallest detail - entirely geared towards the comfort of the guests. The food and drinks were tasty, but in our opinion the portions (we had steaks) could have been a bit larger for the price.

You can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. The service is very courteous and friendly, the food is really tasty and nicely presented to the eye. We had two pasta dishes, the quantity of which was just right, so you can either enjoy a small starter or a dessert. The pizza and other dishes served at the next table were truly filling portions. By the way, it can be easily reached on foot from the nearby campsite.

I have rarely eaten so well! Every dish is a taste explosion – fresh, prepared with love and simply heavenly. But it's not just the food that's a highlight: the owners are incredibly warm and, with their open, friendly manner, they make you feel at home from the first moment. People come here not only for the food, but also for the wonderful atmosphere. A real heartfelt restaurant – I can only warmly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next visit!

A beautiful homely restaurant with great service. The dog immediately got water and the child got one cookie after the other - super warm people who live for their job. The pizzas, V.Tonato, pizza bread and carpaccio are a real treat! Absolutely recommended :)

The paganini restaurant is one of the best in Mühlhausen, the new outside terrace is wonderful, especially in the evening, the food is really nothing to complain about, the pizza is nice and crispy and is freshly made stone-open, the rump steak is very juicy and very tasty with the herb butter on it, there is bread with olives to welcome you, the waiters are nice and friendly and attentive, so on the whole you can't complain, the owner has really put a lot of effort into the restaurant and I recommend it to everyone 👍👍👍🔥
