The service was warm and attentive, and the food was a true delight – prepared with such attention to detail. You can feel the passion the people here have for their work. We ate there on August 20th. It was a lovely evening, and the service was very commendable. There were a few challenges, unfortunately caused by a lack of conversation. We both had the Spaghetti alla Bottarga. Unfortunately, the menu didn't state that it was aglio e olio and served with chili flakes. Since my gastric sleeve surgery, I've had a problem with spicy food and a garlic intolerance. The dish was inedible for me. The goat cheese was incredibly delicious. Because of the challenge, we got the tiramisu on the house. We'd be happy to come back.

Extremely delicious food, top service from the entire team (friendly, fast, competent) and the water for our dog was already ready! :) The dishes were creative and extremely tasty (best risotto & sea bream ever!), we had a very nice (Sardinian) evening 🇮🇹 and we'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Erfurt!

For me, StefaDo's is the best restaurant in Erfurt. Take the Vitello Tonnato alone - very tasty, freshly cut pink slices of veal. In the majority of Italian restaurants I know, Vitello Tonnato is gray, just gray. The service at StefaDo's is very friendly and attentive. Drinking and eating, which of course plays a big role, is first class. The fillet steak, for example, you get exactly how you want it. And there are always special dishes that are not on the menu - it is often very difficult to decide.

A great little Italian. The food was outstanding and the service was perfect. There were daily specials in addition to the menu. We had the truffled pasta, the carbonara, the pike perch, the sea bream and the lamb. Everything excellent. The service is very attentive, refills without asking and is incredibly polite and nice. Overall, absolutely recommended! Since there are only a few places, reservations are strongly recommended!

We were there on November 23rd. There at short notice with 3 adults and a 4 year old. It was actually fully booked, but we got a table at 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Super nice service, even when the little one immediately tipped over his apple spritzer, the waitresses were extremely friendly. The little one then got a coloring book and full attention. Super delicious food, very finely prepared, upscale but totally fair prices. We'd be happy to come back any time we're in Erfurt!

Very authentic little Italian with incredibly delicious cuisine. To date the best and freshest Vitello I have had. I would order again immediately! The service was also very nice and friendly! They were able to help me well and recommend wines. Because it's so familiar, you don't just get breakfast and immediately feel at home I'm looking forward to next time

Were there last Saturday with, let me say it's an understatement, a heterogeneous family cast of 25-90 years old, from Aldi students to gourmet sluts. I myself am not this, not that. Everyone was very happy with the food, drinks, service and ambience. That's what a woman has to get through with this bunch first. Respect.

A restaurant for high demands: excellent food, good advice from the boss and a very attentive waitress.

Great authentic Italian restaurant with great service and very tasty food

Vorneweg: Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk. Vielen aus unserer Gruppe hat es geschmeckt. Absoluten Nachholbedarf gibt es beim Service und der Preisgestaltung. 4 Paare bestellen sich je eine Vorspeisenplatte á 19,50€, die sie teilen wollen. Was kommt? Ein Plättchen ca. 30 x 25cm, sehr übersichtlich gefüllt, welches an der langen Tafel nun hin- und hergereicht werden muss. (für knapp 80€!). Auf unseren Hinweis hin, dass es für ein besseres Handling sicher günstiger sei, wenigstens zwei Platten daraus zu machen, gibt es nur Bemerkungen wie "Wir machen das aber immer so." und ein sehr deutlich ausgedrücktes Beleidigtsein. Wenn das Personal dann das an eine Druckbetankung erinnernde ständige Nachfüllen in halbvolle Weingläser als guten Service versteht, bleibt als Resümee: Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. We want to eat there during the Cathedral Festival. We were rejected very unkindly. I personally come from North Rhine-Westphalia and am familiar with distinguished and respectful treatment in such cases. Even though you unfortunately have to expect something different in the east of Germany (as I've been told several times 🤷‍♀️), as a Wessi I found it simply shocking 😳 Please work on your customer orientation

We reserved a table in this restaurant long before our stay and were very happy (6 people). Unfortunately the experience was not very pleasant. The food tasted good, price-wise you know what you're getting into and it's okay. My counterpart had a dish that had fish roe grated on it. During this action, the boss happened to knock over the glass of water. The water poured over the tablecloth and me. It was warm and something like that can happen. However, the way we deal with this should be different (and not just at these prices). My counterpart didn't get a full glass on the house, but was refilled from our bottle. I was left with a completely wet tablecloth, which became increasingly uncomfortable despite the pleasant temperatures. A little something at the house's expense would certainly have improved the mood and compensated me for my wet clothes. What I found worst, however, was that after a little more than 1.5 hours - despite a long reservation - we were asked to vacate the table. I hadn't even finished drinking and we actually wanted to make ourselves comfortable with more wine. We all ordered a full meal and paid well for it. In my opinion, there should be a short break to digest and think. All in all, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not eat there again. The quality of the food is okay, the ambience, the hospitality and the serenity are not even Sardinian.

We had a great girls' evening, the food was great, the waiting time was a bit too long for our liking, despite it being freshly prepared (1.25 hours from ordering) The service was very friendly until we wanted to order a drink at 9:18 p.m. We were told that it would close at 10 p.m. We said that there was still time until 10 p.m., then the waiter asked us if we would like to sleep there. In our opinion, no interaction with the guests, we accept the end of the day but 40 minutes is probably enough for a drink and it's up to us how quickly we consume it. Absolute negative point for us in the service, perhaps the absolutely positive reviews of the service probably come from a different time of day when you visit this restaurant during the day.

Man merkt, dass alle, trotz Stress, Spaß an ihrer Arbeit haben und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Stefados essen und können auch diesmal nicht in die Lobgesänge der anderen Bewertungen mit einstimmen. Wie kann es sein, dass in einem Restaurant einer solchen Preisklasse, die Tagesgerichte mit einer Geschwindigkeit, bei lauter Hintergrundbeschallung und ohne Preis mündlich vorgetragen werden? Leider nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Die bestellten Gerichte waren durchwachsen, sicherlich von guter Qualität, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht überein. Das Restaurant möchte sich ja als etwas Besonderes hervorheben, für uns waren die Gerichte leider durchschnittlich. Das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache, aber für uns war es wieder eine Enttäuschung. Als letzten Punkt möchte ich hier noch das Personal hervorheben, welches mit durchaus arroganter Art und wenig Herzlichkeit bedient. Das Stefados ist definitiv das einzig authentisch italienische Restaurant in Erfurt, aber der Ruf scheint dem Personal zu Kopf gestiegen zu sein. Wir werden das Restaurant definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Very, very tasty food and the service was also great. When we asked about Sardinian beer, we were told that the purchase prices were so high that you wouldn't want to sell it in a restaurant for a lot of money. Basically an explanation that you can understand if you didn't realize afterwards that the wine that is offered here for €38 per bottle can be purchased on the open market for under €9. That's a bit very cheeky.

Auf Empfehlung reservierten wir einen Tisch . Es ist klein und typisch italienisch . Ausserhalb der Karte hat uns die Chefin noch weitere Gerichte empfohlen . Wir müssen sagen, wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut und ECHT italienisch gegessen !!! Quasi wie bei Mamma !!! Tiramisu ein Traum - so wie es wirklich ist . Tonno sensationell und Saltinbocca mega !!!! Wir kommen wieder !!!!

Grilled pulp salad with celery perfect: fresh, light and soft; Pasta with potato filling is a bit boring, Saltimbocca is nice and thin and spicy, Skrei is exemplary and slightly fried until translucent, Savoy cabbage is very neutral, Kiritharaki is hearty thanks to the cheese content, a bit inappropriate with the fish.

I celebrated my birthday at stefados for the second time and am still completely thrilled. The service is outstanding, regardless of whether it is older customers or, like ours, customers in their twenties. The menu is selected but every dish makes sense. So far I have tried the rabbit ragout and the Saltim bocca. The ragout was very good, but the saltin bocca was outstanding! The appetizers are also worth a look. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We ate there with 7 adults on a Saturday after I had made a reservation early because the restaurant is small. We were treated to very tasty, sometimes unusual dishes and very good wine. The prices are moderate for what is offered. The boss herself served us with a lot of charm, wit and great friendliness. We had a wonderful evening and can fully recommend StefaDo's.

Wir haben in dem winzigen Restaurant gerade noch für die spätere Runde ab 20 Uhreinen Tisch bekommen, mussten etwas warten (draußen, mit einem Bier auf die Hand), weil drinnen kaum Platz ist. Das hat 15vMinuten gedauert, sich aber zweifelsfrei gelohnt. Die (offenbar) Chefin hat die andere Hälfte der übersichtlichen Speisekarte im Kopf und es ist gut diesen Tagesgerichten zu folgen, Die Vorspeisen, Rinder-Carpaccio und Käse, genauso wie die Hauptspeisen, Iberico-Dchwein und Garnelen, jeweils mit einem sehr guten Risotto, der Wein, alles ganz ausgezeichnet. Der Koch kocht für die kaum 35 Gäste, die das Restaurant aufnehmen kann, mit Leidenschaft. In Erfurt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Ein tolles kleines Restaurant in Erfurt. Es wird mit viel Liebe gekocht. So schmeckt es auch. Neben der Speisekarte gibt es Tagesgerichte, die die Chefin vorstellt. Spontanbesuche sind schwierig, man sollte auf jeden Fall reservieren.
