We celebrated our Christmas party here for the second time. The service and the food are simply top! My highlight is always the many different antipasti. I wouldn't need anything else all evening. Very down-to-earth authentic Italian cuisine that is simply delicious, and the service is always friendly and attentive.

Mass processing before the Lord. Were there at 5:30 p.m. without a reservation. The drinks we ordered were served at 5:35 p.m., and 10 minutes later the spaghetti was steaming on the table in front of us. 6:05 p.m. a little nightcap on the house, bill ready. We were through at 6:10 p.m. and made room for the next table. Unfortunately, the dining room was still quite cool at 5:30 p.m. Aside from the mundane service, the food subjectively didn't really taste like it was home-cooked. Conclusion: It wasn't really good in terms of ambience or food.

Had the duck leg at Christmas time. Was excellent. Starter and dessert were also very good.

Nice atmosphere, but totally overwhelmed by the “boss’s daughter”. Due to a misunderstanding there were problems with the receipt/payment. I tried to calmly and kindly resolve the situation, but the lady immediately shouted and reprimanded me several times. I thanked her kindly and left, she then ran after me and continued to scold me, screaming... I was at a loss for words. Such a person is extremely damaging to business. I've never experienced anything like that. Lowest level. We won't be coming back.

Rude, arrogant boss. Everything occupied. Apparently despite there being free places. Closed due to wealth. Rarely have I experienced such a bad, bad reception; for me, now 77 years old, it was the worst experience in the world.

I ordered a calzone and pizza rolls from Omiza. About 45 minutes after ordering, I got a call from the delivery driver. He wouldn't find my house number and asked me to come outside. No problem, I did it. Shortly afterwards it turned out that the driver was on the wrong street. 20 minutes later the driver called again. He would now be on the street but he still wouldn't find the house number. It took a full 5 minutes in the drizzle to explain to the driver that he was at the wrong end of the street and get him to drive in the other direction. Apparently the driver doesn't have a navigation system or can't drive afterwards. Anyway, the food was cold when he handed me the food. Unfortunately the calzone was burnt in places and as I understand it is a pizza pocket. However, there was no tomato sauce in this calzone but there was red cabbage/red cabbage. Unfortunately, the pizza roll (with white cheese) was just a big lump of dough and a lot of cheese. I am rather disappointed with the food and service and will not order again.

Very tasty food. The service is very courteous, even when things get stressful. Johnny was super nice. I'll definitely come back.

Last year I celebrated my 40th birthday at Puccini in August, the staff was super nice and attentive and even gave me a bottle of wine!🤗I've been there several times and it was always great, the food, the ambience, the service, everything! Unfortunately, on Sunday June 13th, 2024 (approx. 2 weeks ago) my pork madaillions were very toe and therefore inedible for the first time (which was also confirmed by my friend who tried it), I only ate one of three pieces! And the vegetables weren't that great either! I really hope it was just a blip because we love going there! Everything else, starter, salad and service were again very good! But unfortunately I have to deduct a star for this day!

Typical of a Saturday evening, it was packed as expected. But it didn't detract from the service or the delicious food. On the contrary, the staff tried very hard to do justice to everything and did so successfully. So if you also want to enjoy the delicious food, reserve a table well in advance. So you don't have to expect any waiting time. For those who have trouble making decisions 😅🤭 You can/may (it's specifically on the menu, as a tip) put together one of two different pizzas. As you can see in the pictures, I had ½ "Tonno" and extra pepperoni and the other ½ "Vegetariana". I can only recommend🤩
